Alright guys, for 6th Gen UCAV's launching off of my carriers, Launch tubes- Y or N?

my general thoughts are three launch tubes on either side along the hull. Heavily armored, built something like the launch-tubes for the Battlestar Galactica in the series of the same name. Pressurized, sealed, built to quickly launch alert fighters and get them to launch speed using sideways mounted catapaults. Won't be able to respond until tonight... gtg now, bye.

At last, a useful outlet for my Soviet Navy specialization!

- Battleships are more or less obsolete in modern times; missiles tend to outrange guns by a factor of roughly ten, depending on size and type. For example, in the "Reznov" class (you may want to rethink that name), your 152mm guns would most likely get something close to 30km range while the "Brahmos"-lookalike missile would get almost 300. They're also big, slow, vulnerable targets, which makes them easy prey for air attack - a lesson which was proven time and time again in WWII, when guided anti-ship missiles were still largely in the experimental stage and bombs/torpedoes were the main ship-killers.

- When using non-parts-sheet parts from Shipbucket (i.e., when taking the Kirov's hull and modifying it), you need to cite the original authors in the final image and keep the "shipbucket" watermark in the bottom right corner (like this). Otherwise people will accuse you of stealing their work.

- Make sure your targeting radars match up with your weapons. For example, the AK-630 CIWS requires a separate MR-104 Rys' (Drum Tilt) or MR-123 Vympel (Bass Tilt) radar in order to aim the gun - unlike the Phalanx and Kashtan, which are self-contained. There's no sense in dropping fancy new CIWS all over a ship if they can't be properly aimed and fired. The same applies to surface-to-surface and surface-to-air missiles, and is especially true of Soviet equipment. This site lists most Soviet scanning and targeting radars, as well as the naval weapons systems they match up with.

- Likewise, dropping fancy new CIWS all over a ship isn't the best defense against incoming planes and missiles - CIWS guns are meant as a last-resort tool, for that one missile that makes it through your SAM screen, because each gun only has a few seconds to fire between "missile enters range" and "missile strikes ship." Intermediate- and Short-range SAMs are a better area to focus on expanding.

- Note that most naval weapons have a certain level of below-deck penetration - in addition to what you see on the outside, there's also a lot which accompanies it below the mount. Think of a tree and its roots. Meanwhile, most areas of a ship already have things inside them, so you can't just drop weapons anywhere. On Rokovsky, for example, the aft 100mm gun turret is on top of the helicopter hangar - meaning that the tired pilot returning from a long flight will open the hangar door only to find himself face-to-face with 1-2 decks' worth of ammo storage and loading mechanisms!

- Where possible, try to standardize types of missiles across a ship - i.e., don't have one type of intermediate-range SAM in the bow and another type in the stern (as in Rokovsky). Instead, try to have multiple "layers" of missile protection - S-300FM for long-range, 9M317ME for intermediate-range, and Kinzhal for short-range, and if possible have one type of missile for each "layer." Also note that both SAMs pictured on "Rokosovsky" were never developed into VLS models - 9M317ME "Ezh/Shtil" is a better option (and for extra credit, don't forget to add at least four MR-90 "Orekh" (Front Dome) radars for target designation!)

Tenoch-class destroyer is the primary missile destroyer since 20 units have been produced from 2000 until 2014.
It is a multirole missile destroyer which is armed with a naval gun, machine guns, cruise missiles, and torpedoes.

The Republic of Padnak is a large collection of islands spread over massive area and its primary defense concerns are territorial defense , anti smuggling (a major problem) and support of ground forces fighting against insurgents on many of the smaller islands.

If you guys could assess my navy and offer some pointers on how to improve it in its role that would be excellent

Unless you're the USN, you have no reasons for owning a carrier. It's just the naval equivalent of agricultural subsidy.
