Though regulations are few in number and the market is very free, there is a committee of officials from the Board of Justices, known as the Tribunal of Commercial Ethics which can carry out arrests on corporate officials and try them. There are three main criteria for a "corporate" crime:
-Willful disregard of government mandates (taxes, regulations, etc.)
-Willful direction of subordinates to unauthorized termination of human life and destruction of property
-Willful collaboration with enemies of the Kaiser and Volmachtia via financial and material means

There are a number of lesser crimes as well, though those are far too extensive to be covered. If found guilty, a corporate official may be put in prison from anywhere to a month (if a mild case of the first criteria) or death (if the third criteria).

All culprits are jailed.

The Equestrian Class manages corporate interest in the Most Serene Republic. Although one would think this is an example of 'the fox guarding the chicken coop', think of it like this...this is a nation where each fox also owns his own chicken coop. While temptation would dictate that you would hunt down someone else's chicken coop, that would also leave your own coop vulnerable. So, back in reality, the Equestrian Class is actually more acutely aware of the dangers of corporate crime. Rules are established, criminals caught are punished corresponding to their crime, and the 'Law of the Argentæum' is strictly observed.
"Hello, Masaki home. Oh, that sounds like if I were married to the family. How embarrassing. What do you think? Do you think it sounds that way?"

"I have been many things in my life, Mollari. I have been silly. I have been quiet when I should have spoken. I have been foolish. And I have wasted far too much time. But I am still Centauri. And I am not afraid."

"You are elevating futility to a high art. There is nothing you can do to prevent the catharsis of spurious morality."

Corporate crimes are defined as "crimes perpetrated by one or more members of a corporate body such as a Guild or Monastic community, against members of rival corporate bodies or other outsiders, for the express purpose of advancing the corporate body at another's expense". Although they are fairly common, it's actually more common for corporate groups to collude with each other to influence or infiltrate governing bodies to make their more immoral practices perfectly legal.

In the TBRE, corporate crime is rare, due to the strict adherence of regulations by businesses, and a general work ethic. Additionally, since people are suspicious of business anyways, people engaged in the sector aren't willing to sacrifice their image for short term gain. They are dealt with like any normal crime, with prison sentences and sometimes large corporate fines.

Corporate Crime does not exist here, what with the lack of big corporations. Most businesses here are either a small, community-based worker's cooperative (Local Economic Cooperatives) or part of the large network of state-owned enterprises, where corporate crime is still non-existent due to the vigilance of the ruling party's economic office, which makes sure that such crimes do not even take place in the first place.

However, corporate crime laws still exist but are mainly aimed at preventing foreign companies that are allowed within the nation of abusing their rights.

In the Republic, the only corporate crimes are scamming and committing fraud. The punishments for each are unique and factors for sentencing include amount of currency/value of items stolen and damage done to person's reputation. Sentences include both jail time and fines to be paid to the victims.

Other than that, there is no other "corporate crime" one can commit in the Republic.

"A murderer ends the life of one man, a corporate criminal ruins the lives of thousands or millions. Why should the former be sent to a federal prison or executed and the latter be sent to a comfortable minimum security detention facility?"

Kanzler Helmut von Wolfenstein

"The only differences between a sky pirate and a crooked businessman are a suit and a degree."

Common saying in the High Tatras

Corporate crime is taken very seriously here. If an individual within a corporation is found guilty of a crime, he will be apprehended proportionally to the amount of people he has harmed. In addition, corporate criminals have their ill-gotten gains divided amongst their victims as compensation for their misdeeds. If an entire corporation (which is typically considered a separate legal entity from its owners just as in most other countries) is found guilty of crimes, it will be nationalized and put under worker's self-management.

If the managers in a corporation conspire against the government (which owns all corporations), they are fired.
If the crime is serious enough to damage the reputation of the corporation, the property of the corporation is redistributed.

There is no such thing as "corporate" crime in Purpelia as these foul abominations of organizations meant explicitly to allow the few to exploit the many without any legal responsibility to them self are illegal in Purpelia in any way, shape or form.
Purpelia does not reflect my actual world views. In fact, the vast majority of Purpelian cannon is meant to shock and thus deliberately insane. It is as low as any other crime in Dagnia. Corporations are not considered people here, so when it happens, the people responsible are charged. Dagnian culture's obsession with transparency for big things prevents much corporate crime.

Dagnians believe that the larger an entity is, regardless of whether it is government or private, the more transparent it should be. Privacy for the individual in private life and for single- or few-location sole proprietorships is held sacrosanct, but the government is transparent by law and large corporations are transparent because of the culture. Though Dagnians are forgiving to large corporations that have a trade secret for a signature product, a very large corporation being too secretive in other areas could be as damaging to its reputation as actually having done something very wrong.
Wait an hour, and it will be now again

Like most any realistic capitalist nation, a degree of white-collar and corporate crime occurs in Miramont. Various legislation attempts to curtail and punish crime, but it's difficult to prevent people from acting in certain ways when they feel as though little blame will be placed directly upon themselves. Ahh, the intricacies of human nature, anonymous actors, and commercial incorporation.

Alas, cases are dealt with under applicable laws.
