The Castillian National Socialist State wishes to pursue normal relations with the honorable nation of Stevid. We realize that while our two nations have not had a lot of dealings in the past, the ones we have have not been pleasant. As Chancellor of the Castillian National Socialist State, I would like to first formally apologize for and wrongdoings and crimes the State has or may have had committed against Stevid and her citizens.

Secondly, I would like to propose that I send a diplomatic envoy to reside in your nation at a location of your designation. Despite the recent conflict between the Free State and Stevid, our two nations have had amicable relations in the past. We intend to maintain as such at the conclusion of this conflict by increasing dialogue between our nations with the establishment of an embassy. As a show of good faith, all additional expenses will be paid for by the Free State Foreign Office, and will happily assure, by regular checks and measures, that no offensive capabilities or intelligence bureaus will establish a presence in this particular facility.

Additionally, we will also gladly hire Stevidian citizens to work in our embassy to ideally do a, though small, part to help the local Stevidian economy.
