The Government of the Koy People's Democratic Republic seeks to formalise relations with the Republic of Hippostania. Despite our past hostilities, we feel that the establishment of embassies would be mutually benefical to both our Nations. It is, after all, better to resolve differences and reach an understanding through dialouge. We however do have concerns. Mostly regarding security. The restriction on lethal weaponry for leftist nations (as you currently view us as one) raises safety issues for our staff. Naturally you have a right to your internal affairs and it is not our place to interfere with the decisions of another nation. However if you insist on the restriction of lethal weaponry we do request that there be increased presence from local hippostanian security forces around the Koy Embassy given the public opinion of the Hippostanian people towards Koyro and the Koy Government.
