OOC: From an Elvish name generator which told me that my real name translates as Olwe Telemaitte. He was an RP character I used on a couple of different LOTR sites, and I brought him here along with several other previous established RP characters from other sites.

IC: The nation is named after Olwe Telemaitte, its original ruler, who died in 55 C.R. (2535 A.D.).
