ČIRAGRAD - After a lengthy investigation and trial, members of a dangerous subversive political clique, as well as their associates and affiliates, have been delivered a just and appropriate verdict by the Supreme Court, the assembled military and religious authorities representing the righteousness of the Razarian people and Cositene banner who properly evaluated the evils that this force posed to sanctity of mind. It is hopeful that with this problem resolved our Fortification shall move forward with renewed vigor, advancing in all aspects and areas, with a spirit stronger than ever before as we cleanse ourselves in thought and deed.

January 22, 2019 (Namo) - The Namorese economy continued to slow during the remainder of 2018 while unemployment increased, according to data provided by the Ministry of Economic Development.

The slowdown coincided with a crisis between Namor and Luziyca that saw flights in both countries canceled, trade disrupted, and the Namorese government's policy of slashing oil production reversed in anticipation of a military conflict. The crisis ended with Luziyca making concessions to Namor in Nantai and Namor allowing a non-binding referendum on the disputed territory's status to proceed as scheduled.

Before the crisis, the economy was already slowing despite positive growth. The GDP growth rate slid from 1.5 percent in the fourth quarter of 2017 to 1.3 percent in the summer of 2018. The unemployment rate, which stood at seven percent in 2017, decreased to 5.7 percent during the spring of 2018 before spiking to 6.1 percent over the summer. At present, unemployment has risen to 6.5 percent.

Decreases in investment spending and trade were identified as the primary factors behind the slowdown in growth, with the Ministry of Economic Development noting a "downward spiral" in the amount spent on propping up domestic businesses and foreign direct investment.

Namor's total trade dropped by three percent during the last few months of 2018, a trend that was attributed to the disruption of international trade routes during the Borean crisis. Trade was also on the decline previously, albeit at a slower pace.

Antelope Shohai confirmed his decision to run for a third term
as secretary-general of the Liberationists at a party conference

January 23, 2019 (Namo) - Antelope Shohai officially announced his bid for reelection as leader of the Liberationist Party with a denunciation of imperialism, marking the beginning of his year-long campaign to stay in the Executive House after 2020.

At the Liberationist Party's annual plenum, Antelope, who has led the party since 2009, expressed his interest in running for a third term as secretary-general, which will last from 2019 to 2024.

If reelected, Antelope will become the longest-serving Liberationist leader since his grandfather, Antelope Gelai, who was chairman and secretary-general of the party from 1950 to 1964.

"For the past ten years, I have fought side-by-side with my fellow comrades to restore confidence in the party and our country. But my work is not yet done, and I am not going to step back until it is done," he told members of the Liberationist Central Committee.

"That is why I want to stay on. The Liberationists have a future to win," he added.

While addressing the party, Antelope called anti-imperialism a "core party value," in a break with past leaders who sidelined the issue of imperialism to focus on domestic issues.

"The Liberationists are a third world movement, and we do not conceal our solidarity with developing peoples across the world in their struggle for equality and dignity," he said.

"Our struggle to destroy imperialism is unchanging...as Liberationists, we must pay attention to the evolving nature of imperialism and the evolving means to counter it."

Antelope's tone at the Liberationist plenum was markedly different from that during the New Year's Address, where he did not mention imperialism and offered to mend ties with neighboring Luziyca, which clashed with Namo last year over the disputed territory of Nantai.

Nevertheless, Antelope's address to the plenum did not contain any references to other countries and was mostly geared towards a domestic audience. Setting his sights on 2020, he said Namorese are "counting on the party" to rebuild the country and restore confidence in the economy.

"If we fail to deliver our promises, our party fails, and the country fails," he said.

"As the elections approach, the opposition will rally around a platform. Our mission this year is to convince the masses through our actions that our way is the best and workable way."

Unchallenged?

Antelope did not indicate during the plenum whether he seeks a second presidential term, but his continued leadership of the party makes him a likely contender in the 2020 election.

In 2015, Antelope won the nomination of the Popular Front, a coalition of left-wing parties including the Liberationists, to run for President-General. As the incumbent, Antelope is poised to be renominated by the Popular Front next year, but it is uncertain whether the Democratic Socialists and Socialists will field their own candidates.

Furthermore, Antelope still needs to clear hurdles within his own party. If he runs for secretary-general unopposed, he is guaranteed to lead a united party to the Popular Front primaries. But significant opposition ahead of the Liberationist National Congress in September may undermine his efforts to hold on to the Executive House.

Already, leaders in the party are already expressing unease with Namor's jobless recovery, which has persisted in spite of the Antelope administration's efforts to stimulate growth. Others warned that the President-General's overtures to the Luziycan regime in the New Year's Address could be perceived by grassroots party members as a deviation from the party's anti-imperialist line.

A member of the Central Committee told the Mojing Sibo that the Liberationist plenum and National Congress are opportunities for Antelope to present himself as "the party's man."

"He's the President-General and he needs to work with people of all parties, but he is still the secretary-general [of the Liberationist Party]," he said. "What Liberationists want to know is whether their secretary-general can act as a transpartisan figure and address the party's concerns at the same time."

MILITARY ASKS FOR NEW BUDGET; GOVERNMENT MEETING THIS WEEK!

As of today, military officials approached the government with a request for a new budget set for the Army, the Navy and the rest of the branches of the armed forces. Due to this request, the government responded publicly that they would be doing what they can to address this request. At the same time, the military officials approached the monarch as well for their involvement in this matter and so the monarch accepted.

In addition to these news, it appears that the army wanted more funds in order to replace some of their aging equipment and to improve training of new recruits. The navy however wanted additional support due to concerns with the security of the nation from foreigners as well as better control of the waters. The rest of the officials appealed to the government for better education in terms of language as well as more training with concerns for the unity and cohesion of the men.

For now, this is left to the government to discuss this until a solution has been constructed before the country. Meanwhile, officials warned that they had to do this quickly as they were concerned about the stability of the monarchy and country because of the recent crisis.

Gunmen assault IT firm office
Růžičková Software HQ ransacked by shooters, still at large

KATVAN - A shooting has occurred at the main office of Růžičková Software in Katvan on the night of February 8. Numerous gunmen, masquerading as corporate representatives arriving for negotiations, fired automatic rifles and pistols on the company's staff causing 15 injuries. Local police and armed security staff were able to force the assailants to retreat but not before ransacking Růžičková Software's offices and possibly thieving numerous files.

According to surveillance footage and eyewitness accounts, at about 21:40, 8 figures dressed in a mixture of suits and jackets disembarked from a white van, and 5 entered the headquarters of Růžičková Software. They presented themselves as representatives of Silk Knife, a biotechnology firm, arriving for a scheduled meeting with Růžičková staff regarding cooperation between the two companies. However, their counterfeit credentials failed to pass checks under machinery, and after around 10 minutes of confusion the gunmen brandished their weapons beginning the shooting at about 21:54. The armed men evidently did not primarily intend to harm, and after incapacitating guards entered the depths of the building, using weapons to attempt to override entry control systems.

Upon hearing of gunshots, the 3 other disembarked who were dressed more casually also revealed their arms and fired at the building from outside, breaking glass and causing further panic. This provided a diversion for the suited assailants, who in the meantime according to surveillance footage dispersed across several floors, wreaking havoc by random fires that only damaged miscellaneous items. The gunmen ordered Růžičková employees to gather in corners of office floors and not move on pain of death. Eyewitnesses claim the assailants searched through computers of offices of highly ranked staff and one worker claims to have overheard conversations between two of the assailants on breaking the password of a console.

City police were alerted by both emergency calls made as the shooting began as well as the discovery of several businessmen identified to be the actual Silk Knife negotiators intending to arrive at Růžičková that night, who were found tied up and gagged in the trunks of several cars. Armed emergency response units were deployed, while nearby patrolling officers established a perimeter, while avoiding engaging the gunmen. By 22:23 a truck of police tactical units had arrived to engage the gunmen at the ground floor, who threatened authorities with hostage employees. Meanwhile, Růžičková armed security was able to rally a few units to respond to the situation, joining police in securing the perimeter while attempting to dissuade the gunmen in the upper floors through suppressive fire.

The gunmen were alerted and immediately evacuated the building. Their escape attempt was covered with the deployment of improvised explosives dazzling police as they made a run for their vehicle amidst the confusion and panic, and then exited the area swiftly. The ensuing hot pursuit ended with the disappearance of the target vehicle to the dumbfounding of authorities. The vehicle plate number, faces and other important details of the assailants were recorded and are being used in the ongoing investigation.

Emergency response personnel then secured the building and it was relieving to announce that none had lost their lives, although many had been injured, some heavily. Staff also reported that many hard disks, thumb drives, paper files and other storage media were missing from the offices in the aftermath, likely being stolen by the gunmen. Damage to the building was relatively minor.

Police believe that the evidence overwhelmingly points to a planned forced theft of information, most likely trade secrets, from Růžičková. Investigation is ongoing and the criminals are still at large, having yet to be spotted elsewhere, although reports have emerged of the identification of some of them within databases of Zesmynian citizenry. Both Růžičková and police have decided to withhold many details on and surrounding the incident from media.

Horror captured on livestream

A gathering of young people on a square in Zlatikopet was tragically and horrifically interrupted by the explosion of a bomb which claimed the lives of 4 and injured another 50, of which many are still in critical condition.

Hundreds of teenagers and other internet frequenters assembled at a rally where they called for "subscriptions to ???", a gaming and general entertainment channel on the enormously popular video-sharing website ???, hosted by Sjealandian personality ???, to oppose similarly growing subscriptions to ???, a Narmadan multi-channel network airing various shows and hosting music videos from the country. The assembly was as fervent as an imperial loyalist rally back in the 1930s or a Razarian NIO meeting in the 1960s but contrasted sharply with the content. It was nothing out of the ordinary in Zlatikopet's cosmopolitan and up-to-date environment.

Suddenly an explosive was detonated throwing the crowd into panic. Footage and witnesses alike could only hear screams and see a veil thick smoke which revealed the horrible aftermath as soon as it cleared. It was captured on several livestreams on numerous websites, allowing news of the horror to be spread rapidly and attention drawn quickly. Medical and police personnel were scrambled to secure the area and identify any other possible sources of danger, as well as to rescue the injured. The cause of the tragedy was a plastic explosive which was smuggled into the scene in a bag that was left on a porch. Possible perpetrators have yet to be identified.

Only grief could be felt when the deaths of 3 young men were announced by medical authorities. Another teenage woman died from her injuries while being hospitalized. This event had rapidly downturned into a great tragedy, with the blaring of ambulance sirens replacing the vigorous cheers that previously filled the area.

Cellar found to be full of Razarian mercenaries
Confusion follows discovery of Mazaristan adventurers

When 50 year old Mr. Javor Sokolec returned home after a long work stay on the southern coast he did not expect to discover 8 Razarian mercenaries living in his vacated house's cellar. Frightened by such a sight he immediately contacted the police while convincing the peculiar-origin squatters to not harm him or damage his property.

Mr. Sokolec reported that he was sipping his tea in his living room when he heard 'speech in an alien dialect' from the basement of his house, below his very feet. Initially simply annoyed at the presence of squatters, he walked down the stairs to the basement to confront these foreigners. He was frightened to see the squatters holding pistols and assault rifles, and some of them wearing combat camouflage and carrying military packs. While he could have confused them for milsim roleplayers, the demeanor of these men he was talking to was very different from the typical milsim player and was far more consistent with impressions of rough Razarians.

In bad Kavacian the Razarians told Mr. Sokolec of their identities, presenting cards that marked them as mercenaries working for a Razarian private military contractor, as well as telling stories of their deployment in Mazaristan where they helped train Dashtani-Druze Protection Group fighters and augmented them in combat. Mr. Sokolec believed fully their story when presented with loot seized from Mazari Irfanic fundamentalist fighters and even money from that country. However when Mr. Sokolec asked the Razarians of how they ended up in his home they were very resistant and threatened the man, revealing no details. But anyway both Mr. Sokolec and the authorities saw enough evidence to present these men as completely what they said they were.

Mr. Sokolec decided to contact police. Local policemen were in disbelief of such an outlandish story but changed their minds when they saw Bojans in full combat gear pointing polyoxybenzylmethylenglycolanhydride-furniture assault rifles at them as if Khojnović had actually ordered a full-scale invasion. A tactical unit arrived and convinced the Razarians to turn themselves over to avoid harsher prosecution. Surprisingly these mercenaries complied after some discussion and accepted detainment. Now Mr. Sokolec gets to rest at his house undisturbed, although the experience still felt 'unreal' to him.

The neighborhood was excited by such absurd news and gossip has surrounded the event, as everyone living in the area is dumbfounded and confused. And even we won't know what exactly happened any time soon either!

Yaroslav, Hemev Narhaska leaves mrIZ development - 2019-01-22

Yaroslav, the Hemev of Narhaska, has announced that he is leaving the development of mrIZ. In an update post on the mrIZ website titled only as "Farewell", he announced that he is resigning from all of his positions within the mrIZ corporate sponsor, and has given up his hive addresses to the collective ownership of the project foundation. In the post, he made it clear he will not be participating further on mrIZ development, and no longer possess a say in the project's direction.

The 45-year-old programmer was one of the leading figures of mrIZ's development, being one of its co-founders and having contributed enormously in its cryptic underlying programming language and operating system. Due to mrIZ's revolutionary innovations, he was awarded a noble title by the Emperor, and generally received extensive honors not only within the realm but also worldwide. Yaroslav said that he believes mrIZ must become a 'level playing field' for it to succeed, and that his fame may come to hinder it by involving it with "displeasurable intrigue".

ZAHEDAN - The government has officially recognised the secession of the Xiaodongese Republic of Heijiang from Tinza. The Foreign Ministry confirmed the decision following a cabinet meeting this morning, in which State President Evren Volkan pushed for recognition. The Foreign Ministry confirmed it would also be dispatching diplomatic staff to the state in coming days.

The spokesman for the Foreign Ministry, Hamid Mirzadeh told reporters, “this morning, the cabinet voted in favour of formally recognising the secession and independence of the Xiaodongese Republic of Heijiang. This decision was led by State President Evren Volkan and First Minister Farzad Akbari and will be brought into action within days.

“The Foreign Ministry will dispatch diplomatic representatives to Heijiang and begin constructing formal diplomatic ties with the republic. The Union would also wish to urge restraint in Tinza, maintaining peace and stability during this transition will be key to the long-term development of Tinza and north-eastern Borea” he said.

The government’s decision follows the vetoing of a motion by the National Arbitration Council. The motion presented by Samira Razei (ind.) sought to block the government from recognising the breakaway state, it also sought to denounce Xiaodong’s intervention in Heijiang. The motion was vetoed by the NAC after it gained 36 signatures.

Chairman of the NAC, Sardar Bastavar Hamidi reportedly denounced the motion as “viciously short-sighted” and the NAC’s official reasoning was that the motion “represented a serious threat to the strong and invaluable alliance with the Auspicious Republic of Xiaodong.” Efforts by Samira Razei to produce a re-worded second motion were rejected by other members of the Popular Council. Speaker of the Popular Council, Ibrahim al-Fahim supposedly told Razei that a second motion would be rejected if tabled.

The NAC’s vetoing of the motion was done without government request or involvement.

Samira Razei complained to reporters later in the morning saying, “the decision to veto the motion was regrettable, recognising a breakaway state because an ally seeks to weaken its northern neighbour sets a dangerous precedent and raising awkward questions about the Union’s policy in Nautasia. We will face some backlash, which we cannot afford.”

The First Minister posted on Ettesal, “to those who criticise our policy, should remember well our history. In our great quest for a unified and honourable Nautasia, Xiaodong, our greatest ally stood with us, now is the time for our indomitable Union to stand with Xiaodong.”

Tinza has been wracked with civil strife after the Revolutionary Labour Movement, a leftist group backed by Narmada, rose up against the monarchical government. In November last year, the region of “Lhogrong” seceded from Tinza, proclaiming itself the Xiaodongese Republic of Heijiang. The Xiaodongese government promptly deployed military forces to the region to protect ethnic Xiaodongese civilians from the RLM, which is accused of ethnic cleansing against minorities in Tinza. Since, Tinza’s Everqueen, Kya II has died of injuries sustained in an assassination attempt last month. Her will stated the throne would be bequeathed to the State Preceptor, Drogon Tsering, endangering a succession crisis due to the presence of her brother Youdron.

Last week, Foreign Minister Asfandiar Ali Husseini told the Superior Council Committee for Foreign Affairs, “the situation in Tinza is deeply troubled and threatens much of the peace in north-eastern Borea. There’s a fundamental danger that Narmada’s nefarious links to the RLM will also bring tensions to its border regions with Xiaodong. Such dangerous are a threat to the economic stability of all Borea.”

VITOGRAD - Following the mysterious and devastating cyberattack on Eclipse Day which still leaves much of the nation and many parts of the region paralyzed, Daray Chovaban, Voivode of Mizoš, has made a speech from Valcovgrad, Mizoš in central Zesmynia assuring the public that the 'situation is stable'. In the presence of paramilitary personnel part of his estate's guard and numerous businessmen, the nobleman, dressed in a ceremonial military uniform, gave the open-air speech on a large square inside a park part of his estate.

"God fucking damn it," you utter under your breath. Turning outside and looking through the window, the flaming department store continues to be the only source of illumination in the whole city at night.

Teenager calls for socialist revolution in light of blackout
16 year old Min immigrant advocates "total people's revolution" against "decaying existing order"

The seditious speech was made in this immigrant fast food joint as the "revolutionary" was dining on corporate sustenance

ZLATIKOPET - A 16 year old Min immigrant and socialist named Kidlat Pissassan filmed himself giving a speech encouraging 'oppressed Zesmynian commoners' to rise up in a 'total people's revolution' and overthrow both the monarchy and the nobility to establish a socialist state that will 'implement the distribution of what is rightfully deserved justly and properly'. Pissassan especially emphasized how the ongoing blackout and shutdown of Zesmynia due to the mysterious and ongoing April 3rd cyberattack was an excellent opportunity which would be 'fully exploited'. The video was shared via social media and uploaded onto a video sharing site, both of which only occasionally functioned due to continuing outages and disfunctionalities, but despite this managed to receive widespread attention.

Pissassan's speech, although leaving much to improve on in terms of oratory skill and grasp of the Kavacian language, invoked extensive and competent references to both West Borean redistributionist-socialist ideology and theory, as well as Min political philosophy such as Sakarism. The 20-minute speech first described the chaos of the post-cyberattack blackout, how the 'existing order' was in a 'fragile and vulnerable state', and the emerging 'anger of the masses', before then describing social conflicts in Zesmynia in socialist terms and hailing the situation as a 'moment of revolution'. Pissassan enthusiastically encouraged viewers to 'overthrow the decaying existing order' that was the Monarchy and rule by nobility towards the end with bombastic slogans.

The reception of the speech was both little and negative, to the exact opposite of the desires of its creator. Comments near-uniformly mocked Pissassan's poor language, his ethnic background, obesity, the video's poor lighting or camerawork, or the fact that he was eating fast food while making the speech. There were also quick refutations of his analysis and theory even from other socialists. Nevertheless, even though the region has been half-shut-down on the cyberspace, the speech quickly achieved memetic status and has been parodied and insultingly edited hundreds of times already. A resident of Zlatikopet says "when internet connection comes back the first thing I do is to look for new parody edits of that video."

Pissassan's speech has not been his first major internet appearance advocating for socialism. He maintains a blog where he theorized on the 'unjust' nature of Zesmynia's present order, and also authored a speculative fiction-alternate history internet fiction series poorly received in the worldbuilding community; it became notorious for the 'Pan-Borean States', the 'main nation' of the constructed universe which put much of Borea under agrarianistic Sakarist rule but also perpetuated exoticist approaches to other Borean cultures and was criticized as being based upon unrealistic visions of socialist practice in Morghuria and Kheratia. In 2018, Pissassan notoriously had a mental breakdown after being harassed by the 'Piss Ass Consortium', an online gang of trolls affiliated with the ambitious Duke of Žop. He is also famous for his rivalry with Kiram Fard, an Irfanist Min immigrant who advocates for nationalist-flavored libertarian municipalism.

Although generally not taken seriously even by other socialists, Pissassan's memetic status has caused parody Sakarist demonstrations to emerge in large cities, one of the many ways to entertainment that bored citizens deprived of internet and functional electronics have sought to pass time with.

KATVAN - After the chaos caused by the cyberattacks on 4.3 of which most of the effects have been undone by 4.21, a panel of 49 major noblemen and officials have agreed to form the Provisional Order Committee, and have received the grace of His Majesty the Emperor.

The committee comprises all powerful forces and interests in Zesmynia with the notable exception of the Duke of Kruz, who was assassinated on 4.17 after banning the letter 'E' in his domain in an apparent fit of insanity; a provisional paramilitary administration has been established over his estate. A number of other nobles who were killed or went missing during the nationwide chaos were also not represented for obvious reasons.

The committee is headed by a triumvirate of the Mayor of Katvan (formerly the President of Katranjiev), the Crown Prince Bronislav Miroslavsky, and the Duke of Žop, whose forces were all instrumental in the restoration of general order in the aftermath of the crisis. They are expected by many to rule as an effectively unchallenged troika commanding subordination of lesser nobles in the aftermath of the crisis.

At the press conference where the Committee was announced, speakers cited not only 'civil disorder' that held 'catastrophic consequences' but also 'confusion between powerful forces' that threatened the stability and integrity of Zesmynia, and claimed that the establishment of the Committee would aim to resolve these disputes to accomplish restoration of order in full as well as 'stately harmony'. Such episodes included a firefight in Katvan when the Duke of Žop's forces entered to carry out a counter-coup against supposed conspirators only to accidentally injure imperial military forces.

All military and paramilitary forces active in Zesmynia have pledged allegiance to the Committee and have taken measures to calm the public, as well as eradicate instances of disorder.

The Committee also vowed to investigate the cause of the 4.3 cyberattack and certain 'malintentioned actions' during the ensuing chaos, claiming it is definitely the work of a 'conspiracy' and promising to deliver justice against the perpetrators. The Committee also promised to defend and secure Zesmynia from further machinations of the supposed perpetrators, and warned of 'ruthless retaliation'.

His Revered Majesty Banguraja Inrasara IV, Flower King of the Serene Abode of Kraong Nam, has passed away at the age of 89. He died at 3:42 AM at Durikheng Hospital in Baharam, where he was being treated with dialysis for his diabetes, according to an announcement by the royal family.

The twentieth king of the third Banguraj era, Inrasara IV ascended to the throne in 1954 at the age of 18. His 65 year reign was one of the longest in Esquarium, and his able leadership steered us through the troubled times of the volatile century. He provided a stable rock to base government on during the military junta and was a key figure in the Saffron Uprising which brought freedom to the country. A tireless public servant, he has devoted his life to the nation and the results are clear in his immense popularity.

A mass vigil was announced within an hour of the event, organised by a page called “Fans of the King and Nation of Kraong Nam” on Twitter. Thousands of patriotic civilians expressed their support for the rally. Central streets and parks across the nation have been filled with mourners.

Speaking to the press, his heir Sribanya II has said that he will assert the role of the people and the monarchy in government, and provide a solution to the communist insurgency which has plagued the country. Sribanya II will be crowned as the Banguraja in two week’s time, after the state funeral.

We hope that all civilians will do their patriotic duty and make an offering for our fallen monarch. To serve peace is the goal of all Kraongnamese, and HMRH did this admirably.

Mayor driven away from his village. Vigilantes takes power.

Preacher Kollichuro was the man who first spoke on behalf of "the concerned citizens of Zamoraca". He's possibly the leader of the mobs of protesters-turned-vigilantes.

Two days ago, Anako Zecumin, mayor of the small village of Zamoraca, was dragged out of his towns hall by a furious mob, and so despite local police protection who ended up overwhelmed by the angry inhabitants.

Mister Zecumin, elected in 2016 for his fifth mandate as Zamoraca’s mayor, was accused recently of embezzling public money while also taking bribes, allowing for the construction of remote summer residences and holidays villas in the deep, isolate, and beautiful valleys of Zamoraca Municipality. Mr.Zecumin always denied these allegations, and was cleared in court because of a lack of both evidences and witnesses. Apparently, this ruling greatly displeased the locals, who took the matter into their own hands. Multiple illegal protests had already took places in the past years, one even happening as soon as the announce of Zecumin’s fifth re-election. But the last one, which happened two days ago, at sunfall, took an unexpected turn.

The protesters managed to encircle the town’s square, and forced the mayor and his team to shut themselves inside the Townshall. What happened next exactly is uncleared, but it seems that the police forces dispatched to calm the situation were driven off by the protesters. Some reports indicates that , after the police failed to make it through the square’s blocus, small groups of civilians tried to disperse the protesters themselves, turning into a brawl and then, possibility, into a gunfight. But even this apparently did not stop or deter the furious citizens, as they finally managed to enter the townshall and drag the mayor out of his office where he was waiting for help. Mr.Zecumin was then severely beaten down before then being transported by car out of the municipality’s borders.

After this incident, the official website of the Zamoraca Municipality was changed to display only a single manifesto in which someone, proclaiming to be “the Zamoracans Citizens” exposed and explained their griefs with their Mayor and his supposed corruption. While the site was quickly shut down, students in various Karazawi universities have managed to copy the manifesto and reprint it, spreading it thourough their close circles.

it seems that police officers and other public agents in Zamoraca have either fled the municipality or sided with the protesters, who are now in total control. What is happening exactly is unclear, as no official statement was made yet, but there is rumours of summer residences being looted, barricades being erected, and firefights between unknown groups of civilians.

The Emperor's speech concerned the recent events experienced by the Realm, and the measures taken to ensure continued order

The address intended to comfort and solace the Realm following the disastrous events of the Month of Lennen, which saw dangerous assailants assault the Realm in the sphere of technology. However, they were and will be unable to break the Realm's faith, will, or unity, which His Majesty the Emperor's address and its passionate reception is sure to testify to.

After the chaos of Lennen, many parts of the Realm's infrastructure have been left damaged, and the technoeconomic state-body is still in the process of recovery. However, His Majesty the Emperor's address highlighted the continued unbreakable resolve of the Zesmynian realm to remain steadfast in face of this bold and difficult challenge. The Emperor says: "Faith and will can not be compromised. It can not be hacked, backdoored, or subverted. As long as we are replete in Faith, and abundant in Will, there will be endless strength against all odds." His Majesty commended the Realm's excellent ability to respond to the crisis and its effective resolution.

His Majesty spoke regarding the measures taken by the Empire - not only by dutiful officials or noblemen, but the totality of its composition - to secure and stabilize the situation. His Majesty supported the Provisional Order Committee formed on the 23rd of Solar-Lennen, urging all subjects to accept the wise and capable leadership by the Committee and its leaders. His Majesty also spoke about the continued investigations into the perpetrators of the Lennen subversion, the implementation of temporarily extraordinary law and special measures, and pleaded for compliance for the sake of the Empire.

His Majesty the Emperor returned to the subject of the importance of faith in hardships such as these times, and called for single-hearted unity from all ranks of society to ensure the 'least of buckle' under the 'most ferocious of strikes'.

Applauding His Majesty the Emperor's infinite wisdom, the citizenry and soldiery gathered at Katvan held self-organized parades and rallies swearing to enthusiastically uphold the Command of His Majesty the Emperor and 'defend the Empire to the last breath'. Crowds holding signs inscribed with slogans chanted formulae expressing only fealty to His Majesty the Emperor. Patriotic songs were sang loudly across the city. Similar rallies were held across the Empire, igniting a fire of vigor driving the Realm's recovery and counterattack.

The entirety of the Realm rallies behind His Majesty the Emperor in unwavering weathering the ongoing roaring storm. His Majesty sincerely lamented this devastating loss of the Kraongnamese people and state-body, but hoped for the ability of the Kraongnamese realm to swiftly and healthily recover. Aab Power Station nearing completion, after years of setbacks. Science Division optimistic.

The Aab nuclear power station located outside the town of Aab in western Kuresh has been a point of complication in Mount Jekara's plan for nuclear power in Charnea

Late last night the public announcements office of the Executive Science Division released a statement regarding the ongoing project outside the small town of Aab in west Kuresh Region, near the border with Ninva Region in central Charnea. The Science Division, headed by Administrator Haliperosa, announced on behalf of the project leads that significant headway had been made in address numerous concerns with the Aab power station, advancing the expected activation date and promising the facility would be operation before the end of the year 2019.

Project Akhenaten as it was first known was conceived in early 2002 by lead scientists at our illustrious Mount Jekara Research Center, but the project was not approved by the Science Division until late 2005, delaying the start of work on the ground to construct the Aab facility. Significant safety concerns arose in 2012 after the facility was nearly completed. According to official reports, the on site team attempted to conduct a safety test to determine the effectiveness of reactor containment and safety systems in the event of a loss of power to the facility's systems when they encountered numerous faults in the reactor systems and were forced to shut down reactor number 2. Followup investigation revealed that parts of the reactor were of substandard quality and would need to be replaced or rebuilt entirely for the Aab station to operate safely. Reconstruction of the power station is almost complete according to sources within the on site team.

Dr. Haliperosa, Administrator of the Science Division under the supervision of Executor Shahi, has expressed an urgency to complete Aab project. In a statement made late last year, she commented on Project Akhenaten's significance as the first nuclear power station in Charnean history, going on to express a wish that the success of the Aab power station would open the door for further development of nuclear technology at the Mount Jekara Research Center and other scientific institutions. These sentiments were seconded by personnel from the Office of Strategic Interests, claiming that the implementation of nuclear power stations, in conjunction with solar technologies like those developed by Shemesh Technologies, not only in Kuresh but across Charnea would be in service to the nation's security interests, specifically in reducing significant reliance on imported coal and gas for electricity demands of Charnea's growing urban centers. An unnamed representative of the Office stated "The activation of the first nuclear power station at Aab would send a powerful message to the people of Charnea, as well as to her enemies. We are not an archaic nation, stuck in the past and unwilling to accept the times as they are. Our future is bright, prosperous, and full of promise thanks to the ingenuity of our scientists and the tenacity of our leaders."

Members of the local community, represented by Nur Inverji, Elder of the town of Aab, expressed concerns that pressure from Arkroryx could prompt safety issues with the reactor to be overlooked for political reasons. Elder Nur emphasized a strong feeling of pride that their humble mining community had been selected as the site of the power station. The building site is within sight of town, and the Elder communicated that two of the young boys of the town had expressed desires to go away to university and become scientists, apparently inspired by the sight of the facility. While many in the town echo the enthusiasm of the younger generation, questions linger about the safety of the Aab reactor. In a meltdown scenario, the town would have to be evacuated and many families that have inhabited this land for generations would be permanently displaced by the fallout. Elder Nur said the safety tests that led to the 2012 shutdown and reconstruction orders were a reassuring sign that the teams at the Aab site were taking the proper measures to ensure quality and security of the reactors.

Upon completion, the Aab reactor is expected to provide sufficient generation capacity to meet the demands of the entire local province, in addition to meeting a portion of the power demands of the major Kuresh city of Darejung in the eastern part of the Region. Should the project prove successful, the costly process of nuclear development at the Mount Jekara Research Center as well as the development of the Aab facility would be vindicated, potentially clearing the way for additional nuclear power stations to be commissioned in other areas of Charnea.

5.10 - PRETENDER INITIATES INSURRECTION, FIGHTING IN KRUZ DUCHY
Violence resumes as a mysterious pretender's' supporters launch uprising

Loyalist paramilitaries mobilizing against the crisis

DYMIGRAD - Fighting broke out across the territories of the de jure Duchy of Kruz as a pretender, one 'Katarina Chervenranova', a mysterious persona of which little is known at all, rejected the authority of the Provisional Order Committee, and initiated an uprising as thousands of apparent supporters attacked loyalist forces.

On Tunnen 14, a video was published where a masked spokesperson denounced the Provisional Order Committee and the rule of the Tukatovid House in a fiery speech before declaring support for the name Katarina Chervenranova as a candidate for the 'true restoration' of the Zesmynian throne, which was declared to be 'the possession of the one and only blessed Chervenranovid line'. Subsequently, a social media account under the Chervenranova name confirmed the acceptance of a claim to the throne of the Black River and agitated for 'righteous action'. In the following days, further essays denouncing the current authorities in Zesmynia were published online, and Chervenranova extensively engaged with supporters and detractors alike on social media, gathering hundreds of thousands of followers on Twitter in days. The original spokesman's video went viral in West Borea.

What seemed to be a highly entertaining and well-planned trolling effort revealed itself to be serious, despite Chervenranova's social media profile images using inappropriate Senrian anime screenshots, absence of identity proof, and the hastily assembled online presence, when mass rallies emerged across the cities of the Duchy of Kruz where crowds unfolded banners that pronounced slogans such as 'Death to the Katranjian Troika' and 'Let light return to this Realm', swearing fealty to Chervenranova and cursing the Provisional Order Committee, calling Mayor Rayrukwak a 'vile toad', Prince Bronislav an 'apostate and libertine', and the Duke of Žop as a 'despicable serpent'. The treasonous message of these rallies especially as Zesmynia is undergoing a state of emergency forced them to be dispersed upon notice by public security.

On Tunnen 17 thousands of armed men suddenly appeared in the cities where the demonstrations took place, occupying checkpoints, police stations, barracks, major buildings and transport hubs. Northeast Zesmynian television was seized by gunmen and a statement televised announcing the initiation of a 'Divine Restoration' rallying behind Chervenranova's claim and vowing to 'annihilate' the junta and Tukatovid rule.

Fighting subsequently broke out as loyalist forces mobilized and responded. However, the rebels have seized many large cities and important towns such as Drevica, Stribreles, Velky Pokoj, Pramen, and Leškovgrad. Fighting has spread to the outskirts of Dymigrad, Dobyta, Šalevica, and Velky Zahonigrad. It is estimated that there are 6,000 rebel combatants, making this an unexpected and sizeable challenge for security forces. According to announcements 28,000 public security personnel are present in the Kruz area and they will be reinforced by 13,000 Imperial Zesmynian Army soldiers and another 40,000 paramilitaries.

Due to the surprise of the uprising, loyalist forces have encountered challenges, and fighting has been intense, yet indecisive as of yet. Reports estimate a total of 60 combatants killed in the fighting so far.

Investigations have failed to reveal anything about the Chervenranova identity and some speculate that it is a completely artificial alias operated by cliques of malicious conspirators. However, the large amount of supporters remains concerning. Analysts speculate many of the former Duke of Kruz's private military made up the rebels as evident by tattoos found on detained or killed insurgents.

The Provisional Order Committee has designated the rebellion a 'terrorist threat' and urged complete support of His Majesty the Emperor's righteous rule. Censorship efforts have begun in order to combat possible pretender influence. Imperial authorities referred to the claim as 'utterly heretical'.

Security measures have also tightened elsewhere in the country as concerns of subversion remain high. Investigations into the perpetrators of the 4.3 cyberattacks have remained fruitless, and it is still feared the same conspirators are poising to act in their interests and deal blows to the Zesmynian state-body.
