The Office of the President invited Governors, Governor-General and
Administrative Prefects for a meeting in Presidential Residence in Eminral
City.

The Office of the President have announced that they have sent letter of invitation to invite Provincial and Territorial Governors, New Ashford's Governor-General, and the Administrative Prefects in a meeting in Presidential Residence in Eminral City to tackle some important issues in Eminral. This will include setting date for the mainland Eminral provincial and territorial elections, shifting of EAF to support FP services in rural areas, strengthening rural area defense, and tackling the federation's economy.

The meeting was supposed to happen in November, however, with growing domestic issues, the Office of the President wishes to act as soon as possible to address internal problems. The meeting will be attended by the Minister of Defense, Chief of the Federal Police, Eminral Armed Forces Chief of Staff, the President, Prime Minister and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

As of this time, no one still confirms who will attend in this summit. Attendance regarding this summit is normally required. The meeting is expected to happen on Saturday, April 6.

The 3rd day of the session ended, declaring the independence and establishment of
North Estonian Union, and the official entrance of NEU to the Federation of Eminral Republic

The 3rd day of the session of the Provisional Assembly of Estonia ended today, with the declaration of independence from the Terran Republic, establishment of North Estonian Union and the entrance of the newly founded state to the federation. The move received 213-98 votes. The public celebrates in the streets of major cities after the declaration of the entrance of the state to federation. The Declaration of Independence and the Entry to the Federation articles will be signed later in a formal ceremony.

The public have received the declaration positively. After the secession of southern Estonian states, the north have been included in the "union". This new nation will operate just like New Ashford, with 9 states making up the Estonian Union. Border may change in the future, and it will be up to the Estonian Local Constitution to define the powers of their officials. As before, Eminral shall exercise executive rights over Estonia, and Eminral Armed Forces shall be responsible for the protection of Estonian territory, until a self-defense force operated by Estonian themselves have been formed. More shall be cleared up in the signing ceremony, which will happen in 10:30 PM, Eminral Time.

Estonian National Militia, main revolutionary against Terran Republic, marching through Estonian streets. Estonia officially enters the federation,
becoming the 3rd federal subject to do so.

The Provisional Assembly of Estonia officially declares the end of Terran's rule over Estonia and officially established the State of North Estonian Union. The declaration, which have been signed minutes ago, have officially ended Terran's official rule over Estonia, the military occupation of Eminral, and the Provisional Assembly itself. The declaration's main part is its entry to the Federation of Eminral Republic, becoming the 3rd federal subject to do so, after the provinces and New Ashford. The declaration have been welcomed by most Estonians, who are currently celebrating in the streets.

The National Militia, the main revolutionary force who greatly aided the Eminrallian invasion force, have paraded through the streets, while swarms of crowds watch them. Huge celebrations, waving of Estonian flags and burning of Terran flag have been made everywhere. People from all walks of life gathered together and sang patriotic songs. The Eminral Armed Forces have held a ceremony just outside Estonian parliament, where the war flag of Eminral have been brought down and the Estonian flag have been raised, together with Eminral's flag in the right. Everywhere, symbols of dictatorships have been brought down.

In the Estonian Parliament, the Head of the Eminrallian Expeditionary Force, Eminrallian Commission for Estonian Autonomy and Presiding Officer for the convention have delivered a speech before the Estonian people:

"With great pride and honour, in behalf of the Federation of Eminral Republic, I announce with great joy that the period of tyranny have ended. In this historic moment, the Estonian people have decided their ultimate fate. On this day, we mark the end of the rule of Great Terran Republic over Northern Estonia, the end of the Military Rule of the Eminral Armed Forces, and the establishment of the State of North Estonian Union. The state of the Estonians, by Estonians, for Estonians. In this day, the North Estonian Union joins the rest of our Eminrallian borders as the state officially enters the Federation of Eminral Republic. In this big decision, you have chosen to be independent and free of dictatorship. May God smile on us and help us on our most noble mission, creating, strengthening, and preserving a democratic state for yourselves and your children.

The document, labeled to be the Declaration of Estonia, have been signed by important officials of the Provisional Assembly, including all representatives. Eminral forces outside the parliament have fired blank shots 26 times, symbolizing the event. With the declaration signed, the Estonian people will now face a newer and harder job, establishing the framework for a more democratic state.

Ministry of Finance announced that the
Federal Government will stop producing more
1 and 5 centavos.

Minister Maverick Geronimo said that the Federal Government will stop producing more 1 and 5 centavos. Part of the reason is the budget cuts of the new federal budget. Under the budget, the Fed will stop buying more 1 and 5 centavos from the Eminral Coin Mint. For every 1 centavos, it costs Eminral E$ 1.05 to make it, 5 centavos costs E$ 2 to make. Every year, the Fed Gov goes to ECM to buy E$ 11 million worth of 1 centavos coins and 11.5 million worth of 5 centavos coins. Every year, it costs the taxpayers E$ 34,550,000 just to create E$ 22,500,000 1 and 5 centavos, throwing away E$ 12,050,000.

For the next 15 years, both 1 and 5 cents will still be legal tender in Eminral, but no new 1 and 5 cents will be produced. After 15 years, both 1 and 5 cents will be useless. The price will still the same, however, after 15 years, companies will round up their prices to the nearest 10 cents. If a product costs E$ 10.05 or below that price, the price will be automatically be deducted to E$ 10.00. If a product cost E$ 10.06 or higher, it will be automatically be rounded up to E$ 10.10.

If you are one of the people who collects a lot of 1 and 5 cents and fail to use them, you may come to the nearest bank where they will exchange that for you. Under the plan, business owners or even individuals can convert their 1 and 5 cents to the nearest banks. The banks will give those cents to the Central Bank of Eminral, where the CBE will convert those cents. CBE will then hoard those and then melt them down.

Provincial-wide and Estonian elections set for May 5, one of the points agreed in the meeting of Governors
and Governor-General hosted by President Stephen Blair.

The 1st Day of the National Meeting hosted by President Stephen Blair at Presidential Residence in Eminral City have been successful so far, according to the press conference held this day. The first issue President Blair addressed is the province-wide elections. The seating governors as of this current time are just temporary. Since the federal government and provincial governments can't agree on a single date, no elections are still made. In this meeting, the President have agreed to have elections set on May 5.

"It is a big success for all of us here to have the elections set. It is a victory for democratic process here in Eminral. We have agreed to have elections set on May 5." said Pres. Blair. The elections in North Estonian Union, both in state governments and union government, will be held slightly later, on May 20. Part of the concerns are the constitutional convention, which will be held on Monday. The Federal Government announced that the referendum for the constitution shall also be on May 5th.

One of the main issues that is tackled today is the planned construction of the new Trans-Eminral line, which will extend throughout all Eminral. The cost will be E$ 505 trillion, which the federal, provincial and even some municipal governments agreed to share. The cost will be the overall total of natural preservation, materials and construction, pay for workers and other expenses. The parts of the old Trans-Eminral line have been closed due to its age. Concerning for the safety, the Ministry of Transportation closed down the whole rail since 2010, with the promise of renovating it. Now, instead of renovating it, they are going to upgrade the line itself, including the stations.

One of the points that will be discussed tomorrow, the last day of the meeting, is health, education and public safety. The meeting will be attended tomorrow by Eminral's top officials. Meanwhile, the Provisional Assembly announced that they won't be able to participate due to busy works for national reconstruction. Californians celebrate as California secedes. After
intense pressure from international community, the
Savage Government allows California to secede from
the union.

Political persecution in the United States by the government of Michael Savage resulted into a heavy price that will remain in the history of the United States. Michael Savage, the dictator of the United States of America, dubbed the first "King of America", have abolished the Democratic Party. Reasoning behind this is Michael believes that America is not a democracy, democracy according to him and his extreme conservative colleagues is a threat to their republic.

After pressure from the international community, the Savage Government have seceded California. It was originally meant to be an autonomous region for the victims of political persecution. Somehow, the Savage Government have then allowed California to secede, taking 1 star out of its flag. Following this, the Republic of California have officially been established.

The first official document have been signed by the Provisional Assembly, the Declaration of California. It officially ended the union between the United States and California. California now is under international protection, but domestically, the Republic is in unstable conditions. The Constitution of California before the reign of Michael Savage have been re-installed temporarily.

The President, in a press conference this afternoon, announced Eminral's support for the new republic:
"In behalf of the Federation of Eminral Republic, I would like to congratulate the people of California in a long and hard battle against tyranny that resulted in their victory. The Republic of California is a living testimony that as long as people act together as one, they will succeed against any form of oppression. Eminral shall affirm its heavy support by providing miitary aid against possible invasion against them. We shall help, in any way establish the Republic of California, from scratch if necessary. A new state that will respect individual freedoms and freedom of political movement."

As of this time over 5 fleets have been deployed to reinforce its defenses, since there is no standing army for California, the state entirely relies for the support of the militias. Now, over 3.5 million troops is expected to reinforce Californian Defense in the border. Following the lack of promised democratic reforms, both West Angola and Eminral have blockaded the United States in order to force its government on some reformation. Eminral Navy proceeded to block Hawaii, Guam and the Aleutian. It is expected that the economy will dramatically drop if the blockade continues for 3 more weeks. Meanwhile, no change have been seen in Washington DC, even after international pressure.

Federal education plan agreement between FedGov and local governments may dramatically change
education in Eminral. The meeting between the President and Governors ended successfully.

The Federal Government, Provincial and Autonomous Governments have reached an agreement pushing for a federal educational plan. A plan that would improve educational system in the federation. Education is one of the topics discussed in the 2nd National Meeting held in Eminral City. Issues regarding healthcare system and public safety have also been addressed.

The new educational plan, dubbed as Eminral Comprehensive Educational Plan, is a plan that would remake educational system from the basics. Under this plan, provinces and autonomous regions will no longer have different set of rules regarding the educational system. The Ministry of Education shall be given powers to regulate curriculum and maintain a high-quality state of education. The local governments, however, have been given power to add some optional course in their jurisdiction. Some set of rules regarding high school entry and others will also be addressed. One of the highlights of this system is the addition of Filipino and Japanese as optional courses in Eminral, including Japanese History and Cultural Studies.

The healthcare system is also one of the main concerns addressed in the meeting. They have agreed to set out a plan called Healthcare Reformation Plan. Under this plan, Eminral will invest in more facilities and doctors, which lacks today. Over 45,000 doctors is expected to be employed under this plan, which will dramatically reduce wait times by 67%. Building of hospital centers and clinics and renovation of existing facilities is also included in this plan, which will employ over a million medical practitioners in the future.

Public safety is one of the last agendas tackled. The federal government have hinted the possibility of a national police force, instead of individual police force. However, this plan was later abandoned, instead, the new plan was to extend the powers of Federal Police to arrest law violators in rural areas, as well as permanent law enforcing in rural areas. The broadening of powers of Federal Police as announced by President Stephen Blair is widely supported by governors. The next meeting is expected to happen next year, March 6. Meanwhile, the Government of Eminral is now cooperating with provinces to lay out a comprehensive federal budget plan, which will include the funding for Eminral Comprehensive Educational Plan, Healthcare Reformation Plan and the Federal Police Rural Protection Plan. The cost for the 3 projects and the new TransEminral line will be shared by the Federal Government, Provincial and Autonomous Government and city governments.

Japanese-style citizenship and immigration rules are being pushed by Nationalists in the
House.

Nationalist Party Representative Fernando Augusto last night announced that the Nationalist Party will release a new set of rules adopting Japanese-style citizenship rules. This includes abolition of jus soli (right by land), a system in which if a person is born within the territory of the federation, he automatically becomes citizens. Other set of rules will also be adopted, making citizenship rules much more harder to get.

The Bill, which entitled "Protecting Eminrallian Identity Act" or "Nationality Act of 2013", will greatly affect immigration policy of Eminral should this be passed. It will be the first time that the jus soli will be abolished. The bill has received large support from Conservatives and some Labour representatives. The Nationalist Party, however, made it clear that they will set a red line, a date that will determine whether a person shall be affected by the law or not.

"For years, Eminrallian citizenship have been used by some fraudulent residents to take advantage of our social services systems, particularly our healthcare, social security and other services. Even though they have citizenship, they do not live here, work here and pay taxes here. However, if they got sick they will receive health treatment here, since they are citizens, which is unfair to the workers who are working here in Eminral and paying taxes to pay for those benefits. I think we need to change that." Representative Augusto announced on an interview.

Surprisingly, the bill have received 76% support from the public. They share the same sentiments as Representative Augusto and other Nationalists have. Immigration have been temporarily suspended weeks ago after the Immigration Ministry said that they will fix some of the loopholes in the system.

"I'm not inventing this up, I know some people would come here and take advantage of our citizenship. Not just that, they also take another citizenship to take advantage of their services there.I think this needs to stop. If they want to receive the same services as the rest of us are, work here, pay taxes here, live here, be an Eminrallian like the rest of us." a citizens supporting the act said. While the majority of citizens like him supports this act, some don't.

"This is wrong, this is racism, I believe that anyone who is willing to be Eminrallian citizen should be given a chance to be one. Yes, we should fix the system, but this is not the answer." said a citizen opposing this move. While the bill is not yet introduced in the House, it sure does receive a lot of attention all around the federation.

Eminral Armed Forces will maintain forces within the borders of California for 3 years. The new
defense pact will establish Eminrallian military presence in California.

The Head of Eminral's Pacific Forces, Admiral Fred Garter have struck deal with President John Harper of California's provisional government concerning defense. The pact will maintain Eminrallian forces within its borders for 3 years, until it can support its own defense capabilities. The new move is a strategical one, considering rising tensions between California and Savage's America after its secession.

"This agreement will help defend Californian sovereignty from those who will try to harm it. Aside from this, the move is a start of new diplomatic relations between California and Eminral." said Min. Brandy on an interview. 3.5 million troops are currently in west coast, helping with the blockades and as of this week, is on high alert, preparing for a take-over if Savage will continue his Iraqi invasion.

The new Armed Forces of the Republic of California also lacks equipment. Currently, they are relying for international military aid for naval and aerial support. The Ministry of National Defense have announced that they might sell decommissioned ships and old planes to California at a discounted price with 1% interest per year. More talks between Eminral and California might happen in the future, concerning health and education.

Meanwhile, the Eminral Armed Forces is on high alert after Savage threatens to overthrow the Hussein regime in Iraq. While Eminral do not support Saddam, President Blair insisted that this is another move to expand the American Empire. The government releases threat to annex Alaska and the Pacific Islands should the invasion continue. Blockade is still in effect as Savage refuses to reform democratic suppression in America. Economy is expected to slide over continuous blockade.

The Youth Service System requires mandatory civilian or military service for teens aged 14-17. The Nationalist Party is urging the
government to reintroduce YSS in a more civilian service form, rather than a military form

The Nationalist Party have announce that they will file another bill and urge their fellow representatives to reintroduce YSS-style civilian or military service. The party said that such organization is urgently needed by the federation to boost military defense as well as civilian volunteers. The Youth Service System have been introduced by President Manuel Torres which mandates that all 14-17 years old teens shall be subjected to military or civil service.

"Eminral's state of security depends on the future generation. We suggest introducing a new YSS program to prepare our youth for the future adulthood, as well as to teach them self defense." Nationalist Defense critic Rep. Gherbanne said "However, instead of a more paramilitary group, we propose of a more civil role in the society. This organization will be beneficial on helping their fellow youth out of poverty by launching fund-drives and fundraising. However, we shall also keep the basic youth military training, although it would not play much of a role."

The YSS have been scrapped by the Congress after the recovery of the military during the modernization period. The move have been opposed by many, but nothing happened. The YSS have been involved with helping military training in schools while maintaining recreational activities like camping, hiking and others. The organization have raised E$ 4.5 million worth of donation on 2010 alone, helping organize 2 villages in a remote Eminral rural community. The return of the YSS means that the organization might get more involve in civil services like helping organize communities, preserving the environment while maintaining activities and training the youth for basic military training.

The Senate and the whole Federal Parliament building is being used for the ARK Grand Convention.
This will be the 1st Grand summit that will involve talks about many issues concerning ARK.

The security around the Federal Parliament building is being tightly controlled as the Alliance of the Red Knights held the Grand Convention that will discuss major issues regarding the alliance. The Government of Eminral announced this talks, which have surprised many citizens. 2 divisions made up of 450 men each are in the Parliament Street to guard the whole facility. 1 division has later been pulled out of the area.

"The Federal Parliament will be unable to be used as of right now as Eminral hosts the ARK Grand Convention. The Prime Minister shall be the Speaker of the convention. Due to the location of the said convention, Eminral shall not run on any positions and shall not vote in some of the proposals." announced President Blair.

As of now, media coverage inside is not allowed, but they are expected to be allowed in for some time. Media room is being allowed, where the media could take some footage without disturbing the convention. The convention is expected to be attended by ARK members states while Senkaku have been granted observer status.

The talks is expected to ratify the constitution, set up regional services office, establishment of AARK and others. Eminral is expected to be a heavy player in regional politics.

Eminral to conduct biggest military exercise. It will involve 5
different locations throughout the federation.

The Eminral Armed Forces have announced that it will conduct 2013 Major Exercise that will be the biggest in military history. This will involve the cooperation of the different branches of the Eminral Armed Forces, New Ashford Self-Defense Forces and the Estonian National Guards. The exercise will be the 1st one to have 5 different locations. The operation will involve 1.3 million troops from EAF, 340,000 from the NASDF and 1,300 fron ENG.

"The Eminral Armed Forces, together with the New Ashford Self-Defense Forces and National Guards, will conduct the biggest military exercise ever held in the history of Eminral. This will include 2 locations in mainland, 2 in New Ashford and 1 in Estonia. The exercise will be just the Part 1 of the annual National Security and Homeland Defense Exercises. This exercise will last for 3 days." General Roland Bernard said on the press conference.

The exercise will include the first-ever use of the new FE Type 22 fighter jets, Type 60 tanks, Type 61 propellers and Abrams tanks. The new weapon, EN-45, will also be used by the troops to test its capability. The ICBMs will also be used as well. The outcomes of the exercises will be taken into consideration by the Ministry of Defense, which is rumored to be planning to reorganize defense system of the country.

Forest fire spreads to the forest of southern Gates.National Guards are called to scramble their V2s to
help the firefight.

A small fire in a vacation house in Gates led to a massive wildfire that spread to the Catalonia Forest this dawn. No one was hurt in the cabin. The family managed to evacuate by foot and save as many as they could, though they only saved a few. The family have no idea what caused the fire. They managed to reach highway 14, where they managed to stop a truck driver. When the driver was informed of what's happening, he immediately called the Highway Police.
"The father I guess just came to my track and he was yelling 'Help! Help'. I just pulled over and asked what happened and they said their house is on fire. Since its on the forest I hurried to call Hi-way Police."

By the time Highway Police got to their location, the fire already spread to the forest. They immediately called for a help to the neighboring fire departments. 25 trucks responded, but that wasn't enough because the fire spread faster than expected. The urban areas already sent 45 more trucks but it still wasn't enough because by the time they got there, the fire got even worse. The Highway 14 was closed to motorists while firefighting efforts are still on. The Governor immediately called the National Guards and the Federal Police for help. The National Guards and the Federal Police scrambled their V2s, designed specially for these kinds of situation.

"Our provincial government is doing the best we could to put out the fire in Catalonia. No one was still hurt. The full force of our provincial firefighting units, with the help from our cities, have put the situation under control, although the fire is still not put out. We can rest assure our people that everything will be fine." Deputy Governor Bernal said on an interview.

The wildfire have estimated to cost E$ 1.2 million as of this moment. Firefighters are still working to completely put out the fire, which have not spread since 6 in the morning.

Savage forces in Pacific surrenders; Alaska under siege

After lack of promised democratic reforms, the Eminral Armed Forces decided to strike US Pacific Islands like Hawaii and Guam. The tensions have cause 1 death caused by a drone strike. The Pacific Islands have been under blockade for some time now since the start of the month. The economy have drastically slowed down but still doing fine. After no response from Savage himself, the Eminral Air Force and the Navy have strike down Hawaii, Guam, Midway and the Samoa. The forces were overrun easily, but there are still hold-outs. The US Government, under no choice but to surrender Pacific.

Meanwhile Alaska have been under fire too. Bombings start the same time invasion of the Pacific started. Light invasions have been carried on in the Southern Alaska, west of British Coloumbia, Canada. Airstrikes have destroyed telephone poles as well as interstate highways, leaving civilians stranded. The Inside Passage and the Southwest of Alaska have been under siege by now, while the capital city Anchorage have been under constant bombardment. The military have been given orders to capture Sarah Palin and other Republican figures after suspected cooperation with the Savage Government to persecute all left-wing people.

The Eminral Armed Forces have showed military buildup within the California-Oregon border, while stealth bombers have been seen flying in Washington DC. After no response have been made, the once United States is now facing international pressure to revise its political persecution laws.

The Office of the President established Presidential Order, establishing the Territory of the Pacific.

The Office of the President confirmed that President Stephen Blair issued Presidential Decree No. 3, establishing the Territory of Pacific with a military government. The region includes the former US territories in the Pacific such as the Hawaiian Islands, Palau, Guam, Northern Mariana, Micronesia, Marshall Is., Samoa and other former US territories in the Western Pacific. The region includes the Aleutian, Southwest Alaska, Southcentral Alaska and the Inside Passage.

The Presidential Decree includes the guarantee of rights of the residents who are currently living in the said islands, as well as the protection of Eminrallian laws. The decree orders the declaration of State of Emergency in the Pacific Islands while Martial law in Eminrallian Alaska. Heavy bombing are still continuous over Alaska, although advances were halted. Infantry combats still ongoing in the Aleutian.

The Military Government is currently being headed by Commissioner-General Alberto Alvarez. The Pacific Expeditionary Force, consisting of 2.4 million people currently, is still on alert for further attacks. Over 60 soldiers died in the Pacific War, most of which died in the Invasion of Southern Alaska and Aleutian.

New Ashford Self-Defense Minister said that the Union Government will begin focusing on larger military roles
in the Federation.

The Self-Defense Minister Tayugawa Heshinne announced that the Union Government will begin focusing on their new defense plan that will include massive empowerment of the New Ashford Self-Defense Force through its funds. Their goal is to provide defense for New Ashford as well as playing greater role in military conflicts of the federation. This announce came as the Union Government is also announcing that it will acquire the remaining spare ships of the Eminral Navy.

The New Ashford Self-Defense Force is a partially-independent military branch of the Eminral Armed Forces that have a main mission of defending New Ashford in case of conflicts. Today, the NASDF serves as both a military organization as well as a national police force, often times taking parts in policing of some rural areas. Since its foundation, the NASDF have received several equipment and funding from the Ministry of National Defense just until recently, when the Union Government announced that it has completed the 1st phase of its financial self-reliance.

The NASDF, even though it is a separate organization from the EAF, have the President as its Commander-in-Chief. Its role is first tested during the Raid of Kambanan Pirates, which have resulted in coalition victory. It has supported several operations of the federation including the Defense of UIP and Sacheyenya during the Terran War. Now, the Union Government have announced that they would help strengthen the defense of the North Estonian Union. This aid resulted in less problems for the EAF, who is facing another issue in the Pacific. The NASDF is tasked with training the future Estonian military and coordinating with militias to integrate them to the Estonian Forces.

Provincial Parties are on today to promote their party for the Eminral Local General Elections, 2013.

Political Parties from different provinces are heading for the party convention to officially promote their candidates for the upcoming election. The Eminral Local General Elections will be held in all provinces and the autonomous territory of the North Estonian Union. The National Commissions on Elections announced on Friday that the filing for candidacy have ended and the elections will start on May 5 for all provinces and the Estonian territory.

The spokesperson for the Nationalist Party have told on a press conference that they would hold a 2-day convention in Point Charles tommorrow. They will officially endorse their party's platform for different provinces as well as promote their candidates. Meanwhile, the Conservative, Labour and Liberal Party will have different conventions for each provinces. The Conservative Party announced that they would have their convention to begin tomorrow and will run for 2 days. The Labour announced that they will have a 3-day convention starting on Tuesday while the Liberal will have their own convention tomorrow and will run for 3 days.

The candidates, however have begun campaigning their own platforms. The most intense attack advertisements are focused in Aragon, where Nationalist Candidate Jim Turner is attacking current Labour Party Governor Betty Yossef. The two began exchanging fires in national television ads and newspapers. Attack advertisements are also ongoing between different parties in different provinces.

The National Commission on Elections announced that aside from the candidates, the voters will also be asked on their stance on different social issues involving Eminral, including abortion rights, replacing LGBT Rights, marijuana legalization and many more. Minor parties have also proved that they have strong appeal on voters like the Farmer's Party in Aragon and the Socialist Party in Miranda.

The Nationalist Party have ended their convention following the approval of the new party approach. The convention have been attended by 55,000 people, a larger crowd compared to other parties. The Nationalist Party Committee have agreed to support basic social services like health care and education and pledged to strengthen it. Under the new provincial strategies plan, they unveiled the Eminral First Plan, modernizing public buildings, increasing agricultural and manufacturing production and supporting small business. Their stance on social issues have not change, however, they agreed to make some exceptions on the case of abortion.

The Nationalist Party have also introduced their new War on Crime, aiming to reduce crime rate by improving logistical operations, stiffer punishment and implementing minor offense laws. The minor offense laws will greatly affect existing rules. The law, if passed, will reduce crime responsibility from age 16 to age 13.

On the case of transportation, the NPC have reaffirmed their support for the federal government's new plan to modernize the trans-Eminral link. NPC Spokesperson Valentina Fertal said that such measures will greatly increase the production of goods, speed up economy and increase trade between provinces. They are also pushing for a consideration of a subway connection between the rest of the mainland to the North Atlantic Province, which is also vital considering 23% of oil reserves are at the north coast of that province.

The Conservatives in different provinces are now appealing to the middle-class to push their platform. Their convention focused on introducing different Conservative platforms, which varies from each provinces. They explained that the taxation needs to be lowered and cutting should be controlled. One of the most notable Conservatives, Senator Hagel, paid a visit to the Pentagon Conservative Convention to reinforce their base.

The Conservatives have not changed their stance at almost anything. They still oppose marijuana licensing and abortions. They however have stressed that the security of the provinces and reduction of crime rates is one of their agenda. The Provincial Conservatives promised more security operations to root out the violators.

Wave of Conservative advertisements promoting their new platform and attacking other parties have done nothing to change public perception of Conservatives. Their ratings remain stagnant, but the Conservatives believe that with proper deliverance of their message, they could convince voters to vote for them.

Biggest party rally in Election 2013; Liberals reform their provincial approach

The Liberal Party and Labour Party ended their provincial conventions with reinforcing a new platform for their provincial outreach. The two parties are in intense heat with each other as they try to get leftist and moderate views. Currently, majority of provincial governments are under Liberal Government, with the Southeastern provinces under Labour. The 2 parties are pushing for a more social liberal view.

The Liberals have introduced their new Provincial Economic Development Plan. This will, as they claim, spread jobs on all provinces by focusing on transportation and development of currently existing farmlands. The PEDA will strengthen Eminral's position of being an agricultural powerhouse. Part of the plan is development of rural areas by building adequate, decent public services by reconstruction of hospitals, modernization and resupplying schools and first response services. They are also pushing for a uniform federal regulation regarding K-12 curriculum.

Meanwhile, the Labour Party is focusing their campaign on workers on all sectors. They are pushing to reform working conditions by tabling a Worker's Bill of Rights, which will fix a definite minimum wage, guarantee paid vacation and maternity leave and others. Like the Liberals, they also wish to appeal to farmers and fishermen by promising to strengthen agricultural sector by supporting small to medium scale irrigation, establishing a "Eminrallian Waters for Eminrallians", which will prohibit foreign companies from fishing to Eminrallian waters and others.

On the issue of environment, both parties agreed that something has to be done with the rising temperatures. They support the continuation of Eminral Environment Action Plan and reconsidering the possible expansion of the use of Nuclear Energy. They said that with more tight regulations regarding the plants and increasing safety measures, nuclear energy could provide up to 25% of Eminrallian Energy, which decreases Eminral's dependency on oil and coal. Federal Police surrounds Presidential Hospital after bomb attack. The Government District terror attacks
have been finally publicized after a week of secrecy.

The Government District have been attacked 2 times with terrorism last Monday. The first recorded attacks took place on the hotel where President Sanchez of the United Islands of the Pacific is staying. At 7:30 AM, Eminral Time, 4 men have been suspected of attempted murder of the president. The shooting attack have not hurt anyone. Minutes after this, an improvised explosive have destroyed 2 rooms 2 levels below the room of the president. 2 have been injured while no one have been killed.

Meanwhile, in Presidential Hospital, another improvised explosive have damaged the room in level 4 of the hospital. The explosion have killed 1, suspected to be the a Senkakan national, whose body cannot be found. The explosion damaged 2 rooms on the left of the original position of the explosive. Luckily, no one is confined at the level except for the Senkakan national. After the first reports of the terror attack reached Eminral City Police Department, police cars have been deployed to contain the area.

The Minister of Foreign Relations Jonas Brandy have called for a press conference concerning the national security of Eminral. The new diplomatic strategy of the Federation of Eminral Republic is a part of the new reorganization program of the Government of Eminral. The Minister said that after months of intelligence gathering. He declared a list of the "New Axis Powers", a list of nations that pose security threat against the Federation of Eminral Republic. This list is just a section of the Black List, a name for the list of nations with withstanding sanctions and bans and nations that pose serious threat against the Federation of Eminral Republic.

The new Shockpo Alliance will provide trilateral alliance agreement which will increase
military and economic cooperation.

The Minister of Defense Peter Graciano have spent few days in Gevona, Aperonia together with Aperonian President and Ninjaronian Emperor in discussing a trilateral alliance between the 3 countries. After days of talks, the Federation of Eminral Republic, Ninjaron Empire and Aperonia have reached an agreement and signed the Gevonan Treaty, which gave birth to the Shockpo Alliance.

Following the signing of the document, the 3 nations have officially struck alliance with each other. In the agreement, the treaty have established solid military alliance between the three. It is the same agreement that Eminral have entered in the past. A newly created Shockpo Division is also inaugurated, with the troops from 3 countries cooperating together in a single, multi-national division. A base in Eminral is expected to be created specifically for the division. Meanwhile, the military agreement also includes non-aggression pact, which says that signatory countries will not attack each other and will not support war effort and rebellion against fellow signatory country.

Economic cooperation is also a key factor with this alliance. In the meeting, Eminral promised to reserve a section of the soon-to-open Saito Economic Zone for the Aperonian and Ninjaronian businesses. Election precincts are being prepared for nationwide provincial
elections and the North Estonian General Elections

Voting precincts across the federation are being prepared and routinely checked by the Federal Police as the nation braces for the national elections. It is expected that the 4 parties will be having a tight race across the region. During these past days, candidates have spent the last remaining days of their campaign stimulating their base and spreading their message. Attack ads over television and radio is also seen as the Nationalists began their aggressive election campaign.

Analyst Carla Avellia said that the provincial elections will have significant impact on federation-wide services like the TransEminral link, which will be funded by all governments. The North Estonian too will be greatly affected with different parties trying to gain popularity. The nationwide election for provinces ended up with 9 provinces having minority government. The election seemed to be a symbol of how divided Eminral are in politics.
