The 24-hour (0000-2359) system is used in Namor.

Daylight Saving Time is observed in the whole country except for West Namor District, where many times are used.

The Northern Scottish Isles utilises the Universal Coordinated Time and has a Summer Time Period that is quite equivalent to the modern Daylight Savings Time. We also use the 24 hour time clock.

We do adjust time for DST and we use the 0-23 hour version of the 24 hour clock. DST here: 17 May @ 3h30 -> 17 May 4h30 until 17 October 4h30 -> 3h30. We have two time zones in our nation.

we have one time standard for the entire planet. this means, in different parts of the world, sun rise and set will be at different times. for every hexichron on the clock, there is some place on our planet where sun rise is at that hour and some place where sun set is. we see no logical need to have time zones so that days begin and end at nearly the same clock times in all places. we see no need nor point to it, and thus likewise not dividing of the diurnal cycle into main day and alterday halves. and we divide our day-night cycle into 16 hexichrons, instead of your 24 hours. making each of our hexichrons, conceptually equivalent to one and a half of your hours. at any rate, the concept of a "daylight savings time" is to us, a rather bazaar absurdity. changing numbers on a clock, certainly does nothing to increase nor degrease the duration of day nor night. so we find even in the name, an extreme absurdity. its not that we ignore the sun. but numbers on a clock are just arbitrary numbers anyway, so why should they have to have any sort of direct correlation to it?
truth isn't what i say. isn't what you say. isn't what anybody says. truth is what is there, when no one is saying anything.

DST is unnecessary in a tropical country such as the DPRDG.

The 24-hour clock (0000 to 2359) is standard in the government context, while the 12-hour clock is standard outside said context.

North Richland mainly uses the 12 hour clock, 24 hour time is used by the armed forces. Daylight savings time was observed in our country from 1917 until 1997 when it was officially abolished. North Richlandics set there clocks back for the last time on October 26, 1997, and we've been on standard time ever since.
