Generally, the Joint Presidents do not wear uniforms usually (they do not need them, considering they're both Regulus Drakonians), except when on formal business. They usually don flowing red capes, and Hadro Ironhorn wears a steel helmet handcrafted specifically to fit his head.

As for the Humanoid members of the Dragon Court, they typically wear their military uniforms when conducting their daily business in helping run the country and/or Military. Secretary of War Santorez wears his specially-made version of the standard Army officer's uniform, colored blue instead of the standard green.
