Probably the absolute presence of the Totalitarian State in both public and private aspects of life. The state listens and watches everything that you do in your daily life to ensure the safety and stability of the Nation. Persecution of those who may be threats to the Nation are routinely carried by the Ministry of State Security so that threat can't infect our Nations way of life.

Dhakh militias are numerous and well armed. Our militia culture dates back to our fight for independence and most of our militias believe in the Greater Dhakhia ideology. They are well armed and extremely nationalist.

Yes, perhaps I should look up his response in a F&NI thread about why he's terrifying. OH WAIT. There is only hot air! :lol2:

No worries, just take your time to adjust. You'll learn soon enough.

We still have a thriving population of 'European' Lions, or Cave lions in the Northern Regions, as well as Mammoths that can be fairly aggressive.

There are still many undiscovered species in the forests and jungles of the USSX, and since over 70% of the country is dense jungle/ forest there are many 'terrifying' and 'frightening' things to be encountered. The locals would have you think, differently, however. Especially the Verdantean, or the 'Forest People' who live in large tree houses/ forest-jungle communities.

As a matter of fact, the Verdantean themselves can be quite frightening, as a large portion of them aren't even registered as citizens or exist on any records whatsoever.

Our pro environment government is ruthless against corporations that don't comply with carbon tax. Well we tend to give out harsh punishments on tax evaders all together.

Once you've taken a look at his post history, then you'll figure out that what he says isn't 'hot air'.

The size and grandeur of King Andrew's mustache often terrifies unready tourists.

Well there's the fact that everyone and I do mean everyone, carries around dirks and that dueling is acceptable. Some might find the large amount of wolves unsettling. Then there's the horrifying reputation of Fao soldiers and how they handle their enemies. For that matter, the size of Faolinn's wolves compared to others. If you're a CEO, this place seems like a socialist nightmare and by the way, everyone hates you. The very noticeable belief in and startling amount of evidence for the existence of lycanthropes within the region, despite the fact that lycanthropy is considered a sign of moral uprightness and that werewolves are positive characters in Faolinn's ancient legends who are not uncontrolled beasts, but rather level headed, wise, and perceptive.

To be honest, we (both me OOCly and Veceria ICly) like Ralkovia's imagination and ability to write such wonderful texts.

Our police can be brutal at times (three out of every hundered deaths are caused by the police, although that does count those legally executed and those killed in true self defence or to potect others.)

In Metro Andocara, there is a Big Brother Policing system where surveillance is in every corner in every public place. Rumors have it that there are additional hidden cameras within cars, and even within residential areas. These cameras can accurately identify any citizen of Andocara and can track down that person's true current location to a tee. There is a database the police use that knows almost everything about every Andocarian citizen, even to things like where was the last public place they've been to, their job, education, marital status, family, current declared residence, past declared residences, their internet search history, what they own, their location history, their criminal records (if they have one), their referral history, their health, what they eat, etc.
