Your security staff must be lowered to the appropriate fixed limit of 15 personnel and weapons on grounds must reach the allowed limit; in this case, it would be for example, 15 rifles (non sniper), 30 pistols (non-automatic), and 45 non-lethal or melee weapons. Automatic weapons and long ranged weapons such as snipers are also prohibited. Your vehicles also cannot be armed with weapons, miniguns (which are automatic as well) are especially illegal. These corrections must be made before we can accept an application for an embassy in our nation.

Your application for diplomatic relations have also been looked over closely and have chosen a few to accept. The trade agreement and extradition agreement are both accepted at this time. Thank you for applying. We'll get underway with these treaties at once. Thank you.

OCC: Denied again. Let me quote the rule you are breaking since you cannot read it for some apparent reason.

Regulation 4

4: All weapons must be inspected and certified for private ownership by the TECT Government. This applies for the storage of weapons in any consulate/embassy for the use of security. A maximum of one rifle (assault rifle or substitute for rifle that follows the remainder of Regulation 4) per security staff member, two side arms per security staff member, and three other non-lethal weapons or melee weapons (swords, knives, pepper spray, tazors, etc) per security staff member are allowed.

4A: Vehicles are prohibited from being armed with weaponry. This means vehicle mounted weapons and other offensive weaponry. Defensive weapons such as smokescreen or tear gas sprays are also prohibited. Armor and vehicle mounted protected armor is allowed -- unless it disturbs traffic laws or interferes with traffic, armor is allowed. 4A includes helicopters and private diplomatic jets.
4B: Automatic weapons are prohibited. IE: Light and heavy machine guns, sub-machine guns, fully auto assault rifle variants (those that have multiple functions cannot be used in automatic form), and multiple projectile weapons.
4C: Long purpose weapons such as sniper weapons and anti-material weapons that target long distance targets are prohibited. IE: Sniper rifles, 50. caliber or large round weapons, and other long distance traveling bullet projectors such as 50. calibers.
4D: Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD's) are strictly prohibited. Evidence of these weapons in consulates/embassies will prompt a take over of the facility and any responsible staffers to be arrested. Other charges and actions will follow in time.
4E: Heavy weapons such as anti-tank weapons or explosives are prohibited. IE: Anti-tank weapons, heavy machine guns, explosives, grenades, etc.
4F: Uncertified private ownership of weapons within TECT is a vindictive crime, and all diplomatic staff will be deported and the embassy building will be vacated or weapons be confiscated. All weapons are to be listed, inspected, and serialized.
4G: Ambassadors are permitted to own personal weapons on premises as well, exempted from Regulation 4 weapons count. It must be legal according to regulation 4 and follow regulation 4 section F.
