Yes, but the nuclear weapon stock is relatively small. It's only used for deterrence.

Yes. Deployed on a wide variety of weapons platforms, including, but not limited to: missiles ranging from short range to intercontinental ballistic, bombs, depth charges, land mines, artillery shells, artillery rockets, torpedoes, hand-carried demolition charges, tank shells, mortar rounds, and space platforms.

As to the number... It's more than the sum total of all previous posts in the thread.

Nuclear...depth charges?

We're guessing they're dropped by airplanes or such; it's a bit hard to picture a ship's captain tossing a nuke overboard and yelling, "Full Speed Ahead!"

Helicopter or aircraft dropped, though we also have ASROC type systems that launch depth charges via rocket.

Typically, such munitions would actually have been carried by helicopters.
Or launched with rockets from the ship.

Quite a few. Some bioweapons too. We only use them when not doing so would have a worse end result. Of course, worse is subject to dispute, and that is why we have so many nukes.

No. If you're located on the relatively earthquake prone Ring of Fire in the Pacific, ground stability is questionable at best. Picture a nuclear weapons silo in the middle of an earthquake...

Unless the fault line and subsidence tries to occur directly down the middle of a silo tube, you're fine. Silos have to deal with the threat of nuclear strikes, their hardening will probably be sufficient to survive earthquake.

Besides, if anything, this is one hell of an argument for you to instead deploy your nuclear weapons from aircraft, subs and mobile-launcher ICBMs.
Things that are, by their very nature, much harder to find and kill than a static silo. Exactly why the Russians and Americans (not sure the US still uses mobile ground launchers though) still use all three in conjunction with silos.
