What source of energy is used the MOST to power people's homes?: Nuclear is most common, coal is second, natural gas is third. We are trying to move away from coal power due to the heavy air pollution it produces. We are starting to build a lot of wind farms and solar panels as well.

Are forests preserved in your nation?: Yes. New, stricter environmental legislation heavily limits the amount of forest that can be cut down. Many forests are prohibited from being cut down altogether.

Give a percentage of products that can be recycled in your nation: 90% of non-food stuff

Are people encouraged to carpool in your nation?: Yes

Are people encouraged to use public transportation in your nation?: Yes

If public transportation doesn't exist in your nation, what energy source do most private transportation run on?: N/A

How much does your country's people use artificial light (including light from lightbulbs; please answer in hours [e.g. Use artificial light 7 hours a day]): 12 hours/day

How common is air pollution in your country?: In bigger cities, it's not a huge problem, but there is some smog. In the country and in small towns, there is very little air pollution.

Are most of your country's water bodies clean or dirty? Clean

If your country's people drive cars, how far do they drive in average every day? (if cars don't exist, please list 0) Varies, most people drive for commutes, but the average round trip commute is about 15 miles (24 km)

How much does your country depend on fossil fuels? (Tick one)

IF YOUR NATION ALLOWS CARS, how many cars are there for every 10 citizens? (if no cars write 0): 2.8

What source of energy is used the MOST to power people's homes?: Nuclear fission

Are forests preserved in your nation?: Current forests are not logged; none exist outside of non-metropolitan areas as we are a city-state.

Give a percentage of products that can be recycled in your nation: Almost all products are recyclable. Municipal waste collects only sorted rubbish, and people wishing to dispose of general or unusual waste, such as paint and batteries, must visit a sorting centre.

Are people encouraged to carpool in your nation?: Yes

Are people encouraged to use public transportation in your nation?: Yes

If public transportation doesn't exist in your nation, what energy source do most private transportation run on?: Hybrid

How much does your country's people use artificial light (including light from lightbulbs; please answer in hours [e.g. Use artificial light 7 hours a day]): 5 hours

How common is air pollution in your country?: The air is generally clean for an urban environment, though it is not as pure as rural air

Are most of your country's water bodies clean or dirty? Clean upstream and dirtier downstream. The most significant source of river pollution is run-off into the river, followed by transport. Water bodies within national parks are unpolluted.

If your country's people drive cars, how far do they drive in average every day? (if cars don't exist, please list 0) Each car owner drives around 35 kilometres per day

To clarify, the City-State is divided into national parks, overseas provinces and the Phing Phong Metropolitan Area. The national parks are like greenbelts subject to very strict planning laws, while areas with in them, the preservation zones, are like national parks in other countries.

How much does your country's people use artificial light (including light from lightbulbs; please answer in hours [e.g. Use artificial light 7 hours a day]):
24: We live underground. It's artificial light or no light. The concept of "conservation" of electricity doesn't really exist here, as radioactives do not cease to decay and generate power merely because you stopped using that power.

How common is air pollution in your country?: Uncommon

Are most of your country's water bodies clean or dirty? Most are clean.

If your country's people drive cars, how far do they drive in average every day? (if cars don't exist, please list 0) Maybe about 6-8 miles.

[ ] Very much; most popular of the many energy sources
[ ] Average
[ ] Little; other sources are preferrable
[X] Not at all

What is the primary source of energy in your nation used to power cars?

there is no such thing as an eco-friendly car, even if it were powered by sheer magic! the pavement to drive and park them on, is itself anything but. unless we're talking about anti-gravity platforms that don't need roads.

What source of energy is used the MOST to power people's homes?: electric power: from the grid, and/or owner solar and sometimes owner wind. heating and cooling: combination of passive solar and methane from bio-waste

Are forests preserved in your nation?: cameroi is almost completely forested.

Give a percentage of products that can be recycled in your nation: 98.4%

Are people encouraged to carpool in your nation?: there are no cars, other then those build by hobbyists and driven on private closed circuit roads by them. all practical surface transportation is public, and most of it runs on some kind of rails or guide-way. in most villages and larger communities, the use of it is completely free.

Are people encouraged to use public transportation in your nation?: public transportation is the only practical transportation in cameroi, other then walking, human powered vehicles, and beasts of burden. mini, micro, and mono, rail systems are universal, serving even the smallest villages. both to connect and to circulate within.

If public transportation doesn't exist in your nation, what energy source do most private transportation run on?: Not applicable

How much does your country's people use artificial light (including light from lightbulbs; please answer in hours [e.g. Use artificial light 7 hours a day]): since time of day is of little concern to the average cameroi, and many are of species naturally nocturnal, but then the naturally nocturnal are quite comfortable with natural light from stars and moon, so this is difficult to calculate.

How common is air pollution in your country?: Unheard of.

Are most of your country's water bodies clean or dirty? our lakes and rivers are quite healthy, as we do not dump anything in them.
