Fluttershy does not like weapons, they scare her.

As such, only police and military are allowed to carry weapons.

Technically, our Constitution forbids any government or military institution from owning ANYTHING a civilian cannot legally obtain 'within reasonable perimeters'.

There are six known privately owned ICBMS, and over a hundred registered nuclear devices with a yield of over a megaton, known to exist in Alowwvia. So, yes, pretty much any 'arm' is allowed to be 'beared'.

As a note, Alowwvia has not suffered a single major terrorist attack in over thirty years, and the last major 'shooting' claimed 17 lives, roughly twenty years ago.

In Primo Victoria, every citizen who is a current or former member of the military is required to keep at least one firearm on their person at all times. Being as every citizen over the age of 14 is a member of the militia (a recognized branch of the military), and every citizen is required to serve a stint in a more formal branch of the military, this gives us, in practice, universal mandatory firearms ownership and training. There are no restrictions on firearms, save for a minimum age of ownership (14).

Average price of a fully automatic AK pattern rifle, ~475 hammermarks.

Certainly not. What the people choose to do is none of the government's business. Fatatatutians are free to do whatever they want whenever they want. (If their actions cause harm to other people, they are of course subject to lawsuits.)

The population has for the most part been disarmed. There is no "right" to own firearms in Cesland, and very few people do so legally.

We have heavy restrictions on weapons since they create more danger than they prevent.

Does your nation's government guarantee the right to own and use Firearms and Other Weapons
No. The only ones allowed to use firearms are members of the armed forces and special police units. And even they do not own them, just borrow them from the organization they are serving in while on duty. For civilians, there is the option of state run hunting and shooting ranges that include their own fenced off area within which one may handle firearms under the supervision of the law.

Heavily restricted, the socialist government has no tolerance for private ownership of firearms whatsoever. They believe only the police and military should have weapons. The Monarchist Remnant, holed up in Schauenstein Province, is the complete opposite, for they have lax gun laws. Their only restrictions being that one proves they do not possess a criminal record or affiliation with the hated Reds and so can purchase anything they want within their budget (even tanks and helicopters).

No such right exists in Makaar; gun ownership is extremely strictly controlled, such that obtaining a license is almost impossible and available only to those who can demonstrate that they need a gun in order to protect their crops or livestock from pests - in other words, only farmers are able to obtain a gun, and even then only a single model designed by the state.

Ownership of a illegal firearm is viewed as a very serious crime, since such possession signals only that the offender intends to use lethal force to achieve his aims at some point in the future. Custodial sentences are normal.
Makaar is ranked 323rd in the world for Most Dedicated Public Healthcare.
Makaar is ranked 272nd in the world for Largest Welfare Programs (per capita).

The Vermont Constitution guarantees the right to bear firearms, and the government has held few restrictions are applicable. Registration logs are required to be maintained by registered gun vendors, and are submitted to the government. Beyond that, ownership and type of firearm purchase are not severely restricted beyond a precedent of "reasonability".

The state does not guarantee such rights, no, as that would imply they have the ability to take such rights away, which they do not. The rights exist, and the state recognizes them in writing.

As long as you have a license Citizens of Aquairia have the right to bear arms HOWEVER the guns can not be stored at home instead they are stored in Communal Armories where one can rent a gun locker and store their firearms there. This practice has reduced the chance of in home fire arm accidents by ensuring the weapons are out of the reach of minors or in places were accidents are more prone to happen.

Handgun, rifle and shotgun ownership is not protected, but compulsory. All people at age 16 are issued a 9mm pistol of their choice, and at 20 they receive their shotgun and rifle, as all people aged 16-30 can be and are technically reserve troops in the NAF.

Unless its Machine Guns, it's fairly easy to obtain them. For machine guns you have to get a Class Alpha permit, which takes months to authorize as EVERY detail of your life is under scrutiny. If there's any inconstincies, chances are you don't get it.

While it's not considered a right, Kavckians are allowed to arm themselves as long as they have a clean criminal record. We're a very martial society, taking the populace's guns away wouldn't be a very popular idea.

It is extremely encouraged to own weapons, due to the lack of military meaning it falls to civilians to protect our nation.
