DeLisle carbine?
Funnily enough, got to know it through this Tactical RTS game in which the DeLisle is well, the best suppressed weapon.

Makes sense since it was the quietest suppressed weapon ever made.

EDIT: Top page gun porn. Again.

I use a modified FN FNAC in 6.8mm SPC and an modified H&K USP 45. I don't see any issues with that combo when my soldiers carry them both.

The .41 Scrios cartridge was introduced in 1875 with the O'Toole Repeater as a black powder rifle cartridge. "Scrios", the gaelic word for destruction, aptly described the round at the time, which required a somewhat bulkier receiver than contemporary lever-action rifles. It was also used when the RPP-1879 revolver replaced the PP-1852 lever-action pistol, and continued to serve as a revolver cartridge through the Great War, despite partial replacement of the RPP-1879 by the PP-1911 semiautomatic. In 1920, the .41 Scrios cartridge had become quite popular for metallic silhouette shooting, and the RKN firm introduced a smokeless version, which became known as the .41 Magnum. The .41 Magnum was loaded at very high pressures, and initially caused much chaos and injury by blowing apart black powder weapons in which it was used. Castle Arms modified the cartridge, extending the case by 2mm and renaming it 10mm Magnum, to avoid confusion and prevent it's use in .41 Scrios weapons. The 10mm Magnum was, for a time, the most powerful handgun cartridge in the world, and wildly popular among hunters and revolver target shooters. Castle Arms introduced modified O'Toole repeaters and RPP-1878 revolvers in 1982, with a carbon-steel receivers and various other changes designed to handle the 10mm Magnum, which have become very popular both in New Corda and in the Federated States of America for "Cowboy Action Shooting" disciplines.

The case is a good 6-7mm longer, and the slimmer bullet gives a higher velocity. Plus the loads are high-pressure as hell.

The Mars cartridges vary between 760 and 970 ft/lbs of energy.

Wiki says 950j, or about 700 ft-lbs. I'm not sure how to calculate the energy of 10mm Magnum though.

According to the manual on forgottenweapons.com, the .45 Mars gets 760 ft/lbs, while the 9mm Mars gets 970 ft/lbs.

You should enter the bullet's weight and MV into a ballistics calculator.
