Our equivalent of a cabinet or ministry is the Advisory Council. It is comprised of advisers from different government departments such as Defense, Education, Homeland Security. The advisers give details to President Milentov-Jacoben about different issues and offer different suggestions for legislation to be passed by him in their departments. The advisers have no governing power, as absolute power is given to President Milentov-Jacoben, since it's a dictatorship. They can, however, suggest legislation even if there's no issue, but it must always be approved by the President. The advisers have their own offices in the Office of the Advisory Council, just across the street from the Presidential Palace. Each adviser has his or her own team of researchers, experts, etc, to help the adviser come up with different options for the President.
