If i wanted a Handgun on Machine Pistol duty then i would use the Glock 17 or 20 Personally.

Espeically the 20; That thing was designed to be fired automatically basically; It was designed to be a Machine Pistol in a handgun package basically.

Were I to use a machine pistol, i'd probably choose the Stechkin APS with a ported barrel and the stock from the Stechkin ABS. There's an interview with a former Spetznas sniper somewhere on the web, and he speaks highly of it.

The only factory-produced GLOCK that is capable of automatic fire is the GLOCK Model 18.

Morbid tradition. SoH policy does not restrict alcohol, however officers have final approval of food supplies. It isn't that uncommon for them to allow soldiers to carry small supplies of alcohol on their person.

Cordians are sort of what would have happened had the Irish conquered the English way back when, instead of the other way round. It's like an Irish Wake, in a way, and such an event is traditionally held as well by Companys when a member or members are KIA.

Woe betide you, however, should you show up drunk or hungover when it's time to fight or drill. That's dereliction of duty and a court martial offense.

That's where we differ greatly. Showing up drunk or hungover isn't a problem unless you're too drunk to fight. If that happens, you get given an sword and are pushed to the front of the lines. Or, occasionally, strapped to the front of a tank.
