IC: Arkiasis is pretty nice. However, I try to make it realistic, so it's not a Utopia, because a Utopia is impossible. Though it's pretty damn close, the people are nice, happy, and compassionate. it's peaceful, uncorrupted, and we have great healthcare and welfare. We also have low unemployment so the real life issue of chronic unemployment and that finding and getting a job is impossible isn't as bad in Arkiasis.

IRL: Canada is cool, but it's been getting worse with our idiot Prime Minister and shitty government. There are many areas where we need to improve.

IRL: Not even close, the imperialistic corporatocracy that has taken root here in America is counter productive to all citizens except the upper 1% both here and abroad.

NS: We'd like to think so We have a minimally corrupt direct democracy where every citizen of legal age gets an equal voice, with the people acting as the legislative branch. Our resource based non monetary economic system, which is based heavily on this, provides all citizens with a high standard of living regardless of occupation (or lack thereof). Thus capitalism, and the greed it encourages, becomes obsolete. Education is free, comprehensive, non biased, and open to all, and our civil rights are nearly unlimited. Yes. My own Utopia, A place where only highly educated people like scientists, doctors and engineers can be politicians, and where everyone still gets a vote. Just the taxes are a bit high but that can be fixed.
