Other than the fact that the ruler of Stelarus always will be female (it's a matriarchy for reasons that are not sexist), men and women are able to attain equal positions (and under the law equal pay) in our society, although that does not mean that some do not take pride in being their particular gender, usually this pride is shown when someone tells a friend to "man up" or some similar phrase. Radical feminism on the other hand doesn't usually get much attention we just ignore it, there are bigger things to deal with.

It varies with species and clan. In New Chelel, for our dominant species, females are larger and more dominant than males.

The Jaal'darya clan is our most radical feminist clan. Males are required to either get a sex change, or face either exile or slavery. Members wear burkas in public to hide their appearance (a male might be entertained by a female's appearance without her permission), however less radical members stretch this rule almost to the point of wearing more revealing outfits than normal females.

In the more meritocratic clans, such as the Sarghress, Ilhar'dro, or Nal'sarkoth, radical feminism (and radical chauvinism, for that matter) is frowned upon as a stupid waste of time.
