Another one is "Write down a rough draft. Lose a small battle on purpose. Learn from those mistakes and write down your final draft."
This quote means that you have to fix your flaw from small battles(rough drafts). Once you fight a large battle(final draft) your tactics will be fixed and will win that battle.

A joke that's been going around lately in the Fatatatutian Army is: "There are three ways of doing things in the Army, the easy way, the Castro-Stalina way and the geodesic way."

The easy way is to go around obstacles. The Castro-Stalina way usually involves carrying a howitzer up the side of a mountain just to see if you can do it and pretending that a couple of your strongest men are wounded and need to be carried too. The geodesic way is a compromise which gets you there as quickly as possible but without wearing you out.
