In the Homeless Program Stretch Limousines have a bar inside with plenty of cokes, booze, etc. Countless times the homeless like to drink on the way to and from the museums. Their are 1000 Lockers at these facilities so those who can't get into a room and in a program have access to a locker and can use the showers. The robes and slippers are free to keep and the government will send these articles out to any citizen for free. The richest industries in Texkentuck donate 20% of their taxes to these facilities. In everyroom is a box of Texkentuck Federation box of Gurkha Cigars for the resident to enjoy.....
