As a rude, crude, militaristic, hedonistic, social darwinistic, ultraviolent, politically incorrect Biotechnological, Libertarian Transhumanist, Fascist Corporatocracy that combines the culture of World War II and 1980’s era Germany, Italy and Japan. And is a lawless, hedonistic, decadent ultra-violent world of gun culture, big crazy hairdos, honourable suicide, kawaisa (cultural cuteness), beer festivals, used panty machines, mall ninjas, corporate samurai, tentacle erotica, pervasive corporatism and comic books and animations filled with extreme graphic violence, the most depraved sexual acts imaginable and so many flashy scenes they cause epileptic seizures. Were certainly what most people would call a dystopia. But hey! At least the trains run on time.

A decentralised democracy under the rule of law, a home for its people and a tropical paradise with ample land full of resources. There is a basic income system and a national insurance that provides further care for the handicapped, the infirm and the elderly. Healthcare is arranged through a national health service and the climate is excellent.
