Liberal supporters cheered after the LPE victory in elections.

The Liberal Party of Eminral in Estonia have won the Estonian Parliamentary Elections. Teary-eyed Kaljus Andrus came out of the stage as he thanked his supporters with the support they have given. Over 2,200 people celebrated in Talinn as they welcomed the new Governor-General.

"I would like to thank my supporters and the campaign staff who have devoted hours in making this victory possible. Me and my colleagues will ensure a stronger North Estonia for generations to come. We shall also work to make Estonia a more accepting society for all our brothers" he said on his victory speech.

The Conservative Party of Eminral managed to counter Liberal's influence over the election, gaining 63 seats. It is enough to make sure that the Liberals don't get a majority. The Nationalist Estonia Party have also won 26 seats, Libertarians won 17 and Estonian People's Front won 45. The new government will determine the course of NEU and its relations with its southern brothers, South Estonia, held by Sacheyenya.

Eminral Navy officially announced that it will continue its plan to shift more naval fleets to the Pacific Area. This has been after a series of Defense meeting with the Chief of Staff and the Cabinet. Chief Admiral Richard Thellme said on a phone interview that the move is necessary to preserve the territorial integrity of Eminral to the Pacific.

"We have considered this and it has been decided that the operation is necessary to protect Eminrallian territory to the Pacific. In order to restructure our government in the Pacific, we need to secure the security of the islands. Recent tensions in the Pacific also made the protection of our territories more difficult and we wish to address that through this program." Chief Admiral Thellme said. Naval reports also show that there has been over 56 reported illegal intrusions over Eminrallian Pacific since the Savage Regime collapsed in the Pacific. Eminral's involvement in the Soviet-Civil War shifted its focus from Alaska to Russia.

In addition, Eminral is also participating in the Philippine Civil War. Almost all of Eminrallian troops in Australia have been deployed in the so called "Operation Stronghold" which will assist the New Philippine Republic in their war against the Ravens. It is expected that by the end of 2015, redeployment of the fleets will be completed. The Eminral Navy also said that this is the part of the large reorganization project by the Government of Eminral.

Eminral prepares ahead of Republic Day, 3 days celebration expected.

The Government of Eminral is now preparing 1 month ahead of the Republic Day. Yesterday, Eminral Police District have closed down roads leading to the Green Square, the main venue of the celebration. Groups that are going to perform are also preparing as well, from choreography to props to costumes. The Eminral Armed Forces meanwhile is conducting their practice on Fort Harry, Vallière. They are expected to show their force for the first time in the world. Tight security is being monitored to make sure no one will sabotage the celebration.

The Office of the President hinted that the celebration might be opened up to the world. However, they said that they will only invite select leaders to witness the celebration.
"Republic Day 2013 is the first time we will have a celebration for such an important day. This celebration will be open to foreign media and foreign leaders will be invited. However, we will only invite the attendants, at least for now. We hope that the celebration will go on smoothly." Spokesperson Yamashiro said.

The Government of Eminral is expected to spend over E$ 4 million to finance the 3 day celebration. The League of Provinces have announced they would contribute E$ 1 million and the New Ashford Government announced they would contribute another E$ 1 million. Even though the celebration is still months ahead, television advertisements are already on to celebrate the Republic Day. Political analysts said that the celebration is seen to be a political move to strengthen the image of the Conservative President as well as the image of Eminral internationally.

Street to street fighting forced Raven forces out of Metro Manila. The Eminrallian forces
captured Manila last Wednesday.

The Battle of Metro Manila ends with 978 casualties for Eminrallian forces as its troops march their way for the liberation of the Philippines. The Head of the Eminrallian Australian Command announced that the government of the islands will be transferred to the Republic of the Philippines, which is expected to be headed by King Dimaculangan. The siege of Manila caused destruction of public roads and buildings. The Raven Forces have fallen to disorganization followed by the arrest of the leaders of the Raven Government. Meanwhile under direct orders of the President, the provinces of Pangasinan, Cavite and Iloilo are to be declared as Administrative Provinces of Eminral.

Fighting in Northeastern Mindanao and Eastern Visayas is still raging on, with the desperate Raven forces trying to hold off Eminrallian advance. Northern Luzon forces are much more organized, which is still continuing to hold off after the Raids of Central Luzon and Southeastern Luzon. Metro Manila have been a symbol of celebration as the flag of the Philippines came back waving.

The Government of Eminral have announced that it will help for the rehabilitation efforts of the Philippines by establishing the Greater Prosperity Project Plan, which will involve the Philippines and Eminrallian Pacific. This will include rehabilitation of public buildings and roads and national parks. New technology and infrastructure will also be implemented to improve the Philippine infrastructure. As for the Eminrallian Administrative Provinces (EAP) of Cavite, Iloilo and Pangasinan, the borders will remain open between its neighboring provinces. The Ministry of Justice is also prepared to offer Eminrallian Nationality upon the parliament approval.

The Eminral Armed Forces High Command announced that it will finish off the enemies to end the military combat before the Republic Day. After the combat, it is expected that they would help in rehabilitation efforts nationwide.

The suspect of a brutal multiple murder case to receive death by
firing squad, the first in Eminral for the last 26 years.

A 57-year old man who have pleaded guilty on a brutal multiple murder case in Slov, Miranda have been sentenced to death by firing squad by the provincial court. The firing squad method have not been used since January 15, 1988, when the Communist Central Party officially ruled out firing squad as a method of execution. Since the Criminal Code nor any other federal laws did not mention ban on firing squad, it is technically possible for an inmate to have his life taken through firing squad.

The man have been arrested from his home a year ago, after the bodies of his cousin and wife have been found dead on a local countryside home. Their body have been mutilated and then buried on various location in the woods nearby. The police have started an investigation and retrieved the body after both the relatives of the slain victims and their workplace have expressed concern after 4 days of their disappearance. When asked about the motive, the suspect responded by saying that he found his wife and his cousin having sex after he came from work. Enraged, he grabbed his pistol and shot them, 13 rounds to his cousin and 18 rounds to his wife. He then proceeded to mutilate the dead body and put it inside the sack. The bodies have been randomly buried in the woods.

The Court found him guilty and sentenced to firing squad. 5 anonymous members of the Federal Police will be selected to become the marksmen. His family is now spending his last 7 days before his execution next Saturday. Protests have been made by the Eminrallian Freedom Association, citing the method unconventional and calls for reconsideration of the decision.

Nationality Act introduced by Nationalist Party sparks debate in
Federal Parliament today.

The introduction of the Nationality Act have been met with spark debate in Federal Parliament. The Parliament is now starting their session after a 2-week dismissal. Nationalist Representative Georgio Viollanne introduced the bill in behalf of the Nationalist Party. The bill is the most strictest and have the boldest reforms in the history of Eminrallian Nationality rules. The bill removes jus soli as the basis of nationality. It means that for a child to become Eminrallian National, he or she must have an Eminrallian parent at the time of the birth, or his/her father must be an Eminrallian National at the time of death. In addition, dual-nationality have been removed. All Eminrallians who hold foreign nationalities must choose only 1 nationality. Exception have been made for those who are already dual-nationals and those whose dual-nationality is being processed.

The bill itself have sparked sharp debate between parties in Federal Parliament. The Liberals strongly opposes the bill, saying that it will jeopardize the future of dual-nationals. In addition, they believe that they have every right to be Eminrallian Nationals. The Nationalists argued that there have been many cases of Eminrallian Nationality being used to get services offered by the government here while residing in their home country. They said that the bill is aimed at protecting Eminrallian Nationality. The Conservatives backed the bill and surprisingly, many Labour Representatives do so too.

The bill caused split within political action groups that many big organizations have no official stance because its members cannot agree with the bill. Large numbers of Eminrallians, 52%, agrees with the bill. 45% disagrees and the remaining is unsure. More debates is expected for this controversial bill.

9 CEOs and Bankers of big company and 3 major banks arrested for
embezzlement, tax fraud.

The Federal Police arrested 9 individuals today, enforcing the order of the Supreme Court of Eminral. The individuals named Scott Markey (Valles Trust Fund), Barne Hans (Hans Savings Corp.), Manny Teofisto (Eminral Mines), Efren Baltimore, Jake McIntyre and Ferdinand Sanchez (Saipan Bank), Monica Hansfield and Veronica Gerald (Pharmalife Corp.) and Barnie Fegel (Styr Bank), have been charged by the Supreme Court of embezzlement and tax fraud. The officials of Saipan Bank have been suspected with connection to the Banking Crisis of 2008, which nearly put thousands out of work. The others have been accused of lobbying the Congress at that time to benefit their company.

"The arrest have proved that the justice system of Eminral is not only for the rich. The following individuals have been accused of using their powers for their own interest as well as of their company. They shall be treated equally with other inmates and shall receive the same treatment as others." the Federal Police Commissioner said on a phone interview.

The assets of the following individuals have been temporarily froze and their banking transactions have been seized with the authorization of the Court. They are expected to be put on trial next week.

Lakas-CD movement and Lakas-CD caucus established.
Movement gained popularity.

A Nationalist Party demonstration today established the Lakas-Christian Democrats movement. Referred to as Lakas-CD (lakas means strong in Filipino) is described as a People's wing of the Nationalist Party. The movement adheres to Eminrallian Nationalism and Christian Democracy. The chairman of the Lakas-CD movement is former Pentagon 4th District Representative Juan Cortez, who is planning to run for Federal Parliament next election. He described it as a group formed by the people that encourages deep patriotism for Eminral.

"For years, we have left our patriotism for our country. It is time that we revive what made us united in Green Revolution, the crisis of 2004 and 2006. The world is not stable, our enemies are always on guard to defeat us. We must not let our guard down and we should stand on guard for our fatherland." Fmr. Rep. Juan Cortez said, speaking on a Lakas demonstration. The movement currently have 2,300 members, all of which are original members of the movement before it was formally established.

The movement's website advocates for Eminrallian Nationalism, which puts Eminrallian culture above all and considers it one of the symbols of Eminrallian unity. On the economic part, they advocated for semi-isolationist policy. On their website, they have openly stated that Eminral "must pursue independent economic policy, which starts from agricultural self-reliance. This means that agricultural products must be raised and made from Eminral. Small steps like this will lead to eventual economic isolationism of the country."

The movement is also described as pro-military and even encouraged radical changes to the Eminral Armed Forces. They advocated aggressive measures against the remaining insurgents like the Motherland Liberation Front, the Islamic Liberation Movement and The Golden Dawn. The movement also supports lowering wage for soldiers in exchange that the families will receive free housing, college scholarships for the siblings of the soldiers and stronger pension.

Prime Minister Nash Torres announces that Eminral will host private
summit at Phoenix, Aragon.

The Office of the Prime Minister last Wednesday publicized that the Federation of Eminral Republic will hold private meetings concerning the formation of an alliance. Prime Minister Nash Torres announces that the alliance group will be "diplomatically beneficial with all the countries". He did not enumerate all of the possible agendas of the meeting, but he did lay out the plan that will organize an alliance assembly.

Leaders of the Hispannia, Califonia Dominion, Jehosaphat as well as the autonomous territories of Eminral, namely New Ashford and North Estonian Union are invited by the Federation to the Phoenix summit. So far, the Prime Minister have confirmed that the invited leaders are all attending. Some agendas of the meeting is the formation of an alliance between the countries, establishment of military hotlines to ensure cooperation and promoting business investment.

"We believe that this meeting is needed to establish stronger relationship with our nations. Our goal is to promote cooperation within the said sphere of cooperation and ensure military stability" Prime Minister said on an interview. He also said that a private meeting between him and Japanese Prime Minister is scheduled the day after the conference. He have not said anything about it but speculations arose about Japan's entry to Federation. So far, the Federation of Eminral Republic have maintained medium to low relations with Japan.

Eminral National Guards welcome foreign representatives in Phoenix Airport.

Later this dawn, the National Guards welcomed foreign representatives in Phoenix Airport. The representatives were from countries invited by Eminral to have talks. The airport, since it is closed during the hours, have reserved the whole place for the foreign leaders. The Phoenix Police Department also helped with the security measure by helping to monitor the route the leaders will take.

The Aragon Legislature in Phoenix was reserved for the meeting. Aside from this, rooms were also reserved for foreign leaders attending the meeting. President Stephen Blair arrived on Phoenix last Friday afternoon together with the Minister of Foreign Relations, Jonas Brandy. He personally welcomed the guest at the airport. The first leader to arrive is the Californian Foreign Minister Henry Sutherland. 5 minutes later, Japanese Prime Minister Akihiro Nogizaka arrived, with present to the President. Hispannian Emperor Philip IX and Jehosaphat President Carlos Verilio arrived respectively. The Governors of North Estonian Union and New Ashford arrived 15 minutes after President Verilio arrived.

A press conference was held in the afternoon. President Blair expressed his hope of success in the talks and hoping that the goals of the talks are to be meet. "I believe that Eminral and other nations present here today have the common goal and we really do hope that this talk would be beneficial for all. The strengthening of military, economic, cultural and cooperation ties will be beneficial for all of us in the end." President Blair said on the opening address. The meeting will be closed door for most part, but the closing ceremony will be open to media.

The conference is expected to establish an alliance for signatory countries. Aside from this, it is expected to have ties with the Shockpo Alliance, another major alliance in which Eminral is a signatory. This is not yet confirmed by the Presidential Palace as of this time.

Minister of Foreign Relations announced the entry of HRA to blacklist

The Minister of Foreign Relations Jonas Brandy have announced yesterday in a press conference that the HRA is to be added to the blacklist of the Ministry. He cited that both nations have openly engaged with countless wars and have threatened any opposition to their ways.

"After much discussion with the cabinet, we have decided to add the HRA to our blacklist and prohibit travelling to this nation. For the past months, the Government of Eminral have determined the actions of this nation. We have determined that due to its recent history, this nation is not a safe place for Eminrallian Nationals" he said on a press conference.

The Government of Eminral said that its aggressive actions against opposition and multiple wars against other nation are determining factor of the decision. Aviation Authority have now been instructed to restrict airlines to avoid HRA territory as well as closure of any Eminrallian flights to HRA. The same also applies for any HRA airlines in Eminral. The Minister insisted however that a repeal of the decision might still be possible in the future, either if the Government of HRA appeals or the Government of Eminral have cleared the nation to be safe for Eminrallians.

The Eminral Navy reported that 3 Eminrallian naval vessels seized a ship from Alaska. The Admiral for the naval forces in Eminrallian Samoa reported that the men were from Conservative Junta of Alaska. They were caught inside Eminrallian waters, north of Midway Islands.

I have received reports from our counterparts in the Pacific that a naval vessel from the Conservative Junta of Alaska have been caught intruding Eminrallian waters in the Pacific. The Military Police have detained 13 men in a jail in Hawaii and will remain so indefinitely

The Government of Eminral later responded warning future intrusions. According to the Office of the Prime Minister, he said that the Government of Eminral will take appropriate actions in the future to secure the territorial integrity of Eminral. The Pacific have been on tight alert after several intrusions of Alaskan and even Indonesian fishermen have increased for the past months. The Military Police detained the intruders but their charges were later dropped and they were released.

Emergency Response Team scrambles to rescue remaining survivors, retrieve bodies

A quiet evening have been disturbed following two consecutive, separate attacks caused damage to infrastructure and claimed the lives of more than 300 people. The first attack happened at Bernings Street, 6 kilometers away from Blanc Airport. The attack is directed against the convoy where the Korean Emperor is in for the peace talks. It is believed that the 2 perpetrators were Korean speakers. The attack caused 10 casualties for government forces and unknown casualties for the Korean Imperial Guards (KIG).

On a separate attack, Hotel 6 was destroyed after a huge explosion destroyed the foundation of the whole building. The Governor of Valliere immediately ordered the dispatch of Blanc Police, Paramedics and Fire Services, as well as the first response force of the neighboring towns and cities. Around 300 bodies were recovered after the first 5 hours of search and retrieval operations. "I saw the whole thing" an eyewitness said "I was just walking on my way home when suddenly the hotel exploded. I am right in front of the entrance of the building, so I ran as far as I could away from it. It seems like it is going to collapse"

The collapse of the Hotel 6 damaged neighboring commercial buildings, but luckily no one was hurt.86 survivors were rescued after 3 hours of search and retrieval operation. They described that the attack came not from inside the hotel but from outside. President Stephen Blair immediately reacted to the situation by using his constitutional powers to place the whole province in the state of martial law.

Right after the declaration of martial law, the whole province was put on lock down. Curfews were implemented and classes were suspended. The Eminral Armed Forces and Federal Police mobilized their forces to help with the operation in Blanc. The Eminral Intelligence Department released the initial reports to the public saying that the men responsible for the assassination attempt were from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. They were able to travel to Eminral by taking a plane from Beijing to Eminral City, then from Eminral City to Blanc, Valliere. On their entry, they presented their fake Chinese passport, which indicated that the People's Republic of China might have some connections with the attack.

Anti-Chinese protest ramps up all over the Federation over alleged
"Chinese connections"

The tensions between the Federation of Eminral Republic and the People's Republic of China increased after the Eminrallian naval vessels opened fire on Chinese ships on Eminrallian waters. This happened in the Island Province of Kyushu, where the Eminrallian Coast Guard warned the Chinese vessels that they are illegally entering Eminral's waters. After 5 minutes of standoff, the Eminrallian Navy open fired against the Chinese, resulting in 1 Chinese ship badly damaged. The two vessels later retreated.

Following the incident, the Premier of PRC warned Eminral that further interference of Eminral to their patrol of "Chinese waters" will be "dealt accordingly". Recent statement of the Premier of PRC angered many Eminrallian politicians and sparked several protests. Minutes after the Premier's statement, the Chinese Navy announced that they would increase their presence to West Philippine Sea (S. China Sea).

In response to this, the Federation of Eminral Republic, with the help of some foreign vessels from California Dominion, increased their presence within the region. Analysts said that should this continue, an armed conflict will happen between the two countries in the future. Nevertheless, the Eminral Armed Forces raised the alertness of all military bases of Eminral within the Pacific.

The North Korean Government meanwhile responded to the intelligence report with aggressive measures like missile tests and military exercises. The Korean Central Television "KCTV", the state-run news channel, denounced Eminrallian claims and threatens to "settle accounts with Eminral". Pyongyang also hosted mass rally against Eminral. Defense Minister Graciano dismissed North Korea's threats as "worthless" but he made it clear that Eminral will take the missile test seriously. He also warned that the Government of Eminral is prepared to take necessary steps should the missile enter Eminrallian territory.

Pyongyang falls; NK Government flees as Eminrallians take over Korea

The 45th and 46th Army entered the borders of the city of Pyongyang as resistance inside the city falls. At 8:49 AM, Eminral Time, the final defense to keep the Eminrallians out of the city falls after 2 hours of constant shelling and bombing. North Korean citizens defect to the Eminrallians as the Korean People's Army destroyed every property in an act of desperation. The North Korean forces received heavy blow after the central command of its forces allegedly refused to retreat their forces. The KPA allocated a huge number of its force in stopping Eminrallian beach invasions. Meanwhile, the western invasion force have successfully landed on 8 different beach head. 6 of the beachheads are located in the northwestern part, where Eminrallians are focusing their attention on. Since bridges have been destroyed by Eminrallians, Chinese forces have to walk by foot to reinforce Korean defense.

However, Chinese reinforcements have slowed down since the start of the invasion of China. Much of its airpower have been destroyed because of dogfights with EAF. The Air Force took this to their advantage and began massive bombing campaign against Chinese cities. Much of its reserve force retreated westward. Civil unrest are also threatening the stability of the Chinese government.

Meanwhile, President Stephen Blair said that the Federation of Eminral Republic will only accept unconditional surrender from the Chinese Government, saying that "it has ignored peaceful ways". Several Chinese military network have been hacked by the electronic division of the Eminral Armed Forces. The air force meanwhile said that it has destroyed some nuclear facilities and it is aiming to disarm China of capabilities of launching weapons of mass destruction.

Estonian Governor Kaljus Andrus announces
investment on renewable energy.

Governor Kaljus Andrus of the Union of North Estonia announced that his government will invest E$ 550 million in order to implement the Eminral Environment Action Plan's energy switch. He emphasized the importance of energy and its role in driving North Estonia's economy. North Estonia currently is relying on coal and fuel to produce energy. For the past 3 months, the whole union is suffering from irregular blackouts that lasts 2 hours on average.

"My government is aware of the recent blackouts that have been slowing down the daily lives of Eminrallians throughout the whole union. Therefore, we shall act to solve this problem. The Union Government, with the cooperation of state governments, will launch investments on renewable energy" the Governor said on a business conference.

The Governor announced that the Union Government will give tax breaks to businesses that are using renewable sources of energy as the source of their electricity. The same tax breaks will apply to families and households. It is also looking for possibilities of building offshore wind farms in the Baltic to help increase the productivity of electricity. The government however denied rumors that it will completely halt the use of coal and fuel. The Union Government said that coal and fuel will still play a role on producing power throughout the union, although they shall play lesser role by the end of the project.

Minister of Education Jesse Ryeman announces new addition to national public school curriculum

Minister of Education Jesse Ryeman visited several middle and high schools in Charles City, Britannia today as he announces new changes to national curriculum for public schools. The changes are part of a more comprehensive reforms to Eminral's educational system, which will kick off next school year. As schools finish, Minister Ryeman assured "stronger" educational system that will keep Eminral competitive.

One of the announced changes was the addition of two Sacheyenyani languages: Khailfulian and Dyrnastic, to the "Optional Language Course", or OLC. The two Sacheyenyani languages will be joined by Japanese, French, German and Spanish. Sacheyenyani language will be the first language from the whole Alliance of the Red Knights to be adopted for Eminrallian education. Mandarin will be removed from the Optional Language Course, reason being that there are not enough applicants for it. Critics meanwhile see this move as part of the public outrage after Chinese intrusions in Eminral. OLC are optional courses for middle and high school students. They can choose a language they want to learn, but they are not mandated to take it.

"Because of the interactions between Eminral and Sacheyenya, demand for the Sacheyenyani language in the market have grown" Minister Ryeman explained. "More and more Eminrallian students are taking up courses in Sacheyenya. 1,671 of Eminrallian college students are taking up education in Sacheyenya. A total of 1,345 Sacheyenyanis are also coming to Eminral every year to take up education in our country. More and more Sacheyenyanis and Eminrallians are interacting because of market demands. In order to maintain mutual understanding between our two countries, we have decided to add 2 Sacheyenyani languages to our OLC"

One of the alleged changes is the changing of school year. This has not been confirmed by the Ministry of Education. They are still working on resolving other changes in the national curriculum. Eminral do not have a uniform curriculum and it is up for the provincial governments to do so. Now, the Ministry of Education will mandate the national curriculum for all public schools. Critics of the education reform say that the national curriculum might not fit the learning style of other students overseas, like students from New Ashford, North Estonia and Union of Pacific.

Chinese-Eminrallian Association claims that the Government of Eminral is enacting discriminatory
policies against Chinese citizens living in Eminral.

Is the Government of Eminral putting in place discriminatory policies against Chinese citizens in Eminral? The spokesperson for the Chinese-Eminrallian Association have said that several policies and move by the Government of Eminral is aimed to attack Chinese citizens residing within the Federation, their culture and their way of life. This is part of the press conference they held yesterday in response with the ongoing Eminrallian-Chinese War.

"Even before the war, the Government of Eminral have been targeting us Chinese citizens here in Eminral" Tai Chang, the spokesperson for the association said. "The Ministry of Immigration announced that they are going to close immigration programs for China and they will stop the sponsorship program also. But the same program is still up and running in other countries such as Japan. The recent change in Optional Language Course also removes Mandarin Chinese from the option course"

Mr. Chang is referring to the closing of immigration program of Eminral in China, back in April 2012. The Immigration Ministry explained that there are some holes within the program so they are closing it down. The Minister for Immigration explained the sudden demand for Japanese immigrants. "As you may have known, we are valuing Japanese language and culture here. It is part of who we are. That is why the demand for Japanese language teachers and professionals are on the rise for the past few months. The closure of Chinese immigration program have nothing to do with discrimination"

Mr. Chang also complained about the passing of the Nationality Act, which will force them to relinquish their Chinese Nationality if they wanted to become Eminrallian Nationals. They view it as an attack against their culture and their background. While the Government of Eminral denied such allegations, there is no denying that the discrimination against Chinese citizens are on the rise.

Eminrallians laid siege to city defense force as they crush the
remaining resistance in Beijing

Civilians flee the city center as the Battle for Beijing came to an end this noon. The Eminrallian forces pushed back PLA Beijing Defense and captured the Temple of Heaven. The remaining resistance forces, desperate to hold off their position, blockaded the northwestern part of the city to hold off Eminrallian advance. Continuous artillery shelling, especially of the Forbidden City, forced Chinese forces to flee the southeastern part of the complex. Nevertheless, Eminrallian reinforcements from neighboring towns helped the battle. City defense unit, cornered by Eminrallians on two sides, retreated to the Forbidden city. By 12:00 PM, the capital of China fell for Eminral.

Accounts of POWs suggested that the commander for the city defense ordered that the Chinese forces evacuate to northeastern parts. "We were told that the Chinese reinforcements from the west would reinforce our defense here" said one POW through a military channel. "Before we knew it, the Eminrallians have literally surrounded the whole city. The commander was so desperate that he thought he could still win by holding of Eminrallian forces from the Forbidden city. It was all fine until artillery barrage literally made it impossible. We were surrounded. He committed suicide, along with some soldiers. Several men, like me, chose to turn ourselves in."

1 hour after the fall of Beijing, 5 major offensive operations have been launched against the remaining western forces. Almost 6.5 million Eminrallians will take part with this major operation. Nationality Act now in effect after President Stephen Blair signed the bill into law.

President Stephen Blair signed the Nationality Act into law this morning. The bill radically changes Nationality rules for future Eminrallian Nationals in the future. The proponents of the bill, Rep. Stephen King (NPE), Rep. Julius Hawk (NPE) and other supporters were present at the signing ceremony. After the signing, Rep. King offered his comments about the event. "It was a spectacular sight to see. We've worked hard to put this bill up. With the signing of this bill, we can protect the integrity of Eminrallian Nationality and protect it from fraud". The leader of the Nationalist Party, Rep. Paul Reyes, welcomed the signing of the bill. "It is a wonderful thing that new regulations have been put in place to protect Eminrallian Nationality".

However, not all are happy to hear this. Prime Minister Nash Torres described the bill as an attack to Eminrallians who have dual-nationality. Protests erupted in Eminral Coty, Benson, Clark and San Juan. The protesters are arguing that the bill makes it hard for soon-to-be Eminrallians to get their Eminrallian Nationality. They also disapprove the removal of dual-nationality status in Eminral.

The Nationality Act raised the domicile period of permanent residents from 3 years to 5 years. In addition, they must also prove that they are capable of supporting their dependents and literacy of English or Filipino. The Act also removed the dual-nationality status for future Eminrallians. It means that if the applicant refused to renounce their foreign nationality, the naturalization process will fail. Eminrallian Nationals who have acquired foreign nationality shall also have their Eminrallian Nationality revoked. This does not apply if the foreign nationality have been granted to an Eminrallian in an involuntary manner or if they have been given special honorary nationality by other countries.

Leader of the Nationalist Party Gilbert Ballesteros calls for constitutional assemboly.

The leader of the Nationalist Party Representative Gilbert Ballesteros stood up today in the House of Representatives and called for constitutional assembly to either amend the present constitution or create another one. He, together with 3 more colleagues pointed out that the constitution of the Federation is "seriously flawed". He also pointed out that the Bill of Rights should not be on a separate document but should be included in the constitution instead.

"I am presenting my concerns about the flaws of our current constitution. There are a lot of problems here. For example, the constitution does not set a clear boundary between the powers of the President and the powers of the Prime Minister, and their responsibilities respectively. The lack of 'check and balance' between the three branches of the government also worries me. When our Constitution was drafted, it did not foresaw 3 unions joining the federation" Rep. Ballesteros said on his statement

Some representative from the Conservative Party and Labour Party echoed his statement. They pointed out flaws in the constitution and they also pointed out that the Bill of Rights' flaws in protecting the civil rights in Eminral. The first round of debate for the constitutional assembly shall proceed tomorrow. If the House voted for it, the motion will go to the Senate. If the Senate also approved this, the President of Eminral shall call for constitutional assembly.

President Stephen Blair, one of the proponents of the constitutional assembly, welcomed the statements, saying that it will be beneficial for Eminral in the long term. He also pointed out that the constitution must define the powers of the union members in the federation.

Eminral 240th to 267th Army launches assault. Chinese provisional capital city falls.

The Eminral Army's 240th to 267th Army Units launches 12 consecutive assault yesterday on the remaining main cities in western China, as the PLA finds itself in a hard position after EID launches operation that destabilized their defenses in the west. It has been reported that several high officials of the Chinese Government committed suicide after the first news of Eminrallian attack came this morning. Mission not over: Eminrallian Forces retakes South Korea, Taiwan.

After the end of the combat in western China, almost 3 million Eminrallian troops stationed in Mugen Tengoku China have now retreated to Eminrallian Manchuria and Southern China. The combat operation ended with the final casualty count of 9,560 dead and 1,308 injured. The Eminrallian Air Force also suffered heavy damage fighting the Chinese Air Force. More aerial reinforcements are sent from North Estonia Union to temporarily increase Air Force strength while new aircrafts are being transferred from Australia to Philippines.

Following the mission, the Eminral Army finally destroys the 38th Parallel border between North Korea and South Korea in an attempt to unify the peninsula. 1.2 million troops form North Korea and 860,000 troops coming from the Sea of Japan reclaimed the southern part of the Korean peninsula, ending the decades-old division that have separated Korean families. 2 hours after the first crossing, no response was heard from the South Korean Government. The SK Parliament reportedly flee after angry mobs attack government over rising prices on food. Since the start of the East Asian War, economy of South Korea and Taiwan fell and prices of commodities went up.

Meanwhile, Eminrallian Navy coming from Panatag Shoal and Taiwan Strait surrounded Taiwanese Navy. Resistance was heavier compared to South Korean Navy. Political Parties rally their candidates for the upcoming
Presidential Election.

Different political parties show their support for their Presidential candidates as the National Commission on Elections announced the closing of filing for candidacy. President Stephen Blair said last interview that he will not run again for 2nd term. He said that "it is time for the people to elect a new leader that will continue the progress that we've made". The announcement shocked many political strategists, considering that the President have 67% approval according to last month's survey. The majority of the approval rate came from the youth, who are likely to be one of the biggest factor in the upcoming elections.

The Conservative Party, after Stephen Blair's announcement, announced that they will have Manuel Valdez as their presidential candidate. Valdez is a representative for the 19th District of Vallière and one of the prominent figures of the Conservative Party. The Party is now running on platforms of Blair's administration. However, the party is currently in a two way tie with the new coalition, the Labour-Socialist Coalition. This announcement came after a private talk between the two parties. They announced that they would back former President's Manuel Torres' bid to presidency.

"In the recent years, I have watched this country grow. I realized that this administration have failed to look after the Eminrallian people. The recent military interventions of Eminral will bring our end tomorrow. I am here to continue my unfinished job as the President of Eminral and bring prosperity to Eminral" Torres said yesterday as he announce his entry to the elections. The Labour-Socialist is also attacking the Liberal Party for "reckless spending on wasteful things".

The Liberal Party confirmed that Prime Minister Nash Torres will run for presidency. This came after the Liberal Party finished their meetings this noon in their headquarters. Prime Minister Torres announced that he will continue what his party have done to the presidency. "Over the past years, I and my party have worked tirelessly in bringing this country on its path to prosperity. Along the way, we have faced many troubles, and we will still face many. But I assure you that we shall succeed, like we did in the past". Unexpectedly, the Liberal are now behind the Nationalists, who are gaining support throughout Eminral.

Nationalist Party meanwhile have Joseph Alvarez as their nominee. Serving 2 years in the High Command, Alvarez promised continuous success of Eminral and strong leadership. The Government of Eminral announced that it would open one of the
freeports in the Administrative Province of Ilo-ilo.

The Government of Eminral announced this afternoon that the southern part of San Joaquin, AP Ilo-ilo will be converted to a freeport zone by the Philippine Area Development Zone. The project is estimated to cost E$ 1.4 trillion overall, including the repairs of major roads on the whole province and other more projects. The new freeport zone is expected to dramatically decrease unemployment in the province and attract immigration to the province.

The San Joaquin Freeport Zone is one of the 4 projects of the government in the 3 administrative provinces of Eminral. 2 is expected to be located on Pangasinan and 1 on Cavite. The freeport zone will provide tax free exemptions on the flow of goods within the area as well as businesses. Foreign businesses is expected to grow in the San Joaquin region.
