Ralkovia is an absolute theocratic monarchy, ruled by Emperor Joshua Raskov II. Ralkovian Judaism, a perverted and violent form of the original Jewish religion is followed with the Emperor being considered the Messiah. Under Joshua II's reign, slavery has been expanded, now an estimated eight hundred million humans are in back breaking and brutal bondage. The Emperor is rumored to suffer from some sort of mental disease, causing multiple personality syndrome, sadism, and psychopathy.

His Servants, known as the Death Guard, are a paramilitary force of ethnic Hadiians. Numbering close to fourty million, they serve the Empire as a political, religious and military force, ensuring loyalty as well as serving as special troopers. Largely responsible for running the extermination camps as well as enforcing religious purity and blood laws, the Death Guard have become the most feared and well known tools of the Empire.

Expansionism and Social Darwinism have become the rule of law in Ralkovia. Racism is pervasive through society, with large money spent on sunscreen and other sun blocking to avoid looking like Balkovians or foreigners. The Military is the Nation's Pride and large portions of the national budget are spent on it instead of improving conditions for farmers in the countryside. Ralkovia's military is also subject to a lot of international criticism for its involvement in the genocide of billions in conquered nations.

Ralkovia is a heavily classed society with categories of citizenship ranking between the Raskov, The Ethnic Group The Emperor is part of and currently the smallest ethnicity in the World with 4 members, ethnic Ralkovians as first class citizens, Balkovians as second class citizens, and non-indigenous as third class. Ralkovia has a large number of aristocrats and nobles, all armed with their own private military forces. Ralkovia has a policy of Imperial and controls several nations as well as protectorates. Many nations have attained client status under the Ralkovian Empire, these include UWO, Wirbel, and several others.

Ponyism, Islam, Protestantism, Non-humanism, Communism, Nazism, and Socialism are banned by the Empire. Also in order to protect racial order, miscegenation is banned. All forms of these, including infants, found in Ralkovia are terminated.

In order to protect Ralkovians from such horrible ideologies, the government uses an intranet of only preapproved websites. Pornography, Islamic, and other dissident elements are kept from appearing in the eyes of Ralkovians. All television is checked by the Ralkovian Ministry Of Media, where elements that might be deemed hostile to the regime are purged as well.

Ralkovia is part of 3SEIN. The 3 largest slave exporting/importing nation: The Scandinvan, The Parthians, and Ralkovia. It's largest export are weapons, oil, advanced electronics, iron, gold, and platinum and largest imports are coal, silver, food, slaves, and precious gems.

Along with being part of the 3SEIN, Ralkovia is a member of Imperial Fascist Alliance. A few Ralkovian allies include: Scandinvan, Parthia, Grand World Order, United World Order, Yallak, Brewdomia, Chernobl and Cukarica.

Ralkovian enemies include: Lyras, Lamoni, Of the Quendi, State of Monavia, Libertarian Governance, Wagdog, Allanea, and Mount Shavano.

Well, we were never one for human rights, but oh my God! Our country is full of nice Jewish people, but not all of this freaky cult shit! While we are aligned with NATO, we prefer not to mingle with others. We've bushwacked New Zealand cause they claimed they owned the land our country is located, and have not been at war since. But, I would align myself against the nation.

In order for that to occur Ralkovia has to in someway give its citizens the freedom to whatever faction they choose, may it be a elf or a vampire, and for infants not to be terminated, also to abolish Slavery, then we might be allies.

What Policies of the Ralkovian Government would you be at odds with? Its policies on miscegenation are considered backwards and against all known science. Hybrid vigor should be encouraged at all times. Purebreeding in biologicals only leads to weakness and genetic errors.

We would also be leery of its theocratic nature. While we would put up with its religion while on Ralkovian soil, any attempts to bring it to Victorious Decepticons would be met with violence. This is because the religion claims that there is one who is above Megatron, and we won't tolerate that.

Someone has mentioned that Ralkovia doesn't allow its citizens to have guns. While we think this policy is insane, we won't complain about it because it means that citizen resistance would be minimal if our relations ever deteriorated. Our own citizens are armed to the teeth, by law.

What would your future relationship be with Ralkovia? Aside from our Biological Research Division constantly pestering it about how genetics works, it would likely be fine. It seems that it could be difficult to raid the place, so an outright Decepticon attack is unlikely (though there will always be a raid gang or two willing to accept any challenge just for the excitement of it). Of course, if a Ralkovian fails to take our nation's name as a warning, he can expect to lose money or goods to our deceptive and conniving practices - but that applies to anyone, even Decepticon citizens.
