USCS Embassy Programme

The Free Land of the United Socialist Council State (USCS) is hereby opening up to foreign embassies with like minded nations. Only socialist or otherwise left-leaning nations will be accepted. Totalitarian nations will not be accepted, although authoritarian nations will be on the condition they shall work to improve human rights. Stalinist and other pseudo-socialists will be rejected. All Troskyist, democratic socialist and libertarian-socialist nations are guaranteed to be accepted.

All diplomatic staff be treated in accord with GENERAL ASSEMBLY RESOLUTION # 22.

The USCS retains the right to expel any embassy personnel suspected of crimes within the USCS. Embassy personnel shall not be persecuted in their home nation for actions not illegal within the USCS, regardless of the laws of their own state.
