The opening of our embassies in each others country brings great joy to myself and all of the Cerulean people. From this day forward, we will work to maintain good relations, peace and freedom for all. With regard to people protesting your form of government, that is generally not a problem in Ceruleo, but the area in which embassies are located have quick access to a large number of civilian police, military forces and diplomatic security forces. With regard to the importing of a tank, we would like to examine the vehicle before it is placed in front of your embassy. You may land it at our military base in Ft. Ceruleo, where it will be examined. The barrels of the weapons included on the tank must be filled either with a welded steel rod or concrete.
