To the Empire of Von Halder,

We graciously accept and welcome your request for an embassy in Afalia. The requests you have put forward are mostly acceptable and easy to handle, however there may have to be a short wait for some items to arrive. All of our embassies are designed to have an open space, although not so much that it poses a security risk. They all also come with re-inforced gates and fences, and helicopter landing pads, although we ask you use these sparingly. As to the request for an underground shooting range, this can be done but will take some time.

The ambassador's German shepherd will be fine to stay after it has spent two weeks in a special holding facility to make sure it is free of diseases.

For your final special request regarding firearms licences. The only people allowed to carry firearms outside the embassy will be the security staff protecting the embassy. The ambassador nor any other staff members will not be allowed to carry any firearms outside the embassy at any time. We do not issue hunt licences as hunting is forbidden with firearms.

If this is all acceptable the ambassador can be ready to be welcomed to our country. We eagerly await your reply.
