It depends on what you call "liberal" and "conservative". Fatatatutti certainly has more liberal laws than most other nations - in fact we have almost no laws at all. We are also very liberal with social welfare and public healthcare. On the other hand, we have virtually no government interference in business - no licensing or taxes - which some would call "conservative" but we think goes hand-in-hand with all of our other liberal policies.

Similarly, AU912 has very few laws for a nation of our size. Conversely however, we consider having relatively few restrictions on personal freedoms as simply a nominal consequence of small government, which we view as a conservative value.

If American standards are applied, it's safe to say that Mefpan is Centrist with a slightly Leftist leaning, mostly due to social policy.

Though it's more accurate to say that we're probably center-right if compared to the rest of the world with a big focus on encouraging civic nationalism and emphasizing the importance of a healthy military budget that doesn't dribble into nothingness by not seeing any use at all.
