What is your nation's largest ruins of a city, destroyed by either war, natural disaster (like Pompeii did in A.D. 79 by Mount Vesuvius), or any other factor?

In Lamborghinia, perhaps the largest ruin that applies to this category is Strategos Island, which stood in the middle of the Strategos Seas. It is known to be the oldest settlement of Lamborghinians ever on the planet Kronos. No one particularly knows of the reason of the destruction: the history is very primordial, even before modern Lamborghinians settled upon the planet Kronos in 2070.

The Dominion bears many ruins dating from the Ikashi Republic. Most cities have some sort of "Old City" district where one can find ruins and restored Ikashi buildings. The biggest ruines remaining are undoubtfully the ruins of the city of Dindrad, one of the few major cities of the Ikashi Republic that have not been refounded during the Dominion Era.

Serentius Harbour. It was the last bastion of the human resistance front during the final years of the Great Race War between the humans and we aelrad. Located in the eastern continent of Marl'Renos, it had a population of approximately 4.8 million. The city was bombarded by nuclear warheads by aelrad forces, effectively ending the war. The city is still too toxic to reclaim.

The Pearl Coast, stretching for miles along the largest Home Island (Shikaru), was once a beautiful place, wealthy and popular with tourists. Civil war and rising seas have all but destroyed it, reducing it to a stretch of brackish swamp infested with disease, warlords, and pests, and it has become very isolated, as well as a hive of illegal activity. Many cities there are inhabited but in ruins, and it is basically an arc of destruction running along Shikaru's northwest coast.

There are no ruins per say. However with the property boom several years ago, many hundreds of residential parks were constructed and then following the property bust, the projects were abandoned, leading to many of so called 'ghost estates' being dotted around the country.

Following some growth in the economy, some of the estates are slowly beginning to near completion, however most remain derelict and abandoned. As you can imagine, young people have taken to the estates as a playground. The most popular activity seen in the abandoned construction sites is paintballing, closely followed by partying.

As NL is quite young, there isn't any building dating back from before the colonization. Every old building is also preserved and renovated as part of our heritage.

That being said, the territory of High Katanka still show scars from the annexation war, so there is a few bombed ghost towns in the mountain range, the biggest being the former political capital of this province, Madagan.

Kazad-Sundron, which was an ancient city dating back to 400 BCE. It continued to be settled in until 1943, when Soviet forces attacked the city, resulting in the Battle of Sundron. Kazad-Sundron continued to ensue in urban warfare for 2 years, with the majority of the city demolished by extensive aerial bombing and artillery strikes by both sides. By March 3, 1945, the Legion high command ordered the use of the first human nuclear weapon to be dropped on the city. The bomb completely shattered the remains of the city, and forced a retreat by both sides from Kazad. However the Battle was ultimately a loss for Kalmarium when Soviet reinforcements flooded into the region from the South, East, and West, annihilating the remaining Kalmar forces in the Kazakhi Dessert region.

After the war, no attempt had been made to re-occupy it, and the majority or the ruins where cleaned up by the Soviets for building material. The small portion that remained was declared a memorial to the brave Soviet soldiers who gave their lives during that Battle, but after the region was returned to Kalmarium at the end of the Kalmar-Soviet War, the memorial was re-dedicated to the Kalmar soldiers defending their homeland there.
