I started as Inoffensive Centrist Democracy. Basically you maybe need Few Civil Rights and Few Political Freedoms, or rare on both.

IRL - If I didn't know any better, looking outside my window, I'd say I was in a rural slum in some second world country. Thankfully this is actually a pretty nice place, relatively speaking. Far from a utopia though.

INS - Pretty damn close, but NS doesn't quite give me the options to let me make the utopia I envision.

IRL: The UK (my country) is pathetic at the moment, a shadow of its former self, and ruled by a bunch of conservative toffs who haven't a clue what they're doing and care only about themselves and the rich. Having spent hundreds of years ruling third world countries, the UK is now turning into one itself.
I envy Norway. And Denmark, and Sweden and Finland. They seem cool.
IC: It depends on how you see Kachilla. We have Utopic levels of welfare, social equality, automated and soft manual production and health & education, however the tax rate is extremely high and we are rather militaristic towards nations who threaten us. And we accept that we have a lot to be desired in terms of political freedom, but we believe that "a multitude of rulers parties is not a good thing. Let there be one ruler party, one King Premier."
