His Serene Highness, the Prince of Saxemberg, is Grand Master of the Order of the Fly, which is modeled on the Napoleonic Order of the Legion of Honor.

The Order of the Fly is awarded at the discretion of His Serene Highness as a reward for outstanding service to the nation, whether as a civilian or as a soldier.

The Order of the Fly has five classes: two dignities, and three ranks.

The badge of the order is a five-armed "Maltese Asterisk" (for want of a better description) in silver, enameled black, with an enameled red laurel and oak wreath between the arms.

The obverse central disc bears the black Sigil of Baphomet, surrounded by the legend PRINCIPATUS SAXEMBERGIAE.

The reverse central disc bears two crossed flags of Saxemberg, surrounded by the order's motto, AD MAIOREM SATANAE GLORIAM.

Its ribbon is red and black, and a princely crown joins the badge and the ribbon.

Knights wear the badge on the left breast, suspended from a ribbon. Officers wear the badge on the left breast, suspended from a ribbon with rosette. Commanders wear the badge around the neck suspended from a ribbon necklet.

Grand Officers wear the badge on the left breast, suspended from a ribbon with rosette, with the star of the Order displayed on the right breast. Grand Crosses wear the badge affixed to a red sash worn over the right shoulder, with the star of the Order displayed on the left breast.

As Grand Master, the Prince wears the Grand Collar of the Order, with which he is invested at his coronation.
