A post-Soviet, semi-constitutional monarchy with a strong sense of tradition. Basically just a humble, subarctic nation of (heavily armed) fishermen, lumberjacks and farmers trying to maintain their cultural identity in an increasingly cosmopolitan world.
A reactionary monarchist in America. Anti-NATO.

Our State ideology is something I call Libertine Fascist Agrarianism. A State which allows it's people almost unlimited liberty, both in their personal lives & in business, and is devoted to agrarianism, not building city or large settements, and preserving the environment. In this State, corporations and large businesses (at or over 50 employees) are banned, all businesses are small and family-owned, with no regulations aside from the corporation and large business one mentioned above. There is no taxation, aside from a progressive income tax, being 30% for low-income,40% for mid-income,& 50% for high-income. All emergency services (police, fire,& medical) are State-funded volunteer organizations.

Actually very similar to this, except we allow our citizens far less liberties.

However it is strange to note that if all this were true, then the strongest and the most elite would crumble down without the humblest social elements in an oppressed capitalist state. In reality they are heavily dependent on everyone else, so nobody is truly better or worse.

That's what our class system is for.

As a result a single and benevolent, if not authoritarian, party rules and controls Parliament, but there's a loophole that can get the more popular Queen Yukari to rule in emergency times with a majority vote from Parliament.
On the other hand, it doesn't try to control every aspect of people's private lives because that lowers individual happiness and worker's productivity. There are no weaker or stronger elements in society and everyone is equal, and available to bask in our civil rights andsomepolitical freedoms...as long as they remain loyal to the Nationalist Institutional Party.
The NIP tried socialism but it didn't work, so it instead controls private enterprise with State Friendly Worker's Syndicates and political officers within companies and State-loyal corporations to keep the Capitalist leeches away from here.
