I gave my cruiser a quick go over and made it a bit more useful and decided, Mehh why the hell not? It needs to be seen from above!

half of your radars dont do anything iirc
ship is far too topheavy, would capsize; increase draught
that missile midship would hit either the superstructure or sponson guns
funnels too close together, either make them two or trunk them into a single one
also masts will snap due to weather and weight

Agreed, I thought that was a nice touch :)

It's a pretty nice looking ship, but I think I'd prefer it without the masts. Still better than any thing of the sort I could come up with, for sure :)

Also, the UlarnScale tiltjet Dropship/APC is taking shape. I just need to figure out the positions of a few more lines, decide what the tiltjet engines will actually look like, and do some detailing, then it's off to colouring! Oh, and then I have to start work on the MBT/gunship variant with underslung tank gun...

(By the way, if the image you're looking at doesn't have any coloured UlarnScale USN marines floating in it or lacks a side-view of the dropship at the bottom then you're looking at the old version and Photobucket still needs to update it. Try back in half an hour, maybe)

Some shading work in progress.

I think I'm going to finish these four, bash together a spotter's guide, and then convert them from my own 2px=1cm scale to UlarnScale.
