Yes we allow our citizens to own weapons, we are not a paranoid dictatorship. You only need money and a relatively clean criminal record to own a firearm. However most Auzkhians do not own guns due to safe streets and magic users. Gun owners are more common in the country side.

No, there is no such right to bear arms - although there is a clause that says that citizens have the responsibility to take up arms in times of war or national emergency.

As such, some states in the Radiatian Federation have completely banned firearms, others have 'strict' licensing requirements (which can generally be overcome by bribery) while others still have vending machines where you can insert a few banknotes and walk away with a pistol or two.

There used to be federal restrictions on firearms, with a license required to wield one under federal law, however this law has since expired and it is now a matter for state governments.

Everyone has the right to earn the privilege of bearing arms through service in our defense forces.

the military is the sole licensing authority for firearms licenses and weapons permits and they generally will only issue them to serving members of the defense forces and any citizen with a record free of felony crimes can enlist and be ensured a chance to serve (migrants usually get rear echelon jobs like supply clerks and catering, but even they are issued with a rifle and a pistol), although foreign diplomats can apply for a permit to carry a light personal defense firearm, providing that the weapon in question is submitted for inspection to the gunsmiths at the central armory.

Yes, of course! Our citizens need to be armed to fight off capitalist oligarchy and imperialist thugs from America!

We allow firearm ownership, even assault weapons, however, it is illegal for someone who is on the "blacklist" to own one, and if they are caught they face a five year prison sentence for the first offense, ten for the second, and twenty, the max in our country, for the third offense. What is the "blacklist"? It's a list of people who have committed violent crimes in the past, such as murder, rape, or assault with a deadly weapon. If you've been convicted of any of those crimes and you're caught with a firearm you're going to jail for five years, a mandatory sentence. In fact, it is something you agree to when we release you after your original crime (for serious violent crimes, while the judge can only issue a sentence of up to 20 years, the state can extend the sentence indefinitely if a person is deemed to be unfit for release due to behaviour in prison. Of course, if petitioned by enough people or the courts order it, the state is obligated to release the prisoner). If you even try to buy a gun you get slapped with the same sentence.

Additionally, the mentally ill are also prohibited from gun ownership, though if they are caught they aren't sent to prison. They are simply put in the asylum and observed for 72 hours to be certain they haven't snapped.

Even minors may possess guns, but they aren't allowed to carry them on their person outside of their parent's property without parental supervision, and the gun must be in the parent's control at all times. Minors can't buy them, however, and the person who gives the weapon to the minor will be punished severely if that gun is used by the minor for something illegal. The punishment will be equal to the term served for the crime. If their child murders with the weapon due to the adult's irresponsibility they will be imprisoned for murder, as will the child.

Oh, and that applies to guns owned by parents themselves. If your kid takes your gun and uses it to commit a crime you are guilty of that crime as well. Better keep your guns locked up and make sure your kid isn't about to go crazy.

While most of our population are not allowed weapons, our citizens are duty-bound to keep arms and armour and to practice using them.

Owning a firearm if not in the army is considered capital punishment and the guilty are executed.

Military-Regulated guns are prohibited, but small handguns are legal, as long as the person in question does not have a criminal record.

Your test scores indicate that you are an open-minded ultra-progressive; this is the political profile one might associate with a university professor. It appears that you are skeptical towards religion, and have a balanced attitude towards humanity in general.

Your attitudes towards economics appear neither committedly capitalist nor socialist, and combined with your social attitudes this creates the picture of someone who would generally be described as a liberal.

To round out the picture you appear to be, political preference aside, a sensible principled egalitarian with few strong convictions.

There is no 'right' to bear arms in ER. Gun ownership is permitted but is fully registered and regulated. Assault rifles and handguns are banned except for use by the armed forces and the police.

We have no restrictions on firearm ownership for citizens, and our lax positions on weapons regulation makes us an international hub for PMC's and other mercenary groups.

Wildlife, including bears, are not allowed to have firearms. :)

Seriously, since many of our people survive or make their livelihood by hunting, and since many of our people live in isolated areas where wildlife can pose a danger, ownership of weapons is unrestricted at the national level. In some localities, however, the use of automatic or semi-automatic firearms in hunting is either banned or restricted, for safety reasons and to prevent over-hunting. This is a decision of local assemblies.

No, and ownership of any firearm except certain hunting rifles by civilians is banned under the Private Weapon Restriction Act.

One of the many reasons that crime is non-existent.

1. Arming bears is explicitly banned in the Principality of Romberg.

2. Image
If you can hunt a bear, it's totally legal.

3. Jokes aside, hunting rifles and shotguns are completely legal with registration, pistols and semi-auto weapons must be owned with permit and background check, everything else requires a license with proof of requirement e.g. law enforcement, VIP protection

Ukrainians de-facto have the right to bare arms due to the fact the military government does not feel like trying to combat the uprising that would come from trying to take them away. Such is the result of many long years of civil war and Ukrainians not being Yugoslav-cowards who sit around waiting for the international community to come save them.

Legally speaking the matter is not approached and any type and style of weapon is acceptable in private ownership; because again, no uprisings.
