In certain cases during diplomacy, conversations may be conducted in French for ceremonial purposes. Your dogs will be required to remain, for one week only, in a special holding site at Blackdon International airport to clear them of diseases. After this they will be free to go. Your conditions regarding diplomatic immunity are fine. Finally as part of entering into this agreement with Afalia, AOSP staff provide emergency protection, crowd control etc. in the unlikely event your embassy grounds are invaded or similar situations.

We graciously accept and welcome your request for an embassy in Afalia. We do not see there being any problems in the future establishment of embassies between our nations, once certain questions are answered regarding this form.

Firstly we must ask what you mean when you say a 'mass' of machine guns. Secondly we must ask if you bring swords, for ceremonial purposes, they must be blunted and sheathed at all times. If they are not for ceremonial purposes our policy on weapons does not allow for swords. Thirdly we will not allow guard dogs unless they are for ceremonial purposes.

As to your other requests and specifics, the ambassador's wife will of course be granted the same protection of privacy to all other Afalian citizens. Calvary horses will be acceptable provided they are well trained, which we of course assume they will be.

If these conditions are suitable and these questions answered I hope we may proceed quickly with your establishing of an embassy in Afalia and I look forward to strong, positive, warm relations between our two nations.

To Seloymomn,

Afalia has a very tight weapons programme and whilst pistols are of course accepted for diplomatic security staff, sniper rifles are not. We request that you do not enter our country our arm your security staff with sniper rifles.
