Kingshott1 celebrates all sexual orientation, the law rules fairly for everyone that people are not able to get married until four years after living together (exceptional circumstances do apply for example those which have not been given a long time to live due to illness or the age of the applicants (those that are within 10 years of our average life expectancy), the government requires that those which wish to get married some day register their intention.

This law allows us to reduce the amount of divorces in the country along with mitigating the affects on young children.

INCOMING TRANSMISSION---

***Official Communiqué from the Grand Supreme Holy Empire of New New Kevlandia***

10 June 2009

TO: To All Media Outlets

FROM: Sir Alistair Greeley, Jr. II – Emissary, the GSHE of NNK

RE: Homosexuality

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

***FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE***

In regards to the topic of homosexuality raised by the People's Republic of Barzan, the official position of the government of the Holy Empire of New New Kevlandia is as follows:

We take no position either way. The Grand Supreme Holy Emperor has stated in previous interviews “Why should I care if two dudes want to do each other? And two chicks? Heh, that’s a-ok with me!” In the Holy Empire of New New Kevlandia, homosexuality is allowed so long as it doesn’t try to overthrow the government, steal any diamonds or platinum from our mines or cramp the Emperor’s dating life. Other than that, the government takes no official position on homosexual behavior whatsoever.

Any further questions can be directed to Juicy McClure – PR Manager, the GSHE of NNK

The Kingdom of Tratvia has no legal discrimination against homosexuals. Indeed, the toughest Regiment in the Tratvian Army is the Royal Regiment of Homosexuals (the equivalent of the UK SAS). King Hildebrand is homosexual, and lives in Blatsk Palace with his partner, who holds the title Prince Consort. King Hildebrand concieved his heir by sperm donation, with a surrogate mother who was willing to host the heir to the Throne.

Military equipment in Metallic Slumber:

E-44 Fighter plane, can be mass produced. And is a cheaper equivalent of the F-16 at 30 million a piece in MS money.
E-67 Fighter Plane. The superior plane to the E-44. At 167 mill a piece in MS money.
Z-6 Bomber Plane. Can be slightly mass produced at 45 mill MS money. Better than the B-52 Stratofortress, but not as good as the B-2 Spirit.
M4 Carbine is the widely used weapon for “normal” infantry.
MP5-N and variants for Special ops mostly.
M1-A2 Tanks and M1 Tanks and LAC’s.
Weapons to advance when they advance higher in real life except for the planes. And these are just the ones mostly used.

In Fatatatutti, the 69th Lesbian Light Infantry is the only regiment that is officially composed of mostly homosexuals. (Discrimination is not allowed, so there are some straight women and some men in the 69th.) It is commonly believed that there is a higher percentage of homosexuals in the army than in the general population.

We of Barakania have a law requiring all citizens to engage in homosexual activity by age 16 or be convicted of a homophobic hate crime and sent to prison until raped there. We do not tolerate bigots in Barakania!

Being forced to have sex, I.E. RAPE, will not stop homophobic behavoir, quite the opposite, it would instill a deep rooted hate for homosexuals.

Havensky's government takes a apathetic approach to both sex and marriage. The government just doesn't care and only grants civil unions. (Churches can marry people off, but to the government they're all civil unions) Culturally, homosexuality is perfectly acceptable. People just don't care all that much. It's not even that much of a hot topic.

The government really doesn't care about people's sex lives. The only exception is with children. Sexual assault with a minor, child pornography, and child rape are considered extremely heinous crimes which carry the most severe of punishments.

Homosexuality has long been an accepted part of our culture, and there is no government involvement on such issues. It is strictly a personal matter. In fact, one of the sons of one of our most well known former President's, young Tanner Kilo, is gay and has been received well by the people of ViZion.

The Democratic Republic of Tyraus has little interest in the sexual orientation of it's citizens. People are free to love who and how they want, so long as it does not interfere with part policies. Many citizens within the DRT already except homo and bisexuality as a normal thing, and look upon homo/bisexuals without any bias.

Emperor Zjaan's "Moral Society" regards homosexuality, bisexuality, and transgenderism as errant. Gay marriage is not recognized. Various acts (sexual and non-sexual) considered outside of normal, heterosexual, procreative sex are outlawed. True, in practice the government does not aggressively pursue homosexuals as criminals, and homosexuality is usually a secondary offense added to a different criminal charge; however, laws on the books permit a maximum sentence of ten years forced labor for convicted homosexuals.

AHSCA's attitudes change from island to island regarding Homosexuality. Many of the islands however are very open to the subject and there is little dicrimination. More traditional famlies however have a mild-tolerance for it but still urge their children to persue a hetrosexual life-style. Corona Island while not a very Christian island is very much a family dominated island. There is a heavy diverging mix of opinions ranging from tolerated to putting up with it for the time to downright intolerance. The nations Majority Congressional party is known as The National Lesbian Party which orginated as a fellowship for young girls who were or wanted to be in a same-sex relationship. The party branched to include gays and heterosexuals as well and eventually became a political party. The party's ultimate objective is to just see that there is a good tolerance for same-sex relations.

Same sex marriages are outlawed due to a few reasons:
1.The nation was founded by dragons and the dragon religion does not allow same sex marriages.
2.There is high Christian beliefs among the humans.
3.It's just wrong.

In Illydea, sexual orientation is not a matter of importance. People are free to do as they please, and can marry whoever they want. To date, however, there has not been a single instance of a homosexual couple. Part of the reason for this occurrence is that the men in Illydea are strikingly similar to the women (since all elves possess natural beauty and grace). There isn't much time for marriages anyhow, since everyone in Illydea is solely dedicated to bringing down the evil socerer Sauron and restoring the glory of Middle Earth.

In The P, homosexuality, like all issues of sexual nature, belong to one's private life, and therefore can be practiced freely within one's own apartment, as long as all the parties do it willingly.
Also, the P-an government can register homosexual relationships as official, just like heterosexual relationships.

Ministry of Information: Sexuality is a private matter in Nova Prosperitas. Where consenting adults are concerned, the state has no role in the bedroom. That said, there is no legal recognition of same-sex relationships in Nova Prosperitas. Discrimination on the grounds of sexual orientation in employment or service is prohibited under the Human Rights Act 1990. Despite this safeguard, there is no specific mention of sexual orientation in the constitution and this has become a source of contention in recent years.

The Nation of DIstructia is far too concerned with more pressing matters to worry about marriage between same sexes. In a fairly calm moment of legislation, our governing body ruled that its citizens are free to join lives with who they wish. Of course there is a minimum age of consent to consider, 21.

We feel that it would be unfair to prevent our citizens from enjoying their lives at this, a most fundamental level.

Homosexuality is tolerated but not accommodated. For example: following recent legislation in The Phoenix Milita, child adoption by homosexual couples has been outlawed. Also, Since heterosexual marriages are not afforded any special privileges under the law, there has been no push to 'legalize' same-sex marriage either.

Even though Sargon is an oppressive Corrupt Dictatorship we think the homosexuality is just not our problem in general. If a man likes a man so be it. but when i gets to the point of raping unwilling men then it is a problem epically if the host has AIDS or other STDs (STIs). Then in that case the host will be jailed, killed, fined or what ever your nations punishment is this is just a suggestion though.

Abdjuans are known for their open minded attitudes towards sexual relations, and the custom dictates that Pharaoh does not decree who, or indeed, what, His subjects sleep with. The personal opinion of most Abdjuans is that sex is meant to be pleasurable as much as for procreation.

All consentual sex is legal, and the state does not regulate or recognise marriage, However, up to now only the Lesbian Community has attained the status of Mass organisation, with its own militia.

By decree of the King of Tibas, the sexual preference are not his concern. A specific sexuality shouldn't explicitly be legalized, but is a private freedom.
