Background:
Mister Trump has a PHD in Political Science and English. Afther graduating he worked for many years as a Proffesor at The Hague State University, teaching Political Science. Afther almost 2 decades he became a Representative with the House of Representatives for one term and became later on one out of the two State Senators.

He served 2 terms in Office before he runned for Govenor's Office, unfortunetaly he lost this election from his fellow Democratic colleague but was one month later appointed Ambassador-Designate to Arumdaum by both the President on special advise of the Grand Duke.

4. We would like to have 25 Guards instead of 8, we have a large diplomatic Mission to your country which needs protection and 8 officers is to few.

5. We would like to have 2 more vehicles then officially allowed due serious safety/Security but also mobility concerns

I am sorry, however, your embassy cannot be a fortress. With security forces taking up a third of your diplomats, we see this as sort of a threat. Arumdaum is known for being a peaceful nation, and guns are not allowed for the populace. To be randomly shot is an unlikely chance, and if your men are seen with armored cars and policemen armed with guns, the people will also be intimidated. However, the rest of your requests are fine.

Sir, Madam,

I would like to inform you that no guns shall be taken along with this Diplomatic Mission to your country,only a few weapons which may only be used in a case of self defense. Also we shall still take 25 Security Officers with us, it's standard and our embassy's cannot operate 100% safely without them.

But as a sort of compromise my government would like to explain wherefor we need 25 Officers. Well the first 5 Secret Service Officers are the permanent 'bodyguards' of our highest representative in your country; the Ambassador.

The Second group of 10 Secret Service Officers are the permanent 'bodyguards' of our 5 Diplomats. All of these diplomats are being protected at any and all times by two of these Secret Service Officers.
Last but not least, the 10 Officers of the Koninklijke Marechaussee (=Royal Noordeindian Military Police) guard our embassy 24/7. They check passports at the entrance, are in control of the security systems etc. And only operate in the embassy and on it's surrounding grounds.
