The Splaser is an AT weapon that requires to be charged before firing and can only be fired 4-5 times before it needs to be recharged,making it a poor choice for an MMW.

Right. This is a bunch of stats I made for Noders' rifles a long time ago, and there were some problems I never fixed. So they could use some review, if you fine people wouldn't mind looking at them.

I know that .300 Whisper is a cut-down 7.62mm round for use with a suppressor, but a 120mm and 150mm barrel are still hilariously short.
Unless they're 120/150mm plus suppressor, that would work. But these two barrel lengths would only be suitable for Whisper, I don't think that WSM would work at all from that muzzle length.

I just don't see why for Blackops who surely want MAXIMUM DAMAGE RARGH, you would downgrade from suppressed rifle cartridge to one of the weaker handgun cartridges.
Hence why the SEALs adopted .458 Socom, and the Spetsnaz adopted 9x39.

I think the smallest one (probably far bottom right) is supposed to be a 20 rounder. The next one up from that is a 36 round casket.

A revolver rifle or lever-action, IMO. Sorta depends on what your steampunk is; that'll work fine for alternate-history steampunk.
