Both the Chairman of the Executive Council and the other members of the Executive Council take the same oath but the President of the Council of Ministers takes a different one. The oath is administered in the presence of the Full Bench of the High Court, as the country has no official language there is no wrong way of taking the oath but so far the oaths have been said in Irish, French, Basque, German, Yiddish, Italian and English

Here is the Executive Oath as spoken in English, French and Basque as these are the most common languages for the oath to be recited in.

[The Commonwealth of Australia]

Here is the President of the Council of Ministers oath of office as taken in the presence of the Full Bench of the High Court and the members of the Executive Council. I shall show it in its most common recital languages.

English Oath

The High Chancellor swears the oath of allegiance, which is sworn by all Members of the Council, as well as the oath of office. He must also receive approval from the current reigning monarch. All oaths are taken in both English followed by Irish.

The monarch is sworn into office by the High Chancellor (Seansailéir Ard), and it is considered his last act (generally a new High Chancellor is chosen by a new monarch, but this is not always the case). This oath is only taken in Irish, but the English translation is provided here.

The oath and the ceremony has remained mostly unchanged since ancient times, the only exception is that historically it was conducted by the High Priest of the Caelian church who after the oath is given addresses the crowd and asks the Allinlian people if they accept the ruler-to-be as their new emperor. After hearing their cheers he makes this statement:

The sergeant-at-arms presents a token of the office (presidential - ceremonial quill; legislative - voting paddle with Yes and No on either side; judicial - gavel; city mayor - key, etc.) to the outgoing politician, who then passes it to the incoming one, who then passes it back to the sergeant-at-arms, much like Change of Command ceremonies in some military organizations.

Some people don't approve of the use of the word 'God' in it, but it's a part of Petrovian culture, and the Government has made it clear that it's culture shall not be changed because a minoirty(Atheists and non-Abrahamic religious people) got their jimmies rustled.
