Only months after the first Ottoman civil war between Communists and Fascists a new one has started to show signs of beginning. Recently, the Fascist party has lost majority of its supporters due to Ataturk's speeches and his openness towards the idea of a republic. Sudden amounts of loyalists to Ataturk and republicans including many minority groups of the Ottomans start to support the 'Justice and Republic' party which Ataturk leads. The Fascists backed by the Sultan take a different view, being pressured by Ataturk and other Republican leaders to give in to their demands. The Fascists once again take arms opening fire upon Republican protesters without Ataturk's military advisers commands. Many Ottoman officers support the Fascists, but the Republicans are the most popular party in the empire now. Ataturk orders military officers and the Sultan to stand down but they refuse, openly rebelling against the empire wishing for more dictatorship like reforms. As soon as the civil war heats up, sudden support for Ataturk raises sky high as men and woman take arms. Most of the fighting of the civil war takes place in urban areas, causing civilian casualties. The Ottoman army is split between the Fascist party and the Republican party, causing the military to split up into two separate sides. Unlike the last civil war though, Ataturk urges other countries to stay out of this civil war. Even in Europe, many Turkish decedents fly the Ottoman flag in support of Ataturk, sudden amounts of Armenians originally scared to return suddenly come back, leaving the USSR, Syria and Lebanon, many of which join the military as soon as they enter the country.

With Fascism growing rapidly in French communities, with the USSA, and USSR remaining a constant threat to world peace, The Communist party is now nothing more than a joke, holding no power, and almost entirely turning into a radical form of its former self. A cautious many warn of any suspicious activity, though despite their best efforts, it does not change the inevitable.

TRAGEDY STRIKES PARIS!

In a recent, and horrifying attack on the City of Paris, a group of Radical Communists succeeded in the bombing of Fascist and Social Liberal houses. The parties have suffered a lot from these attacks, losing as many as 120 people. 22 more are told to be injured, and 12 Critical. People crowd onto the streets to see the damage that has been left. With the new attack, Charles has no choice but to send in the Military to assist in keeping public control. They are also armed with a Char B1 Bis if needed to deal with the dangerous party.


With the attack, 100's of people begin to hold a protest in order to close down the Communist faction, it remains the smallest of the large parties, but it holds no major support, and some other factions are willing to take its place. Over 500,000 continue to support it to the death, seeking global revolution, though the People of France are not happy with their current attempts at gaining power. Charles has considered this, but he needs more than half the population to support the action. So far the smaller cities have refused to say anything towards the situation, and it is feared that the Communist party may gather even more support there, as industry and unemployment still remains in some of the untouched cities.


Though in a recent turn of events, many people that have fled the USA in the start of the rebellion, and rescued Capitalists who were fairly put on trial, are now frequently meeting with French-Americans by the Arch to celebrate the closest form of their old Government, France. The Stars and Stripes wave proudly, and many of them debate furiously in politics to allow the reformation of the United States of America, under its proper border and electoral rule. Though there are not enough of them to be considered a threat, France stands by their side the entire way, dedicating a seat in the French Senate to any former United States politicians. One of which, has gained the utmost respect of the entire ethnic group, his name is Franklin Delano Roosevelt. He has proposed that if they are to return the United States, a continuation of the old ways must be established. Though through this, they must adjust to the new politics the world has to offer. Isolation is not the way of a power so immense.

In today's day an age, we seem to be either in a bitter civil war, locked in a tyrannical dictatorship, or like the USSA and a few other nations, in relative peace. I see in the news Communism rising, as well as Democracy, and i see the two parties clash. The recent events in Paris are not supported by me or the USSA. My people and i went to the extremes for reasons few can understand. Violence must not be shown by the Communist if they wish to further spread their belief. We must show the world we are in fact the better ones! It may be hard, it may take a lifetime, maybe even two, but we will prevail, for the human, though filled with greed, is bursting with compassion and willingness to help its fellow man!

Now the USSA is open to any who wish to come back home, including old politicians. We were not mad at them, it was not their fault, for it was the generations before them fault. It was they who allowed themselves to be bought out,their greed clouded their minds. They were caught up with Americas rise to power, and with doing that they abused their new found power and wealth... America was already lost, it was the Monopolies that were in charge, not the Politicians. 100,000s of my comrades were thrown in prisons or murdered like dogs in the streets for voicing their opinions before we took up arms. We the people did as our ancestors wanted us to do, we took matters in our own hands!

Despite the USSA's offer to allow them to come home anytime they please, many of them stay for reasons that are as clear as stone: Bring back the United States. The Monopolies ran rampant, and they could be dismissed through a single precise election, and through that, consider trusts ended. FDR and many former politicians stay, seeing that they will only return, when their once proud nation is returned to how their forefathers wanted it to be. They have nothing against the Communist system, though they have a problem with how easily persuade the people were. In the times before the Monopolies, diversity was key for the survival of the nation, and now it would appear that Majority Opinion, is the only Opinion. Though some return only to stay with family, but the rest stay and watch and wait for the rebirth of the United States, though the possibility is far from sight.

Just thought id add this, there are other parties in the USSA, hint why i hold elections Just the Communist party holds the majority of voters and support. It was the Communist party that saved the USSA from destruction, and its the Communist party that remains giving people food,shelter, and jobs. With the nation being Communist, money is not seen as much of an issue (It really is only used for international trade), the issue is running out of jobs and over population. Which those two go hand in hand.

The new Capital that was built by the USSA has been completed, and is a beauty of a sight, using many modern era and Enlightenment era architecture. The new Capital building, which is built to be awe inspiring and to be a testament of USSA engineering and Architecture, is seen in the center of the city. Its architecture has many characteristic of French palaces, as well as English.

The Brazilian Imperials hide in the forrests, and attempt to attack the USSA troops with great losses on their end. The Generals have no contact with the king, and the casualties continue to grow larger and larger by the moment. The government seems to be completely out of sight with the devastating losses. Then, the Generals give the order for the troops to drop their guns and raise their hands in surrender. The country was in turmoil and in surrender, with the port cities greatly damaged. Later, news was finally heard from the capital; Abel Valenco was found dead in his palace with his throat sliced open, seemingly done by an assassin. With this news, many dukes and duchesses flee their country. For King Valenco was dead and with him, his kingdom.

Within two months the civil was draws to an end. Throughout world news pictures of pride in the Ottoman Empire emerge such as troops marching through streets with huge crowds waving Ottoman flags along with even Armenians participating in the marches. Although some other pictures emerge such as burned bodies of Republican troops, having been burned by a recent weapon used by the Ottoman military, the 'modern' flamethrower. Many European weapons make their way into the civil war, making flamethrowers and modern explosives. People in the Ottoman Empire crowd the palace as Ataturk gives a speech, the streets absolutely crowded by civilians. As for the Sultan, pictures of the Sultan being hung spread rapidly through the press along with Fascist leaders ether fleeing to Syria or being executed by firing squad.

The City of Paris, and the Jewel of the French empire, is now considered the City of love by many in the world. Tourism hit an all time high by those from all over the world, and the Eiffel Tower has become its icon. Every season, hundreds arrive to visit the sites, and to meet the locals. The French Cuisines begin to spread throughout the world, and old Cafe's are now turning into 5 star dinners.



The People of Paris are also enjoying a new show that has made its way to Paris. Swan lake has become a hit since its release, making a 500,000 franks on its first day. People call this the Paris Golden age.

The City of Paris is seen to be the only thing keeping the French Empire afloat. The Economic stability of France is still struggling, and now the Parties are out to kill one another. The country is in a near state of Anarchy with the military being the only thing truly stable. The inflation of Franks is slowly rising and its worth to those around the world is continuing to fall. The actions of WWI are still present and are forcing the French economy to dwindle. The Male Population has risen outstandingly since then, but nothing has changed the Economic stance. Oil companies continue to drill French Soil, and Fascism and Communism still remain quite present, and each side are gathering much support now. Fascism is the Third Largest party, and the Communist party in under a month went from the last major party to 4th Largest, and is holding it strongly. Many outside of the major cities are experiencing the bulk of depression, and it has no sign of it stopping.


Charles is ordering the complete and under industrialization of all area's that have minor industry. Massive efforts are to be put into it for the hope that the Economy will also soon rectify its mistake.

As the war comes to an end, USSA marines walk the streets of Brazilian cities, handing food and clothing to those who lost their homes. Michael promises to dedicate his nations resources to helping the people of Brazil get back on their feet. Engineers also arrive to rebuild roads and bridges, as well as repair the electrical grid. Imperial troops still remain im the jungles, but many have surrendered. Michael's ambassador speaks with Communist and socialist leaders in Brazil,to determine the future of Brazil. Michael leaves this to Brazil. In 4 months, major roadways and bridges will be repaired and the foundation of the nation will be able to support the people once more. Shipments of food arrive every day for the Brazilian people. After 4 months, USSA forces will leave Brazil to rule itself once more.

The new United Socialist Provinces of Brazil Premier, Adão Vela, meets with the USSA premier. He hopes to speak to him of the new country Brazil is to form. Despite the new premier despising the old King, he still wishes to discuss the formation of South America as one Communist state and to help rebuild Brazil's Naval Fleet and Airplanes. Meanwhile, the Vice-Premier makes parliament, only allowing three leftist parties: The Communist, The Socialist and The Liberal parties. Before the meeting, Vela rides in his car and meets with a cheering crowd, he is seen shaking hands with multiple people in the streets of São Paulo. The city was now the new capital and a symbol of a reborn country.

2 months have passed since the war ended, and USSA troops are hard at work fixing what they have destroyed. The Brazilian military was the USSAs most experienced adversary yet, and the USSA soldiers respect how hard and valiantly the Imperial troops have fought. USSA has repaired a number of Brazilian freight ships in order for them to start international trade, all in order to repair their economy. Ports are also under construction, and as well as factories destroyed by USSA air raids. USSA teachers are also entering Brazil, in order to help educate the young, and to educate the adults, so they can then do the same for the young. USSA doctors also arrive to teach modern medicine to the people of Brazil, since most doctors fled the country, or were killed.

USSA is spending a large fortune on the reconstruction of the country, but like every war the USSA enters, it feels responsible, and gladly pays for the reconstruction. USSA forces will leave in 2 months, but engineers and other professional people, will remain for as long as the Brazilian people need them.

The Democratic Socialist party is gaining popularity, with it having members even taking governor positions in the USSA. Some feel the USSA is starting to loosen itself up. Though as the DSP (Democratic Socialist Party) begins to gain popularity, plans of what the USSA leaders intend to do are leaked. Though leaders deny them being true, that they are just rumors, it still seems suspicious to the people.

What was leaked was just an idea introduced by some powerful leaders in the USSA. The idea was to make the nation less dependent on the Government, and become a true Communist nation. The nation would be split into independent communities, with around 20,000-30,000 members each. Each community will grow what it needs, with some surplus to trade with, mostly to trade with communities that are not able to grow as much, but produce things the other may not have. Each community will have locally elected officials, which will deal with local affairs. A true democracy. Every year, 3 officials will be voted to go to the capital to discuss national affairs for 2 weeks. They will vote on new national laws, or discuss trade disputes or international issues. In a time that war may be needed, every community sends 3 officials to vote on whether the nation should go to war or not. They must discuss the issue for a minimum of 3 days, unless the nation is being invaded, then war is automatic yes.

When a declaration of war is made, the nation first relies on propaganda; they secretly put up posters in enemy territory offering huge rewards for the assassination of the enemy leaders. They offer similar rewards to any of those leaders who betray their fellows. Other nations condemn this behavior as dishonorable; the leaders of the USSA defend it with the argument that they are in fact humane, ending massive wars with very little bloodshed. Other tactics include causing dissension by, for example, promising the leadership of the nation to an enemy ruler's brother, or fellow politicians if that brother, or fellow politicians will support the Nations cause. In helping their friends, USSA leaders do not like to risk their own citizens, but they are unstinting in providing money and material.

When it is necessary for the Nation to fight, they hire mercenaries, at unbeatable prices, and send their own generals to lead them. As a last resort, the Nation will fight. No citizen is ever forcefully conscripted except in the case that the Nation itself should be invaded. Wives are allowed to accompany their husbands to war, fighting side by side. In battle, citizens are dogged and tireless, buoyed as they are by the Nations values instilled in them from childhood. In the event of victory, the citizens never let things degenerate into a massacre. While fighting, they act to the best of their ability not to destroy the enemy's land or soil.

These were simply a plan for a near perfect society (Not fully explained, this is inspired by the book "Utopia"), or as a last resort.

Another attack was launched against the Fascist party today, it is unknown whether it was provoked or out right aggression. The leader of the party was found dead in his office, with multiple wounds to his side, indicating physical abuse, along with a bullet through the brain, possibly to end the pain. As a retaliation, Charles sends in multiple military units to secure the Communist Party HQ and have all suspects taken custody and sent to the nearest jail to await trial.

The Fascist party has taken matters into their own hand. Having enough popularity to support a small army of 10,000, the begin to launch nightly raids on any known communists. The effect is deadly, leaving 20 dead in the first week from all over France. The entire affair is much more than CHarles had expected, and in the mean time, ignores it to get other pressing matters solved. The people of France begin to blame him for his actions, and the two parties begin to rise to the Largest, and Second largest parties. The Communists continue their strikes, but in mass, having massive amounts of people take Fascist offices and harming all those involved for revenge. The Two parties have begin to engage in what seems as mostly domestic civil war, but Charles understands that if this continues, a full out war between the two would begin. The Military is torn between sides. While Officers remain loyal to the Fascists, General's and a few armies are strictly loyal to the Republican party of France. The lower ranking privates and a few other military personnel remain to be strictly communist. Charles is about ready to force his hand and ban both parties, but at the moment, France's idea of liberty, and the fate of the country, are on the end of their rope.

As France begins to split, USSA cargo ships arrive, the ships are full of equipment for the French military. The equipment ranges from Thomas Machine guns, to clothing and food. The Ships were sent to France on the orders of the DSP, with the approval of Michael.

Michael's fellow politicians found it weird that he sent aid to France, but did not question him doing so. Whether the France take the aid or not is of no concern to him.

Many people in the USSA grow frustrated that leaders of the USSA are handing out so much aid to other parts of the world, especially Brazil. They wonder why Michael does not focus more on domestic issues, which some people are growing concerned of the aging bridges in the USSA, which 2 were reported to have collapsed, taking 9 lives in total.

France denies the aid, seeing as the military is already properly equipped, and have the latest gear, but a thank you is sent instead, but France does not need help in this time of Crisis.

After Ataturk founds the Ottoman Republic, he suddenly makes huge changes to many policies both domestic and foreign. Due to the Sultans death, and to keep national unity up during such dire political reforms, Ataturk puts a new Sultan in charge, a distant relative from the Sultan's family who is a strong leader in the Republican Peoples party. Ataturk limits the Sultans powers, only allowing him some control in the military and the political powers of vetoing and proposing bills to be passed, almost acting as a second president. Ataturk suddenly proposes peace to Yugoslavia after almost eight months of fighting, enforcing the original demands for a region of Yugoslavia that borders Bulgaria. Yugoslavia is forced to accept due to the sudden push towards their capital due to Ataturk's demand for a sudden charge. After the war, Ataturk tours the country trying to push for minority rights even including Armenian rights, hoping to strengthen the Republican Peoples party. Finally, a sudden massive political change is put in place, Ataturk, now acting as a president instead of a puppet dictator gives a speech, in which he says "Unless a nation's life faces peril, war is murder." and a major quote that only rises support of the new government. Newspapers across the world suddenly show what may be one of Ataturk's most famous words of his lifetime.

REPORTS JUST IN. their is open fighting in the north states of Italy the fascist have started their coup. police forces in the area are hold them back but the fascist army has German weapons. and the police has some rifles and pistols nothing to hold them back.

the government has sent in the loyalist army to combat them. in fear that other revolts are might take place in the Africa states and Albania. the government has is sending troops to all states that are not in Italy.

martial law is now taking place in all Italian cities for the safety of their own lives.

Since the loss of the last war, recruitment has hit an all time low in the USPB. As a result, the minimum age to join the military has been lowered to 16 years of age and people from the Bolivia, Paraguay and Uruguay regions are allowed into the military as well. All others who were in the Imperial Navy and air planes were allowed to rejoin, since they had experience. They would fly the planes and the navy which would be repaired within a certain number of months. Meanwhile, Bolivia (Formerly known as Província da Bolivi) population has hit 33 percent of those who are fluent in Portuguese. Also, Uruguay (Província da Rugu) has been under construction, as of late. An airport will be built on the port city of Maldonado along with beach resorts and other tourist attractions will be built around the city. The city and resorts will be safe for children and parents due to high amounts of police presence and cleaning the streets and beaches from diseases. These are set to compete with some of the most famous tourist hot spots.

Covert Operations: Premier Vela orders the rescinding of the IAI (Imperial Agência de Informação) and to instate a new agency APID. (Administração do Premier de Inteligência e Defesa) He also asks Premier Stalin for trainers for the new trainees and asks Michael for a person to fill the Co-Administrator position (Second in Command) while Vela's council decides on the Administrator.

The PIA (Peoples Intelligence Agency, basically like the CIA and KGB) has been tracking Fascist movements in the USSA for the last few months, and obtained intel that they will be holding a demonstration at the nations capital. Normally this would not be alarming, but undercover operatives discovered the demonstrators will be bringing fire arms. Micheal, bent on not having what is happening in France or Italy, orders the military to crush this demonstration if it becomes violent. He will have the police lead them to a square, where his troops will be in the ready, hidden, to take action if necessary. The soldiers were only ordered to fire if the crowd starts firing on the police.

Nearly 15,000 fascist supporters go to the capital. Once there they began to scream and yell, posters saying change now. Many throwing trash and rocks at the police. Then one takes out a bottle and lights it, throwing it at the police, catching one on fire, but the police and military do not do anything violent in return. More bottles are lite, and more are thrown. Then many take out handguns, shotguns and other small arms and begin firing. The police, as told to do, jump behind their vehicles. The military, hidden in alleys and on roof tops then surround the crowd. Next second blood fills the air, the smell of gunpowder stinging the senses. Men and women screaming, while also trying to fire at the hidden military. They then try to escape, but their only exit is cut off by USSA Marines in jeeps, now firing 50 calibers into the crowd. A man using a loud speaker begins yelling at the now dying crowd, telling them they made a big mistake. That what their party is doing in other countries will not happen here.

An hour about the fighting started, the street is filled with around 15,000 bodies. Only 7 cops were killed or injured. During this, PIA agents burst into the homes of the protesters, finding their husbands or wives left behind tending the children. The adults are shoved into the ground, the children taken. The parent screaming, cursing. The agents search all houses for anything that would indicate a plot against the government. Most homes just have guns or documents stating they are fascist. Only the higher ranking members had anything interesting, which the leader, George Lincoln Rockwell (I know he does not come up until later in US history, but he is the only name i can get), had letters from Hitler and other Fascist leaders around the world, including party members from France and Italy.



General F. Scott tried to get Michael to take action, but Michael reminded his top general that he just ordered the murder of nearly all major US fascist leader, and little is to be feared now. Michael was not about to declare war on Germany just because Hitler failed at starting a revolution in the USSA.

The children taken are to be sent to orphanages until the remaining parents can be found innocent.

Michael sends in one of his closer friends, Lucas, to be the Co-Administrator while the Brazilian Premier can find a replacement. Lucas is a supporter of both the DSP and the Communist party. He holds master degrees on both. As well as degrees in engineering, social science and Bio-sciences. He is nearing the age of 52.

Brazil, with a government firmly stood for 3 months, applies to join the alliance of the Communist and Socialist countries led by the USSR. This in hopes to engage in trade to benefit Brazil and the countries in the future. Also with this alliance agreement, Brazil hopes to continue building the factories in central Brazil originally planed by the imperials, and to improve the living conditions of Brazilians and agriculture. Meanwhile, in retaliation with the attack by the fascists in the USSA, Warrants for arrest have been made on leaders of multiple National Socialist and Facist parties, and all those who retaliated would be shot dead by police. The warrants also include to search properties owned by the leaders. All those arrested would be charged with conspiracy to commit against the people's government, which includes a ten year sentence. The Socialist and Liberal parties condemn the arrests and blame the Communist party, who have the majority over the parties combined.



Covert Operations: As the Italian army are distracted with the Fascists north, Brazil begins to fund Communists in Two Sicilies in hopes that they would rebel and overthrow the Italian kingdom. Meanwhile, new APID agents (Re-trained former IAI agents) meet with the new Co-administrator Lucas Maurcs on a private air strip from a plane in America. The APID agents are temporarily assigned as the security detail until the government organizes experienced security members. At the new APID agency in São Paulo, the Administrator meets with the new second in command. The Administrator is Alexandre Valenco, (Aged 34) former operations manager of the IAI and brother of the now-dead king.

The blood bath continues, though the rebellion in Italy has spread to France. Like a small fire, it rises up in the smaller cities, as Fascists and Communists begin to tear each other apart and try to take the fight to the republic. 120,000 Communists were in the initial rise up, storming a military base and killing nearly 5,230 soldiers. THe Fascists soon did the same, with the military split into thirds, and the rebellion beginning to rage, Charles finds no other option but to use his tactical, and numerical advantage to begin pressuring them. He firsts attacks the communists, securing a large majority of their force, around 98,000, while loosing 1,233 men. The action soon caused the Communists to full rebel and have their support turn into millions. The Fascists mobilize as well, bringing their numbers to rival there's. The Only dominant force is the French Military, holding 3 Million personal left after the 2 Million split off. The Fascists number in at 1.5 Million and the Communists 2.5 Million. France declares Marshal law and locks down all secured towns and cities. Ports are instantly taken, though Marseilles belongs to the Communists, with a strong Republic loyalty. The French Navy begins to patrol the cost as well, preparing to take action against any rebel ship. Luckily, the Navy us at full strength, and the Air force as well. The Japanese Provided A5M's begin to launch coastal patrols and raids, and the bombers begin to target important fascist and Communist FOB's. The French military has every advantage, and if the army is willing, the rebellion could quickly end in under 5 Months with minimum casualties.

The US politicians that remain in France since the revolution in the United States, have heard of the event that resulted in 15,000 dead. FDR himself is highly displeased with the action and condemns it. He quotes "I do not wish to see the liberty that our forefathers created stomped upon. The actions of a few resulted in 15,000 dead for their right to speak freely. The actions that have been committed, do not have any justification, as those who fired could easily be singled out, rather than the complete and utter slaughter of 15,000 men and women."

DGSE: The DGSE (French CIA basically) have now find it critical that as much information about the USSA be found as possible. 3 agents have been gathered and are currently awaiting transport. There first mission is to find out any information that the USSA has that can be used in a hostile way towards France.
