Atreidondian Embassy Program

For the first time is years, the Grand Imerpium is welcoming foreign nations to establish embassies in Atreidondi.
On the city,
Atreidondi, the capital city, will be host to all embassies. Atreidondi is a temperate city. It is a major port city, with 3 rivers running through it. The downtown area is the center of the countries’ culture, commerce, and government. All embassies are within the bus route of the local public schools if the ambassador has children. There are also many private schools in the city.
On the embassy,
Please note that there are 40 embassies currently available. All buildings have four floors, a small parking garage, and a basement. All buildings have living conditions for up to 72 people and office space for up to 120 people. All embassies have a helipad, state of the art security, weapons lockers, central air conditioning/ heating, wireless internet, and backup electricity generators. The embassies can be modified at the request of the represented nation. Most modifications will be made by the Atreidondian government free of charge, however large modifications will be charged to the represented nation.
On security,
All embassy entrances will be protected from vandalism by the Atreidondi City Police. However, nations are allowed a maximum number of security personnel that may not exceed 30. No heavy weapons, WMDs, EMPs, rockets, or missiles of any sort are permitted in the city. While the laws of the Grand Imperium will not apply in embassies, please note that while on any of the Atreidond Islands, diplomatic immunity will not cover Class-B or higher felonies, such as murder, rape, etc.
On transport,
Nations are allowed up to 4 diplomatic vehicles, 8 security vehicles, and 1 helicopter. All vehicles may be armored, but none may be armed. Please note that while not in use, the helicopter will be stored at Atreidondi International Airport.
On relations
The Atreidond Islands is currently open to any of the following agreements with other countries:
Free Trade Agreements- FTA
Defensive Pact- DP
Research Pact- RP
Formal Alliance- Will Be Negotiated Separately

Nations with favorable relations will be recognized. Nations with unfavorable relations will be subject to more stringent restrictions while outside the embassy. Nations with extremely poor relations may be ejected from the Grand Imperium.
