Sure.

Advisers and special forces.

If it was that colt link it didn't provide any detail on the exact material used it was just broad statements of superiority.

Until otherwise proven, I'm going to have to take the Colt presentation at face value, since there doesn't seem to be any conflicting data.

Colt is a well known, occasionally innovative company and the presentation was given at a conference full of experts. It might not give all the details you want, but the weight and cost are more than likely to be correct. Unless you can show otherwise, the presentation remains valid and supports my point.

So, turns out, I'm not going to get paid at all for my work at 'ze store until February and they are not able to make my Mosin carbine.

On a brighter side, there's a girl from the shooting team that goes in there on occasion now and takes over my position on Fridays, apparently: I now have an apprentice, sort of. She was there when I stopped in today, and it was a good thing I did: Steyr AUG A3 was giving her some problems, so I helped her with the disassembly and reassembly of that. It's actually not too horribly complicated, but it's typical of die Deutsch sprechenden Menschen: overly-complicated for what it is.

Oh, and this happened: Corda, prepare your loins.

EDIT: Yeah, not really sure what got on my camera lens. I had a windshield sticker in my pocket, so something might have transferred. Will have to give it a gentle cleaning tomorrow. So for now, enjoy slightly fuzzy bullslug glory.

HITP propellants don't need any coating to protect from warping, while plastic cased ammo is superior to brass in its ability to resist cook off.

Most of the forums and such i found on the plastic's ability to withstand heat stated it wouldn't cook off before brass and none mentioned that it would do so after Brass had already ruptured. Brass has a fairly moderate melting point or even stress point when it comes to Heat and i am certain that some varients of plastic could in fact match or even excede depending upon the Material but i wouldn't accept that it would be much cheaper then brass, I have seen the price tags on heat resistant material before.

how does an corporation do interweb

Bulk prices for manufacturers are probably a lot cheaper wrt plastics.

Also wrt machining and labour costs, plastics are probably better than brass/steel.

It proves NOTHING because it reveals NOTHING, its undetailed and very broad in it's wording. And i don't claim that colt is not Reputable it's an Older gun company and generally is right when it reveals something but it has nothing but claims and assumptions and their theories with NO actual sources or data for their claims.

So yeah i really don't see anything as undetailed as that as evidence of much because it's nothing but what they claim. They don't any detailed notes of Materials or possible Manfufacturing techiques or usages in weaponry, Its just them saying its a "Better" Bullet.

Excuse me for not bowing down to the "Literal" "Mountain" Of "Evidence".

I work part time at a gun store. It used to be "volunteer," but I guess now (as of this evening) it's been more or less agreed upon that I get $50.00 worth of store credit per working day (that actually involves a good amount of work; not just sit-around-and-touch-stuff days), so ~$100.00 of store credit per week since I have only two days with no classes.

Truely? I have no issue with presenting my counter agruments and yet it seems this is the only piece of Your own agrument you cling to; Expert Opinion on a Product with no details given, I would assume to the experts, or perhaps they were told the materials and design of these products? If so then why wasn't that information present as well?

If it was convinving enough i might actually believe it, if it made sense i would see about the product myself but the information was very undetailed and it was basically just what they were discussing with no mention of WHAT they were discussing. No detail of the Products and No detail of what the experts had to say on said product.

So yeah maybe they did call Bullshit on it, Maybe that just wasn't included.

But i would agree my sources of Wikipedia and a few other websites which provided information upon caseless and telescoped rounds which i used earlier is not the point of this.

The point of this is how this website has no point even being discussed due to the plain lack of information given out on it. It was like a shedule of events more then a detailed explaination of what was discussed.

Yes, truly. You've provided absolutely no sources whatsoever.

Ahahaha. No. It's just my response to the only argument of mine you've focused on mine. It's pretty much the only thing you've responded to for a while now.

Expert Opinion on a Product with no details given, I would assume to the experts, or perhaps they were told the materials and design of these products? If so then why wasn't that information present as well?

They probably were, but in the speech, not the slides. Or maybe the company just wants to protect their product until the patent comes through?

If it was convinving enough i might actually believe it, if it made sense i would see about the product myself but the information was very undetailed and it was basically just what they were discussing with no mention of WHAT they were discussing. No detail of the Products and No detail of what the experts had to say on said product.

It's more comprehensive and convincing than your sources.

So yeah maybe they did call Bullshit on it, Maybe that just wasn't included.

And maybe puppies then floated down from the sky and a triple rainbow appeared. That's just speculation on your part.

But i would agree my sources of Wikipedia and a few other websites which provided information upon caseless and telescoped rounds which i used earlier is not the point of this.

Actually, yeah, it is. You're claiming that, according to your sources, there's no way good, military standard polymer cases can be cheaper than brass, and yet you don't cite any of your sources. I, however, offer sources, which you choose to ignore because it suits you.

The point of this is how this website has no point even being discussed due to the plain lack of information given out on it. It was like a shedule of events more then a detailed explaination of what was discussed.

It's more worthy of discussion than your sources.
