Not really feeling the placement of the rear most SPG-62 and the SPY-1 array seems to be in a bad spot with all that beam-width hull aft. Raise the rear SPY-1 array a bit so it's at least level with the funnels like on Burke, otherwise it might have issues looking backwards. Might also want a SPQ-9 for gun direction, but me being old fashioned I would replace the guns altogether with SeaRAM mounts.

If the guns are for shore bombardment, you should put them on the back. If they're CIWS, you probably only need one.

You'd draw a light on the stern, a green panel+light one the bridge wing and a light up on the mast.

A carley float is a basic liferaft that needs minimal launching, you can see one (witha smaller one inside) attached to the superstructure below (the ring thing)

I need a modern battlecruiser and a destroyer that looks western.

Already settled on the Nimitz Class of carrier.

and is there anyway that a German Uboat design could be Modernized and on a larger scale? like Oscar II size?

1) There's not much point of Battlecruiser's these days, only the Kirov is classified as such and they are kinda outdated. Would be better off on focusing on DDG's

2) Not really, 70 years of Naval innovation has happened then, you'd have have to essentially start afresh
