Legality:
of course it is, the nation of Michianna has almost attained true communism, we have no direct leader, he has stepped down years ago, and communities govern themselves autonomously as communes of the Island. All political views are tolerated here, but the people choose communism because they know they have true freedom, and would never give that up for petty fascist ideas.

Is communism legal in your nation?

Yes

How do you deal with them?

Let them stand for their ideals and policies, just like members of any other political movement. They present their views and arguments to the nation, face the questions, challenges of opinion and so forth.

If they are sufficiently successful in this they rise to positions of authority where they might influence the future of the nation, if not they remain as another voice arguing in favor of their type of change.

Communism is a small movement in Transhuman Proteus, and it has been a number of years since a Communist has held a significant position of authority. At the moment two junior technocrats are the extent of Communist presence in the government.

Is communism legal in your nation?

Communist parties are legal though there are no communist politicians due to one needing to have served the state in some fashion before being allowed to vote.

How do you deal with them?

Why would we deal with them?

Since we are a democracy, Communism is perfectly legal. There are a few, very, very small Communist parties, but most of them are essentially anarcho-greens. Nobody in Avaerilon really seems to like either Marx or Engels.

It's perfectly legal (except for terrorist groups) and we still have a communist party, but it's a very unpopular idealogy.

yes, but we generally don't use it since it doesn't work. There are small communities that work very cooperatively to accomplish social and economic goals, but the right to private property, the ability to start and own a business under a certain size with the risk of loss, and the ability to choose where to sell your labor if you do not want to be a business owner are very important economic principals in Idealismania.

Communism is legal, but not popular in Yannia. In the last elections, the Gëméngudsën Partey (Communist Party) got 2 seats in our 120 seat parliament.

Marxism-Leninism and other extreme leftist beliefs are discouraged by force of arms.

A ban on all their literature has been in effect since independence.

Known Communists and their associates are arrested, stripped of basic citizenship rights, and diagnosed with psychiatric disorders.

Communist Parties are legal, however none presently exist. There are much larger Socialist movements in Betalia's history, which have out-shadowed any Communist movements.

How do you deal with them?
We don't interfere with any political movement.

It is actually used in some of the states, but the idealogy is banned in some of the other states.

Leftists, even communists are allowed to operate in Nortoapoco and advocate their vile beliefs, although they are required to follow the law. The government restricts where leftism can be advocated, monitors leftist groups and has the goal of containing them. Should they be at risk of winning an election, there are ways to ensure that does not happen and we won't hesitate to use them.

Since communism means sharing freely with others, it would be legal within a group of people agreeing to share with each other. Not many people go for it, though. Most just save their bards (our unit of currency, symbol = 1ß) and buy what they need at the store.

Yes

How do you deal with them?
We don't, if anything the government ignores them. Communism just doesn't happen on a wide scale in the ISKA. The cause of this is most likely the political apathy of the people, leading to a total lack of support from anyone who is not already supporting Communist ideals.

after a series of reforms, it isn't illegal to protest for Communism, but the Tovakestonian Constitutiuon states that a Communist system is strictly prohibited. Also any bills that are deemed scocialist are immidiately elemanated.
