I think there's a limit as to how small a nuclear device can be, at least with modern technology (I have no idea if future technology could work around this). I believe the smallest that has ever been created was something around the size of a very large cylindrical backpack.

Well, the smallest nuke in the inventory is a small tac-nuke the size of an american football, so nuclear rifle grenades might be a decade or so away.

Civilian model is single-shot, so you load the round directly into the chamber (the military model cannot do this).
The bolt is on the left side, Nagant style.
It has a folding stock because the thing is too damn heavy.

Well, like almost any "NEW SUPER-TACTICALOL GIZMOTHINGAMAJIG THAT CHANGES EVERYTHING!1!!", it's likely rather exaggerated. It's a pistol-PDW round. Nothing more, nothing less. It has it's place, and that place is with 5.8mm and 4.7mm

That part was a typo, when I first wrote the post it said something else. The civilian version cannot load from a magazine, but the military version can.
