Plants, animals, controlled substances, chemicals, etc. to declare: It is customary for Thistles to be present either within the Embassy, or in the Embassy grounds; if either is unnacceptable; this custom can be waived in favor of a stylized representation of the thistle, placed on the door of the embassy
Special requests: There is a traditional opening ceremony for Glaswegistani Embassies; It is traditional for the Captain of the Guard, and a small contingent of the security staff, to enter the embassy first in parade uniform, whilst carrying their armaments, before allowing the Ambassador entry to the embassy after the Ambassador dismisses the Captain of the Guard at the Embassy door; the Captain of the Guard then oversees the raising of the colours, if no flagpole is available; the flag is to be hung above the door of the building. This is usually done through the street of the Embassy, although the guns are unloaded we realize that this tradition may not be seen as local customs and law may not take kindly to the presence of weapons. It would be preferable if this tradition can be respected, however we are willing to conduct the ceremony without firearms (instead; the captain would be the only member of the procession armed, and would be carrying the customary light claymore), or to simply skip this stage of opening the Embassy if the local government objects to it being carried out.
Would the Party like to sign an economic treaty?: Free Trade Agreements can be negotiated easily, although Party Policy applies to certain goods.
Would the Party like Neu Engollon to set up an embassy or consulate in your nation?: Yes, please.
Would it be acceptable for the Uli-Schwyz Security Corporation to set up a recruiting station out of this consulate/Embassy?: Recruitment stations for foreign Legions, Mercenary companies or similar groups are allowed, but are traditionally a seperate entity from Embassies and Consulates; the Party does not have any specific objections to the Uli-Schwyz Group establishing such a station, unless grounds for objection can be provided. Any further negotiation on the matter can be negotiated through the Trade & Commerce Department, although various other Departments (Civilian Defence, Military, Diplomatic Affairs and Law Enforcement, most likely) are liable to get involved in areas of legislative departmental overlap.
