Is it possible to do bi-langual article, if not, are you guys planning in implementing it? It would be useful for nations that have their own non-RL language to develop it, as well as non-native english speakers to develop a nation page in their own language.

IIwiki is an English-language wiki. You can develop and write articles which concern languages, but they must be written in English. This, primarily, concerns readability, considering the majority (if not the totality) of IIwiki's users are English-speakers natively or as a primary. As of now, there are no plans to change this.

The "Create Page" button dead center on the front page. Type the name of the article and press the button.

Type in the search bar what you want the article to be called, example: Kachasta Foreign Relations . You'll get the option to "Create Page", go from there.

I've seen that and I've had templates imported before. But I've seen ordinary users who aren't admins importing them. Just wondering whether this was OK.

Some infoboxes and the like can be imported without issues, and I haven't seen anyone get in trouble for the more simplistic ones, but infoboxes which require scripts or the like will be removed if they aren't imported by Kyrusia.

We have a specific tool for it, and would prefer if people simply lodge a request. In the past, we actually have given out AC's to people who repeatedly copy-and-paste templates over from Wikipedia - largely because they often have transclusions to other templates, which can lead to cascading problems.

Okay, I used a template that I took from another users page, and checked and yes it is commonly used. But I cannot figure out what I have messed up with exactly.

That template is actually broken due to certain Wikipedia-only transclusions that haven't yet been corrected. We're still looking into it. I advise you to use this instead. It's the one everyone else seems to be using.

That'd be because the capital "L" one was imported manually by a user (a violation of the S&C). Use the other one, if you so desire (though, as mentioned, it has errors we're still trying to fix [since they affect other templates as well], hence why I suggested using the generic "Government agency" one).

Mhm. It was down since around 10.00 I'd say. I was using it and then it wouldn't let me edit or upload. It appears to be fine now and it's been working for me since around midnight here CST (20 minutes ago). I guess it was one of those malfunctions that come and go...

It was down from around 18:00 GMT yesterday to 03:45 GMT today, judging by the gap in the Recent Changes log. Right now it's mostly not working, but not fully. Once or twice I've had pages that wouldn't load.
