PM: "We seek fraternal ties with Saheil - but is hindered by mentality of Sulieman regime"
Prime Minister Qassem Akbari expresses the UNIR's wish for close ties with Saheil, but argues it can't happen with current irrational government

Prime Minister Akbari also stated that Ainin's referral to CENBA is a "sign of weakness".

The UNIR’s interjection on behalf of Pisdara has been met with vicious responses by the Saheilian and Aininian governments. Prime Minister Akbari however stated that the “UNIR seeks close fraternal ties with Saheil”, but lamented that “this is jeopardised by the irresponsible and clearly anti-Nautasian mentality of Saheil’s ruling administration.” It follows Saheil’s Prime Minister Annan Sulieman threat to interdict UNIR shipping. Huimont has threatened the UNIR ship on patrol, while dragging Namor into the spat through CENBA.

Despite the State President’s justified anger yesterday, the Prime Minister at behest of the State Council of the Union – and the State President, has sought to allay fears of aggression by the UNIR. Speaking at a press conference, Prime Minister Qassem Akbari expressed the nation’s willingness to seek close ties to Saheil, saying, “we seek close fraternal ties with Saheil as we do with all Nautasian nations, but for this to happen, there must be room for success.”

“Unfortunately, such close ties, both cultural, political and economic are hindered by the clear and present anti-Nautasian and outright irresponsible attitudes of the government of Prime Minister Annan Sulieman. The vessel now travelling to the area of sea where the Pisdari vessel was obliterated is doing so peacefully, to ensure that all know that we stand with Pisdara. It is not there to question Saheilian sovereignty nor exert a threat” he said further.

“Yet, the threat of attacks on UNIR shipping and economic assets is deeply troubling and disturbing. Not only do these threats endanger peace beyond any symbolic patrol of one lone vessel, they represent a departure of rationality by the Saheilian government” he said.

When asked to draw on Ainin’s response, the Prime Minister said, “we expect nothing less than Ainin to internationalise a symbolic gesture by the Union, by fleeing to the corridors of CENBA. It is a sign of weakness, not strength.”

The Prime Minister did concede that if Pisdara rules the investigation into the incident fair and just, the Union would support their decision.

“Should the Pisdari nation view any Saheilian investigation fair and just, acceptable to the victims’ families and to their people, then the Union will support their decision. But our point, the very point the Union is making now, is that we as a responsible power in this continent will not sit back and allow Ainin to endanger Pisdari sovereignty through inaction towards Sulieman’s government” the Prime Minister concluded.

Despite the official government response being relatively pragmatic towards the warmongering and inciteful Sulieman regime, politicians in the Supreme Assembly have been less forthcoming.

Colonel Vahid Namdar denounced Saheil’s threat towards UNIR shipping, saying during a session today, “if they dare dent the hull of one UNIR freighter or tanker, then we must unleash such hellfire upon them. Let CENBA come, its only a collection of third rate nations and insular Namor, who can barely muster the will the war on Luziyca.”

Mehmet Kaya, Col. Namdar’s ideological ally in the Supreme Assembly followed up by arguing, “at last we see, when the Saheilians blasted a fishing boat out of the water, murdering Pisdaris the Aininians said nothing, they didn’t even wince. We deploy a warship to show our support to an island nation of 30,000 people and they deploy a small flotilla and call on CENBA, all in the defence of the murderers in Saheil.”

Supreme Cleric, Ayatollah Ali Khorsani also spoke out against Ainin, addressing Irvadi reconstruction workers in Luqya he said, “let them call upon CENBA, let them and their puppet Sulieman hide behind Namorese iron skirts. Let them use CENBA to cover their crime against Pisdara, let them use CENBA to scare the UNIR and all Nautasia, let them know they will fail to do so.”

The Ministry of National Defence has stated that is not “viewing Saheil’s threats seriously, but the Islamic Revolutionary Army does have the means to respond swiftly should Saheil venture foolishly towards making on those threats.”

The Foreign Ministry also issued a statement, urging Namor to refrain from venturing into a purely Nautasian situation, “as a friend of the People’s Republic, the Union of Nautasian Islamic Republics kindly recommends that Namor refrain from entering the current situation, we do not seek war or any confrontation with Namor, our relations and history stand to strong to be wasted on a purely Nautasian affair”, a spokesman said.

BREAKING: Prime Minister: I would rather be a puppet of a democracy than a dictatorship
After being heckled by the press multiple times during his day, the Prime Minister lashed out, saying that he would rather be Ainin's puppet than UNIR's
Image
The Prime Minister comments on the situation between
Saheil, Pisdara, and UNIR.

AUX PORTS-DU-NORD -- In a statement that sent waves across the nation, the Prime Minister told a cadre of reporters in front of Bank of Saheil's headquarters that he was disgusted that many people would agree with the UNIR regime that Saheil is a "puppet of Ainin." After being continually pursued by members of the press, the Prime Minister seemed to have had enough, saying that he would rather Saheil be the puppet of "a free and liberal democracy where the rights of the people are maintained" rather than the puppet of a "dictatorship where human rights are treated as suggestions at best and obstacles to total control at worst."

The Prime Minister was approached by many members of the National League yesterday, worried that Saheil has become an actual puppet of Saheil. The National League, which has grown more and more anti-Ainin, with many politicians even promising to close Ainin's military base in Hernau, the largest in the region. The Prime Minister "fiercely and unilaterally" denied the allegations, his press secretary says.

Last night, while leaving his parliamentary office and going to his residence, the Prime Minister was swarmed with reporters asking him how he responds to the comments made by UNIR's Prime Minister, who stated that UNIR "seek fraternal ties with Saheil" but sees them as being hindered by his regime. The Prime Minister said, "If protecting my people from exploitation is considered a hindrance, then I will 'hinder' our 'relationship' any day of the week." The Prime Minister was followed by reporters swarming to get another quote with National League supporters desperately trying to get an audience. The crowd was only forced to disperse when the Prime Minister jumped into his car.

The last straw came when the Prime Minister left the financial headquarters of the Bank of Saheil after talking with investors about the recent decline in business because of the international attention and the attacks. While we do not know exactly what the Prime Minister said to the investors, he reportedly reassured the investors that all would be well when the situation blows over. After walking out of the building with his entourage, the Prime Minister was swarmed by the daily cadre of press as well as pro-National League protestors protesting the Prime Minister's attitude towards UNIR.

In a response to a question made by the journal La Force, asking him if Saheil was a puppet state, the Prime Minister reportedly said, "The Federation of Saheil is not, was not, nor will ever be the puppet of a foreign power so long as I or any of my patriotic compatriots live. It is a shame that I even have to address the comments made by an authoritarian autocrat."

The press and the protestors would not relent, chasing the Prime Minister and blocking his view. Prime Minister Sulaiman seemed to have cracked, turning the press and saying, "Saheil is not a puppet. But if it were, I would rather it be the puppet of a free and liberal democracy where the rights of the people are maintained and not that of a dictatorship where human rights are treated as suggestions at best and obstacles to total control at worst." The Prime Minister ran to his car and was driven off.

The PM's comments sent waves across the country. The leader of the Opposition Zayd bin-Zahr called the Prime Minister's comments "unprofessional and unnecessarily antagonistic."

Other members of the National League were not as elegant with their words, calling the Prime Minister "totally wrong and foolish" for his "undemocratic remarks and his lack of caring towards the suffering of people on both sides."

Members of the Prime Minister's own party have either been silent or have come out in slight support. Deputy Mahmoud Sahi (Republican) said that the Prime Minister's points "had weight" and were "completely acceptable."

The public reaction has been mixed, with 52% of those polled saying that the "Prime Minister had a point, but delivered it incorrectly" while another 35% disapproved of the comments entirely. Those camping outside West Ports-du-Nord Hospital who we talked to this morning said that the "Prime Minister's comments did not help the situation and were antagonistic."

OOC: Involvement of Karazawa/Karazawi people was permitted by Karazawa.

Travellers in Pavonistade anxious over ambiguous advisories, security protocols
Date: August 18, 2017

Airports (Pavonistadeck International Airport pictured),
among other ports of entry, have become scenes of
growing confusion due to the Domestic Affairs Ministry's
newly-issued travel advices and advisories.
As fear emerges from a growing dispute in Nautasia, fear grips Pavonistade over unclear travel advisories issued by the Ministry of Domestic Affairs.

When Pavonistadian and Karazawi travellers arrived from Karazawa (among other countries) at airports such as the Vadopol International AIrport, their progresses through passport control were unexpectedly delayed. Some were subject to additional screening procedures while others were brought in for interviews.

Newly-enforced security protocols dictated that these travellers - from individuals to families - be vetted because they arrived from a "major opioid-producing" country. However, some Pavonistadian and Karazawi travellers managed to evade the new protocols and passed passport control without much dilemma.

It would turn out that people entering Pavonistade from any countries are either vetted or skipped. The reason lies not with exceptional evasion or incompetent staff, but rather with haphazardly-enforced instructions and poor personnel coordination.

On August 16, the Ministry of Domestic Affairs issued several new travel advisories, which recommended against non-essential travel to "any regions with elevated production or consumption of substances such as opioids, especially substances prohibited on Pavonistadian soils". The ministry also ordered heightened screening and security protocols, based on these advisories, for any travellers arriving from "major opioid-producing countries".

While Domestic Affairs Minister Quinna Jing justified these advisories, she and her ministry did not specify any targeted countries or regions. This had the unintentional effect of forcing all Pavonistadian ports of entry to decide which travellers must or must not be vetted, based on what country they originated. Many of the passengers flying to Pavonistade from Karazawa were vetted (no matter if they had Pavonistadian citizenship or not), though passengers flying from other countries were also vetted in an inconsistent manner.

Certain politicians, particularly Republican and Conservative Party members, warned of the uncertainty from the unclear travel advisories and restrictions. While the new advisories and protocols from the Ministry of Domestic Affairs intended to curtail negative foreign influences on the ongoing drug epidemic in Pavonistade, the otherwise-ambiguous protocols generated anxiety in and out of airports, as well as some seaports.

"It's one thing if you vet travellers from Karazawa," said Liberal Party chairperson Aleksander Bello, in his condemnation of the unclear advisories and protocols. "But it's another thing if you vet some travellers from Karazawa and leave alone other travellers from the same country."

Nevertheless, some officials have not condemned the Ministry of Domestic Affairs. President Kal SImpsen tweeted yesterday, "Our country is faring well at the moment. The advisories and precautions issued by the Domestic Affairs Ministry bear immediate results."

It is not clear if the Ministry of Domestic Affairs intends to revise its advisories and security protocols.

Ministry of Health orders closure of all 887 Frederick's Fries locations in Katranjiev
Image
Health Minister Victoria Savov

KRASIMIR, KRASIMIR - Today, Health Minister Victoria Savova declared that "in light of the abysmal conditions found in many locations of Frederick's Fries across Katranjiev, especially since Pavonistade announced its departure to the Council of Esquarium, it is in the interest of public health to close down all locations of Frederick's Fries in Katranjiev effective immediately, until it agrees to improve their health and safety standards in a manner that is acceptable to the Ministry."

"Since the Paxit referendum, we have noticed a definite decline in the health and safety conditions at Frederick's Fries, as they feel no longer compelled to follow national and Community health and safety regulations," Savova declared. "In many locations, such as in Glodzhevo, Baicheng, Desislav, and Krasimir, we have received reports of increased food poisoning, we have received reports of fecal matter in burgers, and there is one horrifying case from Nedelcho, they had deep-fried rats and mice instead of chicken."

"Therefore, the Ministry of Health has little confidence that Frederick's Fries can continue to operate in Katranjiev, as they are in flagrant violations of health and safety laws. Thus, in the interests of public health and public safety, effective immediately, all locations of Frederick's Fries are to be shut down."

"Until Frederick's Fries agrees to comply with both national and EC regulations concerning health and safety, they shall be prohibited from opening new locations, or operating their current locations in Katranjiev."

Response
Julia Azores, CEO and President of Frederick's Fries told Slevdovatel that "The reports regarding our outlets in Katranjiev are troubling, though Frederick's Fries is incredibly committed to safety of all forms and levels. It is regrettable that these outlets are to be closed for inspection." She also added that "We are recognized for serving only safe, premium-quality foods to Pavonistadians."

However, this was met with some controversy: Nayden Kristian, MNA for the Reform Party, accused the government of falsifying the inspections, arguing that "while Pavonistade's recent policies have been troubling and harmful to the EC, the fact of the matter is that the timing of the announcement made by the Health Ministry to shut down Frederick's Fries in Katranjiev seems to indicate that this was politically motivated. As a matter of fact, I had a meal there yesterday, and I can guarantee you that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my meal."

Opposition leader Yasen Dinev, stated that "the Liberal Party is concerned for the livelihoods of those that will lose their salary and wages, let alone their jobs if they remain closed permanently. Nonetheless, we feel that the closure of Frederick's Fries is a good thing, as the recent actions made by the Pavonistadian government over the past few months have greatly harmed Pavonistade's chances of co-operation with the rest of the world."

Meanwhile, Deputy Prime Minister Viscount Nikola of Rysinov expressed his whole-hearted support, declaring that "the closure of Frederick's Fries will not only help protect Katranjian jobs, but also show Pavonistadians the errors of their ways."

PM Akbari denounces Sulieman for "slapping away the hand of friendship"
Suleiman confirms he is in service to Huimont through shocking statements to Saheilian press.

File Photo: Marshal of the Union Burak Güven warned CENBA not to underestimate the Union's abilities

The crisis between the UNIR and Saheil has deepened because of further insult and provocation by the Aininian backed government of Annan Sulieman. The Saheilian Prime Minister not only outright rejected offers of conciliation and fraternity with the UNIR, but confirmed his servitude to Huimont. His response to Prime Minister Akbari’s kind offer has led him to lament to the Supreme Assembly that Saheil is a “nation of 3 million imprisoned by Sulieman and his masters in Huimont.”

The Prime Minister Sulieman’s outburst today was met with shock across both Saheil and the UNIR, with the latter suffering a gross rejection of peaceful overtures by the UNIR government. Assailed by patriotic Saheilians who seek closer ties to their Nautasian kin, he unleashed his inner thoughts, showing his true colours the Aininian puppet said, “I would rather it be the puppet of Ainin, than it be close to Nautasia.”

His statement followed lurid outbursts painting the UNIR’s offer of fraternal ties and close economic partnerships as “exploitation.” His statements were denounced both by politicians in the UNIR and Saheil.
Prime Minister Qassem Akbari who was called before the Supreme Assembly to discuss the situation and to hear the anger of Assembly Members over Saheil’s vicious rejection of friendship.

The Prime Minister however, warned that “taking the words of Sulieman to heart is the aim and desire of Huimont, through him, they deny Saheil its future with the continent” he said to loud applause from the chamber.
“It is regrettable that the prime minister of Saheil would so sharply slap away our hand of friendship and conciliation, though it is clear, not just through his utterance of the regular criticisms of the UNIR made by Huimont and its patrons, but through his entire demeanour that he serves Huimont’s wishes of repressing Nautasian cooperation and fraternity.

“It is now clear to all that Saheil and its three million citizens are imprisoned not in a nation, but a fiefdom for the patrons of Huimont’s post-colonial web of corruption. As I said yesterday, closer ties and Saheilian economic prosperity in line with their Nautasian kin is impossible the longer Huimont succeeds in maintaining its patronage over Saheilian democracy. Until the Saheilian people realise the truth of their situation, until they achieve spiritual consciousness of their Nautasian being, until they loosen the tight grip of Huimont, these obstacles cannot be overcome” he said.

The Prime Minister rejected calls by some AMs for the withdrawal of the UNIR’s diplomatic staff from Saheil, saying, “such a move would endanger our relations with the Saheilian people, we need not have ties to Sulieman’s government of Huimont appointees, but we must ensure we have ties to the people of Saheil, they are the true power of Saheil and we do not abandon Nautasian peoples.”

Leading Irvadi AM, Sabeena Farzat drew loud applause from the chamber, including the Prime Minister when said, “Prime Minister, let it be known to all those with clear ears, that Sulieman speaks from the Aininian hymn sheet to borrow a Christian adage, he speaks their soundbites, he throws their insults and he denies his people their rightful place by our side in Nautasia, he is truly a criminal.”

However, popular anger across the three Union Republics is becoming palpable. This morning saw sporadic protests in Pasdan, with 600 people protesting outside the Saheilian consulate in Zahedan, while 800 people burnt Saheilian and Aininian flags in Irvadistan.

The Interior Ministry in conjunction with the Justice Ministry have stated that they will not issue permits for protests aimed at Saheil, but will allow permits for protests against Aininian domination of Saheil.
Islamic Revolutionary Army warns CENBA not to underestimate the Union

In response to provocative language from Ainin and CENBA, General Burak Güven has warned the CENBA not to underestimate the Union.

Speaking in northern Irvadistan during a visit to troops fighting pockets of takfiri terrorists, the Marshal of the Union said confidently, “any provocative act by CENBA or any individual member will result in a deadly response by the Union, CENBA should think twice before aggressing against the Union.” He also warned that, “the Islamic Revolutionary Army is the most fierce and powerful fighting force this continent has ever known, CENBA would be wise to remember that and evaluate that should they dare come to us with bare teeth and claw.”

His statements were followed by similar expressions made by Generals Mohammad Hassan and Javad Jaffari, who both warned that, “the Union possesses advanced missiles that can easily wipe out Hernau off the face of the planet”, referencing the largest Aininian military facility in Nautasia.

“The Uzun Kılıç ballistic missile and the Asena cruise missile have the firepower and the range to crush the den of imperialists into ash and fire” General Jaffari told reporters.
The UK-11 and the Asena have ranges of 5,000km and 1,500km respectively and represent the highest level of advanced domestic ballistic missile technology.

The Asena was used widely in the war on the so-called Caliphate, it was successfully used on eight occasions, six times leaving over 100 militants dead each and the last two being used to liquidate terrorist warlords.
General Adnan Terim however, has stated that the Islamic Revolutionary Army “as always seeks peace, for war is the bane of human development. But it stands ready to meet any aggression be it by Ainin alone, or with its CENBA associates.”

QEREDAXÎ TO RECONVENE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY
National legislature will serve as "advisory & consultative body" to President Qeredaxî;
members of reconvened body hand-selected by Qeredaxî to "guarantee representation"

Image
President Qeredaxî meeting with Siphrian soldiers in northern Awiyyistan earlier this month.

August 18, 2017 | Akrê, Siphria | President of Siphria Rizayê Qeredaxî has announced in a formal statement that the Legislative Assembly, after several months, will be reconvened starting next Monday, August 21st, as an "advisory and consultative body to the Cabinet and President of Siphria". The body's membership will also be altered, with its new set of members having been personally approved by President Qeredaxî.

The Legislative Assembly was legally dissolved by President Qeredaxî in May, during the removal of former president Seyfedînê Mistewfî by the Siphrian military.

"The Legislative Assembly is an important expression of the will of the Siphrian people and an integral part of the government of the Baha'i Republic," Qeredaxî said. "While it was necessary to temporarily dissolve it to guarantee stability and unity, it is clear that it can now safely be reconvened to fulfill its constitutional duties and support the efforts of this government to preserve Siphria's culture, people, and independence from all threats."

Qeredaxî stated that the Legislative Assembly would function as an "advisory and consultative" body, providing support, assistance, and advice to the Siphrian government. "As the representative body of the Siphrian people, the Legislative Assembly can play a key role in advising the presidency on its needs, and that is how the President intends to use it," the office of the president explained in a second statement released to the press, further expanding on the information provided by Qeredaxî during his earlier statement. The statement also noted, however, that "President Qeredaxî will continue to exercise the lawful emergency powers granted to him by Siphrian law", likely including wide-ranging legislative authority.

"With the support and advice of the Legislative Assembly," Qeredaxî concluded, "we will be able to guarantee the Siphrian people a strong and stable government."

The follow-up statement released by President Qeredaxî's office also confirmed that the membership of the Legislative Assembly has been "slightly altered", with the new list of members having been personally approved by President Qeredaxî. The right-wing Party for a Baha'i Siphria and Faith & Fatherland Movement have been allotted 54 and 42 seats respectively, putting both parties ahead of their former senior coalition partner the Baha'i Unity Party, which has only been given 40. The centrist Siphria Republican Party has gained seats, having been given 36; the Democratic Alliance, meanwhile, has been reduced to 26. The minor left-wing reformist Freedom and Change Party and Citizens' Movement factions have been given 6 and 4 seats, respectively. The Aburrite Democratic Movement has been given all four of the seats guaranteed to ethnic Aburrites; in addition to the four seats guaranteed to ethnic Bedouins by default, the Bedouin Interests Party has been given eight more, giving it a total of 12 seats.

The office of the president did stress that, in spite of the alterations, great efforts had been taken to "guarantee that the Legislative Assembly remains broadly representative of the Siphrian people".

It is unclear who will form the "governing coalition" within the Legislative Assembly, or if there will be such a coalition at all. Several political analysts have hypothesized that Nizamedînê Nazirî, leader of the Party for a Baha'i Siphria, will likely become the body's Speaker, though it is also unclear how much authority he would wield in that position; others have speculated that the title will go to Alaedînê Rehîmî, leader of the Republican Party, who could potentially take votes from both leftist and rightist parties.

Xiaodong to reinforce Narmadi and Tinzan border forces due to security concerns
18 August, 2017
By Jiang Huliang

Image

SHENKONG - The Ministry of Defence and Military Planning has today announced it will send 250 and 300 troops to the Tinzan and Narmadi borders respectively due to "increased security concerns regarding both states attitude to the Auspicious Republic".

"The Tinzan Eternal Realm has in recent weeks displayed an unrelentingly hostile attitude to Xiaodong, accusing Xiaodongese concerns over human rights violations in Beijiang as being a cover for expansionism and maintaining an uncooperative attitude to discussions over the sovereignty of Beijiang. State Preceptor Drogon Tsering has furthermore threatened war if Tinzan Eternal Realm's line is not followed in lieu of diplomacy. With this in mind the Xiaodongese Defence Force judge it correct that we protect ourselves from possible Tinzan aggression".

"Whilst the Narmadi Communal Federation has not outright threatened war, the decision to fortify the border is due to increasingly belligerent actions by syndicalist states such as the Weichltal Revolutionary Commune's recent nuclear test. The Kaonese Premier Somyot Uwanno has called for both the Kaonese People's Union and the Narmadi Communal Federation to possess nuclear weapons - given the aggressive ideology and nature of the Narmadi regime, we cannot rule out the possibility of Narmadi nuclear weapons which would represent an integral threat to the Xiaodongese nation".

Both Narmada and Tinza are ruled by aggressive governments committed to the degradation of Xiaodong and hold within them territory that is rightfully Xiaodongese. Tinza is a reactionary absolute monarchy whose feudal regime suppress basic freedom of speech and maintain a medieval system of ruling that has impoverished generation after generation of Tinzans so the State Preceptor and his cronies can profit. Narmada in comparison represents a form of revolutionary syndicalism that brutalises those in favour of free enterprise and has also impoverished their nation - unlike the industrial states of Alemannia and Austrosia, Narmada is based around the concepts of "agrarian socialism" and "the cult of rice" that has made it economically backwards in the name of equality.

Most galling however is both contain within them territory that is rightfully Xiaodongese - Tinza holding Beijiang, and Narmada Xinzuguo both of which were lost during the collapse of the Heavenly Xiaodongese Empire. Under Tinzan and Narmadi rule the people of Beijiang and Xinzuguo have been relentlessly persecuted with there being nothing short of an ethnic cleansing in both territories. Xiaodong has affirmed its commitment to reunifying these territories into the motherland in the name of self determination, but neither the reactionary Tinzan nor the socialist Narmadi regimes have taken heed.

The Ministry of Defence and Military Planning has not made any comment on the liberation of Xinzuguo or Beijiang - given Tinzan membership in the CSS the latter looks remote for the time being. However, Minister Yuan Qinqin stated "if Narmada makes any aggressive moves, Xiaodong will not hesitate to respond with military force as an option".

SILENCE OF WAR: The War in Nautasia that few Esquarians know of
Countless Gibonese civilians have died in the unseen war being waged in the country's jungles

Via the Free Gibon Foundation - There is an unseen war currently being waged in one of the largest countries on the Nautasian continent. It is by no means a new war, for it has been waged for more than four decades, but it is a war that has been accruing casualties almost ever since it's start. It is a war that has been waged with impunity by the All-Nautasian People's Party and the government of the so-called All-Nautasian Democratic Republic. It is a war that far too few Esquarians know about.

Our view of the war begins in the small village of Chemirundu. Chemirundu, in the central regions of the Kba Autonomous Republic, comprises of roughly a dozen families at most. It is comprised of half a dozen living compounds, arranged in a U-shape, surrounding the home and office of the village's elder -- which also doubles as the town school. It does not appear on any national maps, barely appears on many regional maps, and lacks every basic necessity one can think of. Visiting the town is, as former resident Nbibe Kwimbe put it, 'like taking a step back in time, back during the earliest days of Cortoguayan colonialism.' The statement, in all truth, isn't that far off from reality.

'It lacks proper roads,' the dirt roads to the town wash out every wet season. 'It lacks proper water sources,' the only source of clean drinking water is either from the town well or a small stream over six miles away. 'It lacks most basic modern medical care,' the town doctor has a first aid kit, and 'the only hospital is almost fifty miles away in the regional capital.' 'It lacks just about every form of government help.' The villagers, their daily lives dedicated towards continuing to live, are hardly able to scrape by. It lacks all forms of strategic value and importance. And yet, it was -- for a short time -- one of the many hotspots in Nautasia's most unknown war.

It began approximately two weeks ago when an armed column of over two dozen military IFAVs (Interim Fast Attack Vehicles) and half a dozen 5-ton M939s sped down the long and lonesome dirt path leading to Chemirundu, tore through the jugular foliage, and encircled the village. Within moments of arriving the armed gunmen, members of the country's "police" -- the All-Nautasian Security and Stability Forces, had already dismounted and were beginning to kick in doors throughout the town. The town's inhabitants were, of course, quite perturbed by their sudden encirclement and home invasion by men. Like anyone would in their situation, they sprang into action to combat the assault. The men grabbed their rusty rifles, handed down to them from their fathers (who had received them in the same fashion), drew their machetes, and began to confront the ANSSF members. The women began to wail and, in essence, sound the alarm whilst shooing the children into the jungle. The town elder exited his home, armed with an assault rifle, and began yelling at the men.

The ANSSF members, searching the homes, responded with violence.

At least half of the men were shot dead by the ANSSF, hardly having stepped into the main hut of their living compounds, and pulled out into the center of the town. The women, wailing over the death of their husbands, were roughly led out as well. The children who were foolhardy enough to come back from the jungle were swept up as well, many of whom were abused when they resisted. The town elder, having long since been detained by the ANSSF, began to ask the leader of the men why they were abusing the citizens of Chemirundu.

The answer, the leader of the armed contingent -- the only unarmed man in the group, was simple.

The soldiers removed a series of wooden shrines, fetishes, and trinkets from the town's compounds, each carved to a unique spirit and ancestor to a particular villager and their family, and dumped them into the town square with the rest of the people. Such items had long been illegal in the All-Nautasian Democratic Republic, with the central government in Mpuye declaring that they are items glorifying 'tribalism, hedonism, and disunity' rather than the central tenets of the All-Nautasian People's Party. The penalties for violating the laws about 'tribal ideologies', coined the 'Edict Declaring the National Revolutionary March Towards Unity and Brotherhood,' are harsh. Most violators are either sent to prison camps in the country's arid northwest, executed, or are never seen again. The inhabitants of Chemirundu were, one could suppose, lucky. They only had their 'tribalist charms' burned to ash, their homes razed to the ground, and themselves herded into trucks and shipped elsewhere in the country.

The story of what happened to Chemirundu is not unusual in the Gibon, it's estimated that it is happening to at least three villages in the country per week every week. The ANPP even advertises its operations, producing edited videos of ANSSF members seizing and burning 'tribalist trinkets and contraband.'

While official casualty statistics are not given, it is the best estimates of the Esquarian Human Rights Monitor and the Free Gibon Foundation that between 125,000 and 145,000 Gibonese civilians have died since 1975. How this has gone relatively unnoticed for four decades is just as great a cause for concern as the war itself.

Xiaodongese social-fascists endanger peace
The Communal Army of Workers and Peasants deploys heavy weapons to northern frontier

The reactionary social-fascist regime of Xiaodong has further endangered peace along the northern frontier with the deployment of 500 soldiers, in an effort by the Xiaodongese regime to distract its workers and peasants from its crumbling economy. The People’s Ministry of Revolutionary Defence has in turn announced the deployment of heavy artillery and another 600 troops to ensure the “sovereignty of the Communal Federation.”
The Xiaodongese provocation was announced yesterday, in which they justified the unnecessary aggression by saying, "Whilst the Narmadi Communal Federation has not outright threatened war, the decision to fortify the border is due to increasingly belligerent actions by syndicalist states such as the Weichltal Revolutionary Commune's recent nuclear test.”

By claiming that their provocation against the harmonious Communal Federation is rooted in the actions of our comrades in Weichltal, the Xiaodongese social-fascists barely conceal their ambitions for threatening the Communal Federation for the sake of their own bourgeois interests. By rooting the justification in actions taken thousands of miles away, they reveal their dark reactionary ambitions of destroying our revolution for no reason, other than feeding the Xiaodongese preference for war and genocide.

People’s Minister of Revolutionary Defence, Shavad Talavalakar speaking to reporters said, “our decision to deploy further forces to the frontier with Xaiodong is a necessary one. While it is regrettable that we must do so, we must never be complacent towards the security of our Communal Federation or indeed our revolution.

“Soldiers of the Communal Army of Workers and Peasants stand ready to defeat any pathetic attempt by the racialist and social-fascist hordes of Yuan Xiannian. Those around him should be well aware, that the Communal Army of Workers and Peasants will fight zealously in the name of our independence, freedom and our revolution. We will turn the mountains and valleys of the frontier into a graveyard of aggressors if necessary” he said further.

The People’s Ministry of Domestic Security has also revealed that it arrested 18 pro-Xiaodong counter-revolutionaries overnight. All 18 are reported to be members of the Gasheng Gang, a so called “Xiaogonese Reunification Movement.” The PMDS has warned that heightened tensions created by the social-fascist regime of Yuan Xiannian may be “used to distract our focus, but the People’s Ministry of Domestic Security is aware of this ploy and continues to work tirelessly to root out and destroy all counter-revolutionary gangs in the frontier region” a spokesman said.

Deputy First Secretary Sreedar Singh, who is currently visiting farmers in the Commune of Kangra took several moments to address the new fascist created situation, saying “since our revolution of 1983 we have remained steadfast and resolute in the defence of our principles and our syndicalist future, but equally so we are eager and ever ready to offer our lives in defence of our Communal Federation. Our soil is as sacred as our revolutionary duty, because without our homeland, without our blessed soil we cannot march forth to liberate all those of the east from the tyrannical oppression, of those just like Yuan Xiannian.

“If he and his lackeys believe us to be weak, he must think again. If he and his fellow criminals and oppressors of the worker believe they can defeat us through war, they must think again. I call upon all Xiaodongese workers and peasants, those who cherish peace, serenity and harmony in all things to stand up and say no. Let our might through your labours hold the fascists back, let you be the heroes of the hour” he said, calling on Xiaodongese workers to strike.

Heavy artillery and 600 troops from the 3rd Frontier Brigade were deployed early this morning from garrisons in Patiala Commune, they will join the 1,300 troops already stationed on the border from the Gasheng Military Zone.

Head of the Gasheng Autonomous Territory, Kinzang Wangchuck warned that “any effort by the Xiaodongese menace to endanger the security of this Autonomous Territory or that of Chigup will be met with ferocious fury. They can claim this land as much as they wish, but even the plants and trees are revolted by their presence.”

The People’s Ministry of Home Affairs has issued a warning to citizens of the Communal Federation who regularly cross the frontier for trade or agriculture, that “all crossings must be shuttered at moment’s notice”, as such it has recommended that people cease crossing for the foreseeable future.

First Secretary Mahrendra Deva has called for an emergency session of the Central Committee for Governance to discuss the imperialists’ moves. A spokesman for the Comrade First Secretary said, “it is the belief of the Comrade First Secretary that the threat of war with the social-fascism and rabid genocidalism that constitutes the government of Xiaodong is low, that no threat of conflict exists to any of the Communal Federation’s two-hundred and thirty million citizens.”

Ostramar to hold the South Nordanian Alliance Extraordinary Summit

Image
Ostramar is one of the most develloped city in Karazawa.

The Cabinet just announced that the city of Ostramar, on the East Coast of the country, as been selected to hold the next reunion of the SNA leaders, to discuss the mutual protection of their countries, the simplification of the SNA system, all in the light of the recent events of the past few months : mainly the botched Operation Fall Lila and the Nuclear Test held by the Weichltal Regime. The Yrateq Obraq Sokkan, who called for this Extraordinary Summit, also wish to see "changes in the schedule of our operations". The exact nature of thoses changes were not communicated to the journalists.

Meanwhile, the city of Ostramar is already preparing itself for the reunion of all thoses leaders and their teams. Special funds have been given for the maintenance of the streets, buildings and certain public buildings have already been closed and put under the watch of the police force. "Everything must be ready for the D-day" told us the Mayor of the city. "Nothing can be left to chance !"

Already, some call have been made by certain fringe groups for the organisation of manifestations during the Extraordinary Meeting to protest the "fascist nature of the South Nordanian Alliance", in the word of XxxNegroAngelRevolucion666xxX, a moderator of a fringe left syndicalist forum. In response and not waiting for any risk, arrestations of notorious unruly elements.

"It's mostly kids with nothing better to do." Admitted the chief of Ostramar Police Force. "A few days of provisional detention without access to their pseudo-revolutionary websites can only do them good. Honestly we don't think they would have done anything too bad, we just don't want any smashed window here."

The Meeting should take place in the following week, the exact date has yet to be transmitted to the journalist, as a measure of security, even if it is already known to the government of concerned nations.

"TROOP MOVEMENTS ARE PROOF XIAODONGESE IMPERIALIST INTENT"
After the shocking transfer of Xiaodongese military units to the Tinzan border, the State Preceptor has been proven correct
Ladumra, Tinza | August 20, 2017

Image
Members of the Tinzan Military Bugle Core redeploy to the Xiaodongese border to inspire morale.

LADUMRA - "Xiaodongese imperialism has forced our hand". Those were the words from the State Preceptor's office today, as it was revealed that Xiaodong had redeployed troops to the Tinzan border.

The deployment of 250 Xiaodongese troops to the Tinza-Xiaodong border did not surprise our State Preceptor, the office reported, however it was announced that the "troop movements are proof of Xiaodongese imperialist intent". The office went on further. "Xiaodong has, for a long time now, held a derogatory, aggressive and imperialistic attitude towards it's northern neighbour. It's dictatorial Chairman has, on multiple occasions, threatened military action against the Eternal Realm if the baseless Xiaodongese claims on Lhogrong were not made official. It comes as no surprise to us that these troop movements have occurred; but they do sadden our hearts".

"In response to such wanton aggression, however, we currently have no other available option but to redeploy portions of our own vast military forces in order to meet the challenge posed by our aggressive southern neighbour" the office went on to claim. "We would hope that the enlightened diplomats in Sakan would act to stop these imperialist transgressions by our southern neighbour. Yet as of this current point in time, Emperor Akiyasu has not rushed to end the brewing conflict between two states both in it's military alliance. We would hope that this new action by the Auspicious Republic pushes the Tuthnians into action, for the sake of peace and prosperity in the Commonwealth of Sovereign States."

According to official reports from the Bureau for Affairs Pertaining to the Defence of the Everqueen and Her Realm, to match the threat posed by the new Xiaodongese military force in the region, Her Eternal Majesty's Own Ladumra Rifles - the regiment previously concerned with keeping the peace in the capital - has been redeployed to the Lhogrong district, while the Ladumra Constabulary will be taking over their role as the capital's peacekeepers.

Additionally, the Bureau has reported that the Duljunese banners "have been put on high alert", and are "preparing to deal with any Xiaodongese incursion into rightfully Tinzan territory".

As of the current time, the State Preceptor himself has not issued a statement; the Office of the State Preceptor has declared that he is currently preoccupied with the internal governance of the Eternal Realm.

As Legislature decries UNIR escalation, Kabari faces tough choice
Image
The Legislature (above) called out the UNIR's deployment of the UNS Devrimci Eylem four
days ago to the site of the sinking of the Amkuzzuhalamma, with many deputies, Consul
Shadar Kabari among them, calling from UNIR to remove themselves from the incident

As the leadership of Saheil and the UNIR continue to accuse each other of opportunism and imperialism, and as the situation regarding the sinking of the Amkuzzuhalamma worsens, the Legislature, back from a week-long recess, was forced to discuss the UNIR’s dispatching of the UNS Devrimci Eylem to the coast of Saheil four days ago, ostensibly to protect Pisdari interests and deter Saheil and Ainin, at least in the mind of UNIR State President Evren Volkan. Since then, Volkan and Saheilian Prime Minister Annan Sulieman have both denounced each other, with Sulieman being portrayed as an Aininian puppet in UNIR media and Volkan becoming detested in the northern Nautasian states. Ainin, acting as the defence of Pisdara, has also become heavily involved in the crisis, threatening CENBA intervention if the UNS Devrimci Eylem does not leave the Sea of Nautarya.

Amidst this, the Legislature broke out in accusations of puppetry and corruption, as Socialist and Unionist deputies called for a denouncement of Volkan’s policies and involvement in the crisis, as well as a full-scale rejection on the UNIR’s insistence that they act in the defence of Pisdara. “Regardless if you agree with the free association or not, it is clearly written, in our constitution, may I remind you, that the Aininian Republic is responsible for the defence of Pisdara and Pisdaris”, stated Deputy Shalim Tehhushu. The Socialists and Unionists were joined in their condemnation the majority of deputies, with Innana Ku-Asharru summarizing what most felt, stating that “the UNIR has no reason to send a destroyer here, and they are not involved. We have agreed to work with the government of Saheil on the investigation. It’s finished, it’s done.”

Among those discussing ulterior motives and imperialist ambitions on the part of the UNIR also, surprisingly include about half of the pan-Nautasian Patriotic grouping. Consul Shadar Kabari, its de facto leader, shocked expectations by calling out the UNIR for “a mistake in foreign policy”, although he was far less critical than his colleagues elsewhere in the Legislature. Kabari’s criticism of the UNIR’s response to the crisis caused shock-waves throughout the electoral alliance, with political ally and often right-hand man Eketanna Jabar still defending the UNIR and its recent actions. This split in opinion has seemingly rocked Kabari’s Islamic People’s Movement (RUI), which normally treads a friendly line with the Islamic collectivist UNIR. However, in the gaggle of Islamic collectivist parties and organizations, the RUI has always had a reputation for being more moderate than its sister parties, and it seems the party orthodox and moderates now have to settle the dispute on whether the RUI can criticize and critique its supposedly ideological ally. Kabari's decision to call out the UNIR's involvement may stem from a need to position himself as a equal partner to Evren Volkan in the Islamic collectivist community, especially among its more moderate members.

With the support of Kabari and the more moderate members of the RUI, the Legislature officially denounced the deployment of the UNS Devrimci Eylem, and requested that it be moved out of the Sea of Nautarya as soon as possible (although nothing else regarding the UNIR or State President Volkan was mentioned). As well, the Legislature stated that all fishing vessels leaving the islands will now have to be escorted by patrol boats, and have re-affirmed that Pisdara is a part of CENBA through Ainin, who operates the Sakar Naval Station on the island, with the frigate Bonsecours currently docked there. As the crisis continues, Pisdaris wait to see how the UNIR, and other nations as well, will respond.

Five arrested in incidents outside Aininian embassy and Namorese consulate
Three arrested for firebombing the Aininian embassy, two arrested for attempted firebombing of the Namorese consulate.
Mehmet Erbakan
20 August, 2017, 14.00pm | Estanban, Union of Nautasian Islamic Republics

Image
Police have responded to both incidents with beefed up security of CENBA embassies.

Three men have been arrested for vandalism after they threw molotov cocktails and stones at the Aininian Embassy in Estanban. Two others were detained for preparing to do the same to the Namorese consulate in Qufeira. Interior Minister General Kemal Devatoğlu has said that, “no citizen has the right to express their anger in such a way”. Security has been stepped up outside all embassies belonging to CENBA memberstates in Estanban, while consulates will also see increased police presences. No one was hurt in the incident, though the Visa office of the Aininian embassy suffered some damage.

At 13.43pm local time, three men aged between 19 and 23 approached the Aininian Embassy on Talaat Asani Square, where they threw a Molotov cocktail each through the open doors of the Visa Office. Police subsequently rushed at them and arrested them, the office was evacuated and staff swiftly extinguished the fires.

At 14.21pm, two women aged 30 and 38 were arrested outside the Namorese consulate in Qufeira after they were spotted preparing firebombs by patrolling police.

A spokesman for the Estanban General Security Command said, “we can confirm that three men were arrested earlier today after an attack on the Visa office of the Aininian Embassy on Talaat Asani Square. No injuries were reported and the office suffered only superficial damage. We have charged all three with vandalism and their trials are set for next week, they will face up to six months imprisonment due to the highly political nature of their crime.”

The ESGSC has since announced that it will be putting up checkpoints on key roads leading to Talaat Asani Square, which is also home to the Namorese and Nautaryan embassies, both members of CENBA.
However, the arrests have been met with rare instances of condemnation, with several members of the State Council urging State President to issue a pardon to the three men. Lt. General Ahmet Gülpınar, the State Minister of Health and Social Services has led the effort to produce the State President a letter, signed by ten other members of the State Council calling for a pardon.

The letter reportedly reads, “though we respect that the three men in question violated the laws of the Union, it is reasonable to recognised the justification as a means of redemption. They chose to commit this act, not through personal wish or hatred, but in anger of CENBA’s blatant efforts to undermine Nautasian unity and its ability to secure solutions to its own problems. These three men recognise that Ainin is using CENBA as a means of covering up its blatant abandonment of Pisdara for Saheil. We kindly urge you to show clemency, by offering a pardon to these men, we will show the nation that patriotism and revolutionary spirit will not be punished.”

The Office of the State President since the letter has handed in, has revealed that he is reviewing the Estanban case.

Tensions between the UNIR and CENBA emerged after Ainin’s government opted to call upon its allies in response to the peaceful and symbolic patrol of a UNIR naval vessel in support of Pisdara. The Aininian decision prompted a swiftly condemnation by the UNIR government as “irresponsible internationalisation of a Nautasian situation”, while others in the State Council have claimed that Ainin intends to use the CENBA call as a means of disrupting UNIR-Namorese relations.

State Councillor General Mehmet Iğsız speaking on Nautasia Today said, “I would say to Namo that they need to view the CENBA call by Ainin not as a clear cut call for support, but as a means by Huimont to affect Namorese relations with the UNIR.” His comments follow that of State Councillor Erdin Saçan, who holds the Nautasian Unification portfolio. Speaking on Good Morning Nautasia, he said, “now more than ever, Namor needs to recognise that its CENBA responsibilities are being used by Ainin to disrupt good ties with the UNIR, not only does it seek to rupture relations, it seeks to undermine south-south cooperation, Namor needs to stand up to this.”

Some members of the Supreme Assembly, the State Council and the General Staff Headquarters have all expressed concern over possible CENBA intervention in Mazaristan. Ainin and Luziyca have already intervened in support of the sectarian and illegitimate government, but with Ainin seeking to undermine the UNIR’s victory and success, the concern is palpable.

General Eskandar Salam, a senior Irvadi officer in the Islamic Revolutionary Army urged the Supreme Assembly to propose that any CENBA intervention in Mazaristan be a red-line for the UNIR, which if crossed would result in direct military action to secure the “key border regions.”

More as the story develops.

BREAKING: Xiaodongese social-fascists assault Communal Federation border post
The Communal Army of Workers and Peasants vows to defend the revolution and the homeland from Xiaodongese genocidalism
Rajesh Singh
20 August, 2017, 14.00pm | Jamnagar, Narmadi Communal Federation

Image
Deputy First Secretary Sreedar Singh visiting soldiers in Gasheng earlier today.

The Xiaodongese social-fascist regime has finally launched its much-anticipated criminal assault upon the Communal Federation, with an unprovoked attack on the 8th Gate of the frontier. With 11 martyred revolutionary soldiers, the social-fascist regime has seized an unknown amount of Narmadi territory, prompting a demand by the Central Committee for immediate withdrawal.

At 06.00am this morning, Xiaodongese soldiers attacked the 8th Gate without provocation, warning or any sense of honour or mercy. Despite the best efforts of the revolutionary defenders stationed at the gate, they were unable to withstand the social-fascist onslaught, with 11 killed and 16 injured. However, the Communal Army of Workers and Peasants did state that over 100 Xiaodongese brigands were killed in defence of sacred Narmadi soil.

First Secretary Mahrendra Deva after calling an emergency session of the Central Committee for Governance gave a stern warning to Xiaodong through a televised address to the Communal Federation.

“If Xiaodong values its existence as a civilisation, then it must vacate the Communal Federation immediately. Should it refuse to do so, should its criminal cabal of a government refuse to do so, the Communal Federation will take upon itself to eject all social-fascist occupiers with absolute focus and no mercy.

“The Communal Federation seeks harmony and brotherhood with all peoples as our faiths demand, but we will never back down in face of unbridled barbarism and reactionaryism. Through our revolutionary solidarity and our commitment to the preservation of our sacred homeland, we will march forth now ready to remove every dog that infests our land.

“If the criminal Yuan Xiannian believes he can bully the Communal Federation, in the same manner his people have ruthlessly and disgustingly done to many Borean peoples, he is wrong. Xiaodong’s habit of genocide and ethnic cleansing will never touch the Narmadi peoples, we will fight until the last drop of syndicalist and communal blood until that happens” he said.

Deputy First Secretary Sreedar Singh who visited Gasheng this morning, was spotted speaking to soldiers and officers of the CAWP, he said to large congregation of soldiers, “you have behind you the entire Communal Federation, the entire World is with you, go now and liberate mother Narmada, liberate her from the cold grip of the Xiaodongese aggressor.”

With 1,800 soldiers deployed along the frontier against the measly 500 Xiaodongese, the odds stand in the Communal Federation’s favour.

General Rajan Gurnani, the commanding officer of the Frontier Military Zone, speaking to reporters, vowed to “lead our revolutionary soldiers in the great struggle against Xiaodongese social-fascism, genocidalism and imperialism. We will once again carry the banner of syndicalism, Narmadi harmony, serenity and joy against the black heart of Xiaodongese evil and once again we shall triumph over it.

“The attack on the 8th Gate will not be remembered as a day of rage, but as the beginning of the end of the foul bourgeois and anti-peasant regime in Xiaodong. May all things holy bless us to victory, may they guide us to raising our revolutionary banner over the corpse of Xiaodongese racialism” he said.

The People’s Ministry of Domestic Security has announced that it will be stepping up counter-espionage and counter-terrorism efforts in Gasheng and Chigup, to root out all Xiaodongese infiltrators. The Central Committee has since blacklisted eighteen pro-Xiaodong groups across the Communal Federation.

The People’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has also announced that it is withdrawing its diplomatic mission from Xiaodong and has demanded that Xiaodong vacate its embassy in protest over the incursion into the Communal Federation.

Foreign Minister Yogendra Singh Batra has called upon the Internationale to denounce Xiaodong for its criminal act against the Communal Federation.

Speaking at the foreign ministry, he said, “we ask our revolutionary comrades around the world to equally denounce the vicious assault upon our revolutionary nation by our common social-fascist enemy, know that through Xiaodong, the international capitalist machine strikes our homeland. Stand with us and we shall secure victory for the world revolution.”

All military forces in northern Narmada have been placed on high alert, with all active personnel being recalled to their barracks and reservists being placed on alert for possible mobilisation.

More as the situation develops.

Breaking: Imperialist Karazawi soldiers launch attack on border checkpoint
Fascists once again beaten back by the gallantry of the Commune

Soldiers from the National People’s Army were quick to respond to the latest act of Karazawi aggression

Biwangê, Orlais Canton —In yet another transgression against the territorial integrity of the Commune, KOMGREPO soldiers at Border Checkpoint 41 near the town of Biwangê in the Orlais Canton came under fire from Karazawi terrorists. This marks the fourth time in the last six weeks that the Imperialists have violated the territorial integrity of the Commune.

Starting at 13.48, KOMGREPO soldiers and citizens alike came under ferocious mortar and small arms fire from a passing by Karazawi army patrol. As part of the patriotic duty as citizens of the Commune, the KOMGREPO valiantly returned fire against the fascist aggressors. Despite being better trained, better disciplined, and better equipped than the Imperialists, the detachment of KOMGREPO soldiers stationed at the checkpoint were forced to retreat due to the fascists outnumbering them.

It was not until the fascist aggressors advanced 100 metres in the Commune that they were stopped by reinforcements from the 2. Fallschirmjägerbrigade “Mostewein Gentzsch” that had arrived on scene. The Imperialist invasion force, which by then numbered around 50 assailants, were forced to retreat thanks to the braveness and valiantry of the KOMGREPO and National People’s Army soldiers.

The five bodies of the fascist transgressors that were killed during the Imperialists’ foolish assault are currently being held in Biwangê Communal Hospital. The entire incident saw eight Commundard citizens murdered, including five civilians, and thirteen injured, of which ten were civilians. Current estimates place the damage of Border Checkpoint 41 at ₳2,89 million.

A spokesperson of the military said that the five Imperialist bodies would not be returned to Karazawa, and instead they would be held for a posthumous trial, the charges being levied against the Imperialists being first degree murder, voluntary manslaughter, advocacy to overthrow the Communard Government, advocacy to overthrow the Canton Government, destruction of government property, and illegally cross the Communard border. Due to the unusual nature of the trial, the usual life imprisonment will not sought, and instead the families of the five social fascist trespassers and the Fascist government in Zapatu will be fined “an amount determined to be appropriate for the heinous actions that the Imperialists have done to upset the tranquility of the Weichltal Revolutionary Commune.”

To further protect the territorial integrity of the Commune, the National People’s Army conducted counter-bombing operations of Fascist military installations along the entirety of the border. A spokeswoman for the Strategic Nuclear Force Command council, the controlling organ of the People’s Revolutionary Liberation Forces, stated that the counter-bombing operations were “hugely successful.” Preemptive bombings were also taken against other fascist nations in the Southern Nordanian Alliance, including Fascist-occupied Oelia.

Heroic border guards defend motherland from Narmadi barbarism
Yuan Xiannian praises the "loyalty and sacrifice" of 22 martyrs
August 21, 2017
By Chen Xilai

Image
XINZUGUO - Following an open act of aggression by the barbaric Narmadi Communal Federation our brave border guards have responded with appropriate and measured force, dispatching over 80 dark skins and restoring sections of northern Xinzuguo to Xiaodong after years of Narmadi occupation.

At 5:30 AM yesterday Narmadi troops fired upon Xiaodongese soldiers at the 8th gate border crossing killing 22 before the Xiaodongese Defence Force advanced heroically quickly restoring Xiaodongese control over the region and liberating part of Xinzuguo, a region of the Xiaodongese nation that has been occupied by Narmadi barbarians since the states creation in 1936.

State Chairman Yuan Xiannian has stated that the "loyalty and sacrifice" of the 22 martyrs who gave their lives to this country "will forever be remembered" and praised the Xiaodongese Defence Force for their "swift and decisive action" in combating Narmadi soldiers, whose incompetence led them to a crushing defeat despite them starting the war and initially having the upper hand.

Yuan has also addressed Narmadi human rights abuses towards ethnic Xiaodongese in Narmadi-occupied Xiaodong with the execution of ethnic Xiaodongese by stating "the time is ripe for Xiaodong to liberate its brothers and sisters in Xinzuguo that have suffered for generations under Narmadi rule".

Yuan confirmed that 2,200 troops across the country had been mobilised and are set to be deployed to combat over 1,800 Narmadi troops with all active troops and reservists being called up in case they are needed. Yuan also stated that all Narmadi citizens in Xiaodong are to immediately report to authorities for interrogation or face "grave consequences for disobedience to the Xiaodongese nation".

Xinzuguo was part of Xiaodong under the Heavenly Empire when Narmada was also a allied state to Xiaodong. In 1936 Narmada declared "independence" (despite never being colonised by Xiaodong, having instead been under bilateral friendship) and annexed Xinzuguo which they have occupied ever since, unleashing a wave of ethnic cleansings following the assumption to power of a syndicalist dictatorship in 1983 that has murderd scores of people similar to their counterparts in Austrosia, Alemannia and Kaona.

Breaking: Myarrese government condemns breaches of Kadawist rights in Kaona
Abuses of religious freedom continue despite previous warnings

Kaonan soldiers arresting an innocent Kadawist on trumped up political charges

Shwaemyahoet, Shwaemyahoet Province —Tragedy has again struck the mistreated Kadawist community in Kaona after seven Kadaws and thirty followers were arrested last night in a clear breach of their civil rights. These innocents have been charged with the ever-present and all-useful accusations of sedition and other politically motivated charges. But what was their true crime? We spoke with several Kaonese defectors who have been granted political amnesty in Myataung Myarr. Their statements were almost identical. "The regime in Kaona fears us. It fears free speech. It fears religion. It fears any idea that is not concocted by their illegitimate government. These people have committed no crime, they have merely practiced a faith that is traditional to their nation, and are being punished for it. This is a travesty that the whole world should oppose," said Pruek Thaksin, a former party member in Kaona who fled following oppressive measures taken by the central government. His story of escape shows the lengths that people will take to escape the Kaonese tyranny. "My family and I were under constant surveillance. We escaped by faking a car crash by the river then hiding for several hours among the reeds, our bodies submerged in the mud with reeds as snorkels. As night fell, we swam downriver and managed to make it to Myataung Myarr where we were given shelter by villagers. My youngest daughter died in the escape. But I know that she would rather die free than live under the oppressive chains in Kaona."

This incident risks re-igniting tensions between Myataung Myarr and Kaona, whose relationship has been historically very cold. Sin Khojeng of the Kadawist National Front, a right wing Kadawist party, made statements that would imply that her party support a possible military option against the illegitimate regime in Kaona, but the ruling National Progress and Development Party have denied that a military option is anywhere close to being on the table. President Nway Hayma Hsu has promised that "the government will do all that it can to help free these poor and innocent Kadawists," but that "the situation must be resolved in a mature and diplomatic manner". There are rumors that increased sanctions are planned for the rogue Kaonese regime, but nothing concrete at the moment. Polls published by NewsLine suggest that 80% of Myarrese are in favour of increased action against Kaona and protests against this current travesty should give a clear message to the government, who have favoured appeasment over harsher methods. Whatever happens, this marks a new low in the relationship between Myataung Myarr and Kaona. The last time relations were this tight was when the Myarrese National Guard and the Kaonan Peasants and Workers' Army skirmished at several border points 20 years ago.

Alemannic Nuclear Weapons Test "Threat to Peace in Nordania"

Juna Eschler
21 August 2017

Image
Chancellor Corinna Böhme speaks during a session of the Federal Assembly.

Wittburg: The Federal Assembly voted in favour to condemn Alemannia's detonation of a 39 kiloton nuclear device, with Chancellor Corinna Böhme calling the weapons test a "threat to peace in Nordania". She said that the test was a concerning display of the kind of weapon that should never be used in conflict and said that Alemannia posed "one of the greatest threats to security on the continent".

The condemnation of the Federal Assembly, which received cross party support, voted to officially condemn the nuclear weapons test through diplomatic channels, although Böhme said that her government was considering other options.
"At the moment we're not saying anything in favour of expressing our condemnation of this nuclear test through means other that official diplomatic channels," she said. "However if the need arises, we will be looking at means to expand the condemnation and show the seriousness of our condemnation." Böhme acknowledged that Swastria would have little impact on Alemannia's decision to continue future nuclear tests but said that she hoped it would encourage other nations to follow suit.
"Ultimately it is about showing that there is a universal dislike of nuclear weapons and a universal disapproval of nuclear weapons testing."

Chancellor Böhme said that the test would result in the government "rethinking it's strategic defence policies", although she was not specific on whether or not she would resume funding of the controversial "Steel Wall" anti-ballistic missile defence system.
"This test clearly means we have to reevaluate how we look at our defence from a strategic level," she said. "However at this stage we would consider practical options that are in line with long standing defence policy."

Doctor Bernhart Götschmann, Professor of International Relations at the University of Wittburg, said that the test was part of the recent government's international display of military power and that Alemannia was looking to become the preeminent military and political power within Nordania.
"It's quite clear that Alemannia possesses the most credible threat to regional stability and security," he said. "A nuclear weapon of this size is a serious expansion of nuclear capabilities, especially for Alemannia." Götschmann said that Swastria was limited in it's response to the nuclear weapons test, saying that it's small size and relatively weak economic and political power made it largely irrelevant in Nordanian politics. He said that the government's willingness to take a stand on the issue was unusual in the context of previous Nordanian nuclear tests but understandable given Alemannia's material and political support for the Red Hand, a syndicalist terrorist group that operated in Swastria between the 1930's and the early 1990's. Götschmann ruled out a military response to Alemannia but said that there were military concerns to take into account.
"Obviously there's a threat posed to us at a strategic level," he said. "However I believe that the government would want to review it's nuclear defence policies and how we respond to a nuclear strike, including whether or not to resume yearly defensive drills or resume public bunker construction." He said that the "Steel Wall" system was also on the cards but said that it would be unlikely to have funding resumed in an election year.

Swastria itself had an active nuclear reasearch program that operated between 1948 and 1987, when it was abandoned due to impracticality and mounting research costs. Götschmann said that resuming the nuclear program was possible given that all the materials needed for a program could be produced domestically, in addition to government archives containing research material from the program itself. However, he said it would be unlikely to resume given that it was abandoned for financial costs and impracticality. He said that Swastria lacked a suitable place for nuclear weapons tests and lacked the missile technology necessary to deliver a nuclear warhead without resorting to conventional bomber aicraft.

Social Democratic Party (SDP) leader Matthias Brügger said that he supported diplomatic measures taken by the government as long as they were "constructive".
"I am happy to support the government on measures that are constructive and do not backfire negative on us," he said. "What we have seen is a demonstration of the kind of threat Alemannia poses to Nordania and that is a threat that needs to be taken seriously." Brügger said that the nuclear weapons test did not change the SDP's defensive policies, saying that diplomatic measures were always the most productive political option.
"It doesn't serve us well to be making belligerent threats," he said. "I would rather approach this issue diplomatically."

The Communist Party boycotted the vote, with party spokeswoman Norma Heinz calling it "hypocrisy of the highest level".
"How are we to criticise Alemannia when we were doing exactly the same thing throughout the last century?" she said. "This is nothing but Alemannia taking defensive measures to deter capitalist imperialism and any rational thinking government would recognise this." Heinz refused to comment on any further protest actions by the Communist Party.

Chancellor Böhme will attend a cabinet meeting tomorrow to discuss the course of action for the government and to discuss diplomatic responses with Foreign Minister Bruno Salzmann.

News | People's Protection Battalion dispatches to Devimaha

Units of the Confederal-Syndicalist People's Protection Battalion (PPB) was dispatched to the northern Min border for the defense of the province's free communities, in light of the recent skirmish between the forces of the Narmadi Communal Federation and the National-Principlist Regime in Xiaodong near the Min-Xiaodongese-Narmadi tripoint. The recent actions of the National-Principlist regime has endangered both the sovereignty and freedoms not only of the NCF but also of the Free Communities of Min.

The NCF's Chief Secretary Mahendra Deva has issued a stern earning against the parafascist National-Principlist regime in Xiaodong and has vowed for their nation's defense. In a similar note, the armed units of the People's Liberation movement have issued a similar joint warning should the regime's forces try to seep into the Free Communities.

"The National-Principlist assault in Narmada is a clear message that the regime in Rongzhuo, like their fascistic and imperialist predecessors are steadfast into their quest to dominate the liberated lands of Borea for their own gain. We will not let them take these lands again. As the Narmadi people defend theirs, we shall do so with the strength of the people and the fire of our guns. Solidarity to our western friends, and may the Golden Sun fly in victory!"

Northern Border forces increase as NCF-Xiaodong conflict escalates
_______________________

KAVAYA — The MNPF's presence increases in the northern borders as the recent conflict between the Namardi Federation and the Xiaodongese National Principlist regime begins to rise. The contingents were deployed immediately as news broke of the skirmish, the official information board of the MNPF Northern Command. Official numbers of the troops currently in the northern provinces are undisclosed, though unofficial estimates count them by 20,000.

"This episode of Xiaodongese revanchism brings darker implications in the future." Says Kutagang Kasirit, commander of the MNPF northern command. "This comes as a resounding threat against Min's sovereignty. Defending it has become paramount." Kasirit has also spoke of further updates within the defenses of the northern border. Similarly, elements of the leftist paramilitaries have deployed near the Min-Xiaodong-Narmada Tripoint, some sources deeming it as support for the NCF's forces.

Her Glorious Majesty has denounced the Xiaodongese intrusion on live television, and has called for unity, vigilance and urgency.

"It is time we become united as the dark skies loom", Her Glorious Majesty spoke, "we should not divide ourselves and be steadfast in our contest to our freedom and sovereignty. Our ancestors have marched to take back these lands. It is our common duty to defend it. Act, take arms and defend your homes, your villages and kin. The banners of Min and her friends shall fly free and will continue to do so. May the our Faith and the Mercy of the Heavens bless you."

The Northern Border is the second-most fortified of its kind in Eastern Borea (next to the Tinza-Xiaodong border), marked with a wall that spans from the provinces of Devimaha to Pamacikan. Both sides of the border have been closely guarded and armed since the late 1960's, and has been described as a "cattle prod of peace" by some observers. █

The Assembly is more divided than ever about the Cabinet's policies and decisions about the "Syndicalist Matter".

Article of the Day : Yrateq Obraq Sokkan react to Alemannian Aggression. Debriefing of the Press Conference.

Once again, the Yrateq had to face the journalists to explain the latest evolutions of the situation with Alemannia.

"The first report that came from the ground at the border checkpoint numbered 48 was at 13h45, when one of our Border Patrol came under fire by Alemannian military elements. The sergeant in charge of the patrol called for reinforcement and did the necessary so the hostiles were forced to retreat. Using mortar and all of the weaponry at their disposition. They succeeded in their goal and soon, the Alemannian abandonned the checkpoint."

"Then the reinforcement asked arrived. The Captain, seeing an opportunity and not waiting for orders, took matters in his own hand and crossed the border with his men. However, as it is often done by Alemannia, millitary bases and civilian settlements are often mixed to create propaganda material for when just retribution is given for their actions. However, they encountered heavy resistance and our units had to retreat at our positions at the border, after making sure the Alemannian checkpoint was unsuitable to hold hostile unites for the close future. But in the chaos, they had to abandon the corpses of our 5 casualties.

Not only is Weichltal refusing to give back our deads, contrary to what we did for their deads everytime they sent their youngs to die in our fields, they will now put them through "posthumous trials". Which mean they will scream at their bodies unti they are satisfied with themselves and refuse them proper burials.

Currently, many locations in Karazawa have been shelled by Alemannian artillery. Oelian has been victim of such campaign of destruction as well. For now we can only strongly reclaim the bodies of our deads. Once the Extraordinary Summit is over, other options can open."

Wait and see seems to be the policy of the Cabinet for now, a stance heavily criticized by their opponents from both wings of the Assembly. The "Warhawks" consider such position to be "dishonorable". For example, Deputy Wuchmil Hyudramata openly declared that he "won't support anything but total war against the ennemies of the Caconzicua." Meanwhile, the Left, in turmoil since the death of the Sinister League's leader, called for the "escalation in the violent rethoric of the Yrateq and his partisans" to stop, while asking for the relations of the Caconzicua with the SNA and the Internationale to be openly debated and questioned, so a "more propice to peace international program can be devised".

More as the story continue.

BREAKING: Department of Justice announces the wrap up of investigation
Procurator General Hisham Zakaria announced that the Department of Justice was finishing its investigation into the killing of five Pisdari fishermen in Saheilian-claimed waters
Image
Procurator General Zakaria announced that the
investigation into the deaths of the Pisdari fishermen
was coming to a close

AUX PORTS-DU-NORD -- Procurator General Hisham Zakaria, the leader of the Department of Justice, announced that his agency's investigation into the deaths of five fishermen on the Amkuzzuhalamma caused by a Saheilian naval vessel in Saheilian-claimed waters is coming to a close. In a statement released by the Procurator General Zakaria, he said that he would personally deliver the report to the Prime Minister and Parliament. The President has already been briefed as the Procurator General answers directly to him, but will not comment on the results.

The Procurator General was given the power to investigate the situation on August 12, when Parliament met in an extraordinary meeting and passed Extraordinary Joint Resolution (EJR) 21, which directed the Procurator General to personally open the investigation and report to Parliament when all of the facts were found so that it could make any further decisions. Procurator General Zakaria was selected to personally lead the investigation because of the high-profile nature of the case, as well as the fact that Parliament trusts him. Zakaria was previously the chief prosecutor responsible for investigating the Zaid-Bouchard Scandal and its success was the reason why President Ghabri appointed him to be Procurator General in May 2014.

As per protocol, President Ghabri has been given a copy of the findings. Tomorrow, the Procurator will submit one copy to the Prime Minister, one to the President of the Senate, and the other to the Chairman of the Chamber of Deputies. The four will meet to ensure that they were given the same copies, and then Chairman Muhammad Youssef will order that his copy be reprinted and distributed to members. Soon after, the results will be released to the public and Parliament will convene.

Details of the investigation are sealed by law so The Inquirer nor the Department of Justice can answer questions about the investigation. While many have hypothesized about the results, The Inquirer regards such things as being rumors and will not entertain hypothesizing itself. We will be one of the first to brief you, the public, on its results, and will be giving live updates on our website (http://www.inquirer.sh).

More details on this developing story are to come.

Three killed in Mazari shelling of northern Irvadistan
Three killed from stray Mazari shells, Islamic Revolutionary Army returned fire for ten minutes.

File photo: Islamic Revolutionary Army artillery bombarded Mazari positions
for ten minutes in retaliation for the earlier incident.

Three people have been killed because of stray Mazari artillery shells in northern Irvadistan. According to the Irvadi state government, all three were members of one family, they were killed tending to their goats. The incident prompted a return of fire by Islamic Revolutionary Army units, with artillery bombarding Mazari Army positions along the border for ten minutes. The Foreign Ministry has issued a stern warning saying, “any further fire that endangers UNIR citizens will be dealt with remorselessly and without warning.”

The Irvadi Department of Health identified the victims as Hassan Deraa, aged 60, Malik Deraa, aged 33 and Abdul Deraa aged 28. All three were attending their family’s goats in a field close to the border with Mazaristan, when shells began to land around them. The Irvadi state government has since announced that land 3km from the border is off-limits to civilians.

First Minister of Irvadistan, Abdul-Tariq Samad has denounced Mazaristan for its “murder of three innocent men”, saying “for weeks now Mazari shells have landed on Irvadistan, before they did so harmlessly, now the Mazari government has blood on its hands.”

In response to the three martyrs, the Islamic Revolutionary Army bombarded Mazari army positions along the border for roughly ten minutes. The General Intelligence Directorate reports that six Mazari soldiers were killed, though this cannot be verified. Today’s exchange fire will mark the first time since the UNIR’s founding that artillery fire had been used against Mazaristan.

During the Irvadi Civil War, the disgraced Amin Kamel regime would regularly ignore Mazari shells, though on six occasions between April and August 2015, the Irvadi People’s Army did return fire.

Foreign Minister Hüseyin Dündar issued a warning shortly after the IRA returned fire, saying to reporters that, “for weeks the UNIR has tolerated Mazari stray shells in respect to the dark forces they confront, but now our tolerance has vanished. We cannot and will not stand by and permit irresponsible actions that now stand responsible for the deaths of three innocent citizens of the Union.”

Speaking further he said, “any further fire that endangers UNIR citizens will be dealt with remorselessly and without warning. If that succeeds in deterring Mazari irresponsibility, then we can once again move towards cooperation in fighting and liquidating terrorism.”

However, support for UNIR-Mazari cooperation has waned in recent weeks within the Party and the military with continued and repeated reports of Mazari regime sectarianism and massacres of defenceless minorities, primarily Ankormens and the Druze.

Last week footage emerged of Mazari soldiers, and what appear to be Aininian special forces standing over the bodies of at least 30 Druze civilians near the town of Rechmaya. The incident which was widely reported by Nautasian outlets, including Nautasian Dawn drew widespread condemnation in both the UNIR and Mazaristan.

At least 100 members of the Supreme Assembly have stated that they will vote against any cooperation agreement with the Yusuf Nasr regime of Mazaristan, drawing comparisons between him and Amin Kamel.

Leading Druze AM from northern Irvadistan, Walid Aridi, told Nautasian Dawn that he “will never vote for any agreement that legitimises the Mazari butcher. He is the northern twin to [Amin] Kamel, he is a dog. Not only does he abuse faithful Sunnis and Shias alike, he sells his nation out to Ainin and Luziyca like traitors of the age of colonialism and now he mass murders Druze and Ankormen alike.”

Chairman of the Assembly Committee for the Islamic Revolutionary Army, Colonel Vahid Namdar has also expressed his concerns over cooperation with Mazaristan.

Speaking to the Committee, he said, “it is my opinion that further cooperation or dealings with Yusuf Nasr will undermine the UNIR’s commitment to ending the rule of puppet regimes. He is a puppet, of not one but two non-Nautasian states. Much like Amin Kamel before him, he sells his nation’s sovereignty away for self-preservation, he abuses his Muslim citizens and non-Muslim citizens equally for self-preservation. What we are witnessing is the repeat of Irvadistan’s suffering and we all know how that came to an end.”

Even State President Evren Volkan has offer doubts of further cooperation. During an interview with the Qufeira Observer this morning, before the incident at the border, said, “I do not believe it would be worthwhile. They are more incompetent than the Kamel regime. They are petty warlords, abusing all their people alike, indiscriminately. It is not worthy of the UNIR to become so deeply involved with such a government.”

Others in the government have offered options, with State Councillors Aslan Güner and Salih Çolak have both proposed that the UNIR offer full-support for the Nasr government in exchange for the complete withdrawal of Aininian and Luziycan forces.

The Islamic Revolutionary Army has since the incident reported that it has shelved the decision to reduce the number of soldiers deployed in the north from 25,000 to 10,000, citing the “security concerns from Mazaristan.”

The number of Ankoreni soldiers in Irvadistan has been dramatically reduced since the fall of Qaham a month ago, from 385,000 to 110,000, with many of the soldiers returning to base or to their homes. Those remaining are assisting Irvadi units in flushing out the remnants of the so-called Caliphate’s presence.

Protests in Kôr spread across the Country
Pro and Anti-Pan Nautasianists Clash in Kôr, Protest spread to the rest of the Country
Oganu NaZariha
August 22, 2017

Image

In Kôr, Khokarsa & Guadec, UPN Sympathizers protested the removal of a statue of Chehbaku, a infamous Khokarsan-Guadecese Dictator that ruled the country during the 80s, known for his Pan-Nautasianist Ideals, last Wednesday. Despite his brutal regime that saw the deaths of thousands that opposed the government, he helped the development of the nation. He was historically seen as the largest support of Pan-Nautasianism in Western Nautasia. The protest, while originally relatively peaceful, saw the attraction of Anti-UPN & Pan-Nautasian Groups, which resulted in escalation. While contact between the two groups were still peacefully, with the exception of several small skirmishes, things went destructive after both protesters started attacking each other on Friday, when Pan-Nautasianist Extremists started attacking the counter-protesters, which triggered the the Counter-protesters fighting back. Fighting continue to intensify to the point of catching national attention, resulting the the deployment of Riot Control and the Local Government declaring a State of Emergency.

With nearly 50 Injured & 5 Dead, along with massive amounts of Anti-Aininian/Nordanian Rhetoric foreseen in the protests, several Anti-UPN Protests occur across the nation as a result, a majority of most being peaceful. The white Khokarsan-Guadecese Minority have been harassed heavily in the cities of where the protests are taking place in. President Naomi has announced that "The nation must stay strong during these turbulent times. We must not fight amongst one another, no matter our different religions, cultures, customs, and especially Ideologies, we are one nation and one people." Several areas of the nation have declared a state of emergency as a result of these protests, and law enforcement are currently trying to calm down the protests. Many hope that the nation will managed to get itself together after the election

The UPN is the only party in the Khokarsan-Guadecese Election that are worthy of winning. Let us hope that K&G makes the TRUE right choice. Glory to Nautasia, Death to the Blonds.

BETHLEHEM, F.C. - Today, news broke of Mazari shells hitting positions in northern Irvadistan, killing three people, resulting in the United Nautasian Islamic Republic firing upon Mazari positions. In light of growing concerns about escalations between the United Nautasian Islamic Republic and the State of Mazaristan, Secretary Alina Stasov of the Department of Foreign Affairs held a press conference concerning the recent incidents.

She stated that "the allegations that the Mazari government have engaged in war crimes against the Druze is a concerning matter, and so have the recent allegations that they have fired shells into the Nautasian Union."

"The Luziycan government has been shocked by these allegations, and would like to remind our counterparts in Jalawla that attempts at aggression against its neighbors, especially in light of the vulnerable security situation inside Mazaristan, will only result in serious harm to the State of Mazaristan, and if it is proven beyond a reasonable doubt by neutral observers that Mazaristan has been conducting such aggression, we will not provide any support to the government."

She added that "Likewise, any unprovoked attack on Mazaristan. as proven by neutral observers, shall be met with proportionate and appropriate defense by our troops stationed in Mazaristan."

"Therefore, the Christian Republic strongly urges both countries to agree to a ceasefire along the Nautasian-Mazari border, and to cooperate on removing the last remnants of The Caliphate from both Mazaristan and UNIR."

When asked how it will affect trade with UNIR, Stasov stated that "it remains in our interests to maintain good diplomatic relations with both the United Islamic Nautasian Republic, and the State of Mazaristan. However, recent tensions between the two states are seriously testing our ability to continue cooperation with these two states, combined with our obligations to both UNIR and to our allies in Huimont and other countries."
