There is no such thing as Equus Sapiens as they are only fictional. However they do appear in some children's entertainment and they are quite popular in some cities.

Ponies are legally seen as any other species but they are however in common lore seen as treacherous but as great warriors at the same time.

We had like 72 but we gave them to Legokiller.

They are treated equally under the law, and are welcomed as refugees in instances where they are fleeing from the harsher regimes that have posted here. Currently, there are 750,000 Talking Ponies in Olwe, and one Olwean Pony that is deployed overseas as an ambassador to another Pony-friendly nation.

We only have Equus Sapiens Sapiens (earth) and Equus Sapiens Icaruses (pegasus) in Thetopian everyday life. Equus Sapiens Magis (unicorn) are mostly either in an island 200 miles from Thetopiat, or in the Magic Corps, a division of the army made up of beings that know magic.

Yes. Once they are here they must obey Olwean laws, but we have a fairly comprehensive naturalization/immigrant-education program so there is very rarely any trouble in that regard... other than that, there aren't any restrictions on refugees (although it should be noted that fiscal conservatives and people of Abrahamic faiths -- especially strongly anti-LGBT faiths -- tend to be quite unhappy here, and often leave after only a few months; this felt necessary to point out because of your nation's name).

My real nations name is Armenia Major, and gay marraige is legal and common here.
Also we need 5600 Cave Jews to be airlifted away from communists.

If I recognized their existence (I don't), they'd be treated the same as any other Imperial.

Ponies are just what they are called. Ponies. All 'humanish' ponies were removed during the Third Vault-Lenisograd War.

Those still here are treated bad, as most of them tend to live in slums due to it being hard for them to find work.

OOC: Just a note... I say the thing about "pony immigrants" (yeah, i know, it sounds really stupid) because if i say that i can rp with pony nations. Because, you know, it's impossible to roleplay with a nation full of anthropomorphic ponies if in your nation's universe they doesn't exist

Treated equally and the same as any other species in the Empire. As usual with all the other species, anyone who is racist or xenophobic against them, and anyone who attempts genocide of any sort against them is condemnded by the empire and will be ERADICATED.

They are fictitious beings, and anyone over 10 yrs old who likes them is a victim of constant ridicule by their peers.

If they were real, they would be shot on sight. The government would actually pay people for every sapient pony that they shot.
