No matter where in Nui-ta you're from, you'll have this as part of your luncheon.

Image

If you're inland, you tend to eat pork or beef with lots of spices with your rice.

Image

If you are from the coastal areas, you'll probably be eating these guys with your rice...(and your food will be much less spicy).

Image

As a little snack on the side, you be eating some of this...

A little of this...

For desert...

And then you'll wash it down with either this, this, or this.

Lunch depends on how much time the person in question has to spend on eating lunch.

For the average worker on their half-hour lunch break, they usually eat a sandwich or pasty.

For people with the luxury of time, they can go home or to a restaurant to enjoy some noodle soup.

The Khanese lifestyle requires a lot of energy intake. As a result, the lunch break often last an hour and a half to two hours.

Typically, sushi, filled bread foods and soups are consumed, along with biscuits and the occasional rice and meat dish on a Sunday.

Coffee, tea and usually some form of alcoholic beverage, such as a beer or a vodka and mixer.

Khanastan is an entirely fictional PMT nation somewhat similar to a larger, more free version of China. We are a massive federal representative republic of half a billion people with a self-sufficient, world-dominating economy. NS stats are not used. Use our Factbook instead.

A garden salad, some bread and some cheese. Possibly with a cuppa tea and a scone or other pastry for the fortunate.

University of Sadogáli's Culinary Society, our nation's governing body on traditional Iroùkian cuisine, determined the traditional lunch meal based on surveying eating habits of the majority rural peasant class. They determine it was basically A fresh salad of parsley, fresh tomatoes, shredded lettuce, cooked squash slices, and fried grain noodles; Boakát bread slices; and slices of meat. Though this was usually because it is easy to prepare and grow at home the peasant class sometimes strays a little but predominantly remains constant. City people and other upper class people stray a lot and dine on other cuisines.

It is very usual to eat fried potatoes and meat, usually pork-chops and gravy to that. To drink, it's not uncommon to have soda-water or cider.

What does the typical lunch consist of in your nation?

Average citizens' lunch is grass soup (which contains grass and water)

The typical lunch in the TBRE is fish with some sort of side dish, such as fries or borscht. Lemonade is also consumed regularly.

Seeing how the concept of "health" does not apply to us, we eat just about anything that is tasty. That said, a typical lunch would probably be glazed ribs and Italian bread with a side of fresh dragonfruit and a giant rootbeer inside of a fish bowl.

the same complete diversity as beginning of day meal and end of day meal. as in all cases, noodles/pasta, in some form dominate, accompanied by meat or protein combinations, and plant products. preferences also vary according to the species eating it. also meals are not tied to absolute times of day, but more to personal wake and sleep cycles, which are also diverse, and not always connected with the day/night cycle.

typically noodles, meat, and some veg, in a light broth. with elixer and fallowed by a light desert.

We have something called a suntart.

They are a perfectly blended sour-sweet cream/jelly of a flavor similar orange-lemon that has a sweet-crusted shell, like a tart with the flavoring inside. the special jelly can only be obtained by plants grown on our planet's soil. It's very unhealthy and really does make your blood-pressure spike if you aren't careful. Deep fried its nutritional value reverses and you'll find yourself eating practically a steroid (that's safe of course) for your heart. although the taste of it when deep fried is a little......bitter.......and by bitter we mean like a bitter version of chili peppers. The orange chili peppers...except bitter instead of spicy ._.

Americans would love this though, as they love being bitter, and love ingesting bitter fluids every morning. Coffee I believe it was called..

Rice and some light fare is common, usually fish or some beef with the occasional carrot.
